Miningpoolhub. I just downloaded nemosminer with alexis 78. Same result as my setup from before, will test for stability until morning.
You should clean up with all those ti's coming your way  Smiley

EDIT: replied to your pm btw

Thanks for the PM I missed it. Settings look good I do same settings on clock and mem but my TDP is 75% not 100.

Have electrician installing the 30A next week so at least I can get a few more rigs online, then have to confirm with power company and city about a 200A upgrade. Then things will be a tiny bit better.

I have 3 brand new APC SMT 3000's just sitting in my garage - anyone in Los Angeles want one for a good price? They are WAY too heavy to ship, I believe they are about 75lbs each or so.

Hey what software is that your using to view your miner status?

Just the pool stats for my worker. Nothing fancy  Cheesy

1. I use the same software as you
2. I don't do auto exchange. I send the coins to Poloniex. Why? DGB price went up a lot today (it may go down tomorrow Lips sealed). I hold the coins until I see a better chance at a profit and sell. Simple, you just have to be on top of it.
3. Event without chasing the price, as of now, you should be making this with 2 x 1080ti mining skein and sending to an exchange + converting once a day to BTC: http://whattomine.com/coins/114-dgb-skein?utf8=%E2%9C%93&hr=2000&p=250.0&fee=5.0&cost=0.0&hcost=0.0&commit=Calculate
Maybe less (there is a dump in progress as I'm typing  Cry )

That's about it  Cool

what pool are you using? and using alexis78?

I ran the biostar z170 with 4 rx 480's no risers it gets hot

the setup I did with 3 cards  above is pretty much fool proof zero heat issues  2300-2400 for skein only 550 watts.

it will run on  the biostar z 170

it will run on the gigabyte z270

my rack can hold 6 rigs that would be  more then 6 x 2200 = 13200 for skein or  6 x 1800 = 1080 for zec  at 6 x 550 watts = 3300

I would be earning over  150 usd a day for that power.

btw  the evga psu you link is a good one for one of these rigs.

I plan to have 6 rigs on that rack

1)1080ti 1080ti 1070    4)1080ti 1080ti 1070

2)1080ti 1080ti 1070    5)1080ti 1080ti 1070

3)1080ti 1080ti 1070   6) 1080ti 1080ti 1070

I bought 4 rosewell 850's yesterday, I might return them and get the EVGA's I really like the looks of them! Thanks for the link scryed

Also the 2x1080Tix1x1070 is pretty nifty, I might have to try that out! Space is getting crowded with all these 2 card rigs I need to bump up to 3+ ASAP.

Ordered 10 more TI's today. 10 Yesterday. The inventory is growing.

I used the rosewills  they are good.

I have not used that particular evga.  it has a nice price.

I need to see all my mobos  to figure how many

2x1080ti's
1x1070's

I can build.

the heat on them is good.

I have 1 more 1080ti and 1 more 1070 coming

I will do a third build like this.

giving me three riser free builds.

that rack is 18 inches deep and 36 inches high

fitting  6 mobos and 18 cards will be easy

in the winter I ran  6 mobos with 24 cards  but they ran hot.  about 7200 sols for zec and  the panda miner did 2200 = 9400 sols  22 amps of 240 volts = 5280 watts.

I now do  10 amps x 240 = 2400 watts  and this would be 8000 sols  I have to stay low watts for summer.

is that due to heat?

I could not run 5 2 card no riser computers in a room, what I had to do was stack them up against the window and have the GPU's blow out the window. It literally fills the window sill from top to bottom - my neighbors have already come by asking me wtf am i doing lol.

They know I'm up to no good - I had 50 Time Warner Cable ISP connections at my house, 50 wifi routers on 50 different cable modems and lines, and it knocked all the wifi from a 3 house radius out - nobody that lived 3 houses in any direction from me could get a signal. That went on for 3 years. They're still upset, but don't 100% know it was me.
565  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Which Setup to get? on: June 03, 2017, 04:32:17 AM
I need help deciding on which setup to go with. I already have 6 GPUs (3x RX 470 4GB, 2x RX 480 4GB, 1x RX 570 4GB) spread out between 3 desktop computers, but I want to consolidate them on to one of the motherboards I already have. I'm considering these options.

(1)
ALL ALUMINIUM 6.1 GPU OPEN AIR MINING CASE W/ 6 USB RISERS + (1) 1200W PSU KIT
http://www.parallelminer.com/product/all-aluminium-6-1-gpu-open-air-mining-case-w-6-usb-risers-1-1200w-psu-kit-eth-zec/

or

(2)
6-GPU Open Air Aluminum Mining Extension Frame
https://miningshed.com/product/6-gpu-only-aluminum-frame/

+

2x EVGA 750 G2 (or similar PSU) + PSU connector

+

6 PCIe Riser pack

Any reason to go with or NOT go with one setup over the other?

