5581  Other / Off-topic / Re: Job Vs Bitcoin on: September 26, 2017, 07:59:58 PM
You should only quit your job if you are sure you will succeed.. else i would say Stay focused on Both!
If thats not possible.. you should think about your family and what they need.

5584  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Really The Future Of Money? on: June 11, 2017, 11:35:47 AM
Personally I dont think Bitcoin is THE Money of the future.
But definetly the way Bitcoin works will be how money will be send worldwide in near future.

Banks will create own Ledgers and money will be "stored" in a centralized Ledger.
But even tho i think BTC will definetly rise and also the people who are going to use BTC will rise..
5585  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to explain bitcoin to teenagers or children on: June 11, 2017, 11:30:12 AM
I dont think its hard to explain BTC to teenagers.
Of course you shouldnt start explaining how signing a message and generating Blocks with Hash Functions work.
But the general Structure of Bitcoin is not that hard to explain.
Its probably even easier than explaining BTC to older generations who don't even know how a PC really works.

Blockchain as a big Ledger -> Transactions containing Input/Output -> BTC's created as "digitally signed Coins"

The most of it is pretty simple.

5587  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do you think Trumps supporters still love him? on: February 24, 2017, 04:36:10 PM
To be honestly.. i dont have a clue..
I can't understand how people follow and love Trump..
I hear people saying stuff like "He brings America forward".. But i cant believe those guys really believe this.
Guess they 're used to #alternative thinking
5588  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Is Going Mainstream Banks Are Disappearing on: February 24, 2017, 04:33:44 PM
It can't be with bitcoin. May be another steady inflation coin like Eth, LSK.

It probably won't even happen with those Coins.
Governments probably will create their own Coin based on Blockchain technology.
But those coins/Blockchains will be controlled and centralized.. So that people come back to BTC  Grin
5589  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Using Bitcoin and altcoins when under 18 on: February 24, 2017, 04:31:59 PM
Trading with altcoins doesn't really require a minimum Age as long as you dont need to give away your Birthday to Exchange sites.
Exchanging BTC to fiat might be harder to accomplish. But this also depends from your payment method.
But you can always buy Gift cards for BTC on this forum for example.
5590  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Is it illegal for someone to hack my BTC wallet? on: February 24, 2017, 04:26:47 PM
Its definetly illegal if this persons "steals" your information.
e.g. if he hacks your pc or "reads" your private key when he can see it..
But if this person !randomly! generates this private key.. thats definetly not illegal.
5591  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as Main Currency on: February 24, 2017, 04:22:22 PM
Bitcoin probably won't ever be the "main" currency of a country.
Its decentralized.. and thats enough reason to not take it as main currency, if you look it from the side of government.
But i can imagine BTC as a currency of the people who wan't to be able to make payments (pretty) fast all
around the world within a few minutes.
Additionally its Pseudonymous.
5592  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We Have A Bitcoin City! Soon We Will Have Bitcoin Country! on: February 24, 2017, 04:20:24 PM
So interesting!
I hope it'll be happen soon.
Nowadays, there'a a lot of restaurants and online stores that accepting the bitcoin as a payment and I can say that its cool bcoz soon, we can use bitcoin everywhere.

Unfortunately i didn't see quite a lot restaurants where i could pay with BTC. To be honestly i didn't see any shop where i could pay local and offline
with Bitcoins.
Where are those Restaurants where you can pay with BTC ?
Im pretty interested in such Restaurants / Coffee bars
5593  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Trading VS Bitcoin! on: February 24, 2017, 04:10:50 PM
Hi Folks!

Who do you think is profitable Trading bitcoins for other payment method or mining them?

Everybody feel free to reply you're free  Smiley
Mining is better than trading to me though not as profitable and riskier than trading. If you have large capital I will advise you go for mining because most mining tools software are one time investment but in trading, you can get goods return on investment at the same time loses all your capital.

Mining as a private person is extremely unrentable.. especially if you live in the US/EU and have to pay for your electricity..
On the other hand.. with free electricity and enough investement you can get quite good returns.
I wouln't trust cloud mining companies.
5594  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: Deep web bitcoin accounts on: February 24, 2017, 04:07:05 PM
This kind of Opportunities are definetly fake.
Stolen CC / Paypal maybe half scam half not scam.
But this is definetly scam.. there is no reason to "trade" 5 btc for 1 btc..

Especially with all those Bitcoinmixxer online and accessible through Tor
5595  Economy / Marketplace / Re: How can we encourage local businesses to accept BTC? on: February 24, 2017, 03:57:10 PM
Explain to them about bitcoin price and encourage them to invest in it as bitcoin price is high and will continue to rise in future.

I think pointing them to the price of BTC and that it will rise doesn't seem trustworthy..
You should rather try to explain how the whole System works and mention why it is better than Fiat money.
Give them advantages.. then you mention side effect of rising price.
5596  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Fixed income with BTC trading? on: February 24, 2017, 03:32:38 PM
You can get a fixed income with BTC Trading, but you probably won't generate an Income high enough.
At least not without a very high Capital.
If you are looking for a fixed high input stream of BTC.. it probably would be better to work and invest your salary into BTC's.

5597  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Holding Bitcoin a long time good way to make money? on: February 24, 2017, 02:58:15 PM
If you bought Bitcoins at 200-300$ Level then holding to them would be the most profitable way..
Of course you would generate with wins with selling it before it falls and buying it afterwards, but for the overall profit
i would hold onto them until you need them or they should get dumped.
5598  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Recently lost my iPhone with my breadwallet. on: February 24, 2017, 01:23:14 PM
Breadwallet is the best Wallet for Iphone IMO
But i wouldn't keep too much coins on it tho..

Its one of the few wallets for Iphone which support pass-phrase-recovery.
Funny fact is that most of the Android wallets support this kind of recovery.
5599  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Best Hardware Wallet on: February 24, 2017, 01:17:18 PM
IMO the KeepKey is the best hardware device out there for the money.  It's just wonderful

Its all dependent on the Amount you want to spend.
In this price segment the KeepKey definetly is worth the money..
But as a starter Hardware Wallet the Ledger nano for a few bucks is nice too.
And also worth the money.
5600  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: successfully using old phone for cold storage now on: February 24, 2017, 01:15:01 PM
How about the risk of your phone internal storage crashing or becoming corrupted?

I know you are backing up the stuff already, but what advantage do you have over a paper wallet at that time in the way you described it (theft). The backup could still be compromised.

I personally would still go for a hardware wallet, but the phone would work as well I guess.

I agree with you.
Phones are kinda susceptible for attacks..
A Hardware wallet would be definetly safer..
With your phone you only can spend/access your coins in a safe environment..
Thats the advantage of Hardware wallets.. you can use them on compromised Computers.

But overall i rly like the idea for (kinda) small amounts)  Cheesy