Between ripoff #1 and ripoff #2 I say build your own. Doing the math they are charging $200 for that POS frame? GTFO.. no thanks.

Damn I wish I could buy all this eBay stuff! I'm stuck with Newegg since I'm only spending BTC for now. Basically spent >3k more on cards than if I would have got them on eBay.... that sucks.
568  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Fourth alt coin thread last three got oversized. on: June 03, 2017, 01:49:43 AM
Phil you're awesome!

I have some of those motherboards on the way, also I have a z170 with 4 PICEx16 - spacing is going to be tight for a 4 card 1080TI no riser but I'm going to run it just to see how long it can go. Should get here monday.

My new bottleneck - these stupid Corsair 750's only have 2... TWO! 4+4/6+1 power ports. The Rosewill 850w you suggested does have 4 PCIE power lines, so I just need  to get some more cables that have 2 sets of 6+2's in them, I ran out. I upgraded a dozen 1070's to 1080Ti's today - hardware always takes longer than you expect. Was expecting to unscrew, unplug, swap and be done. The power cords threw me for a huge loop.

I was thinking about running power from my 1500w EVGA but I actually don't have long enough cables for that either.

So back to the drawing board.
569  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: GTX1080ti's: Better Options? on: June 02, 2017, 06:13:38 PM
yep.... as long as DGB maintains... it should stay pretty consistent right now.

in my second link deep, it has the instructions on making a batch file manually (I think) but yeah... sometimes the simplest problems are the biggest speed bumps when starting off.

Id highly suggest the ccmineralexis78 build for mining skien... I got a 30% hashrate increase on my 1070's, and the 1080 got 15-20% I believe...  upgrading from ccminer 1.7.

A compiled version is available to download from the nemosminer megaupload link... same forum as this thread.  You can download the .exe file separate and save it where your current miner app and batch are.

I'll be making a huge update to my batch file soon;  combining all the features in all of my batch files into one.  You'll set it once via the command line, and it will remember your last used selection until the next time you launch the batch with a new config setting....  Plus more...

The website rates will fluctuate;  but when you look at the graph over time you can see the hashrate deltas out just about where its supposed to be....   the pool calculates your share% based on how many shares of what difficulty it submits.   If you get a string of high value shares;  your hashrate shows high, etc.... just varies with "luck" as its called.   If they based it off what the miner app reported;  people would submit low diff shares only at a reduced power rate, and code in whatever hashrate they want the pool to see....   the calculated by shares method is a very predictable and pretty accurate way to do it fairly.

Anyway you could point me to the ccmineralexis78, im not really seeing it under the link you have..?

Im curious if there is a way to set it up to mine the most profitable one like it was on Nicehash miner does to include Skein... i really like that feature....

In regards to the numbers im seeing on Zpool on skein, im not sure if there is a delay in the reporting of how much im earning.. but based on the BTC it says i have earned so far and the time i have spent doing it.. the numbers just dont seem to add up compared to the Skein Profit Calculator even if i put slightly lower MH/s numbers the site is listing me at..

When i was running NiceHash, i averaged 0.00637982 BTC/day with it set on auto choice....
Since running the Skein on Zpool, i have mined roughly 0.00146808 BTC in roughly an 8 hour period, so going off that number so far im looking to only get to 0.00440424/day

I am going to let it continue to run on Skein for a few more hours while i go show a few houses this morning, Im a Real Estate Realtor... but its looking like the skein route isnt as profitable for me using the current ccminer im using on Skein, maybe the alexis78 version would be better and push me back up to the same numbers as nicehash...

I keep daily logs - your numbers for skein is right on par with what my numbers are - for the past week. I will probably switch it out to something else see if I get better returns

Ya when i got home from showing houses to customers, i checked it and my 14hr progress was 0.00169487 BTC, which is very low.. noticed under my wallet that for about 4 hours my hashrate dropped to around 80-100Mh/s....I started back up on Nicehash tell i get ahold of other miners to check out, maybe the Alexis version is what i need... idk

I use the alexis78 version and my nubers are pretty much the same
570  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 1080Ti Specific - Best mining option on: June 02, 2017, 05:30:36 PM
Last 5 hrs results with Nemos auto algo and zpool:

0.00047437 BTC. Not sure it will be seeing more after full 24 hrs. may need to run for few days for a more accurate daily profit? Still not sure any more fee deduction when doing the BTC transfer.

give and take it will do 0.0005 BTC in 5 hours, this is like 0.0024 BTC/day. which is far from Nicehash 0.0032 estimate! I already feel that 0.0032 BTC/day from Nicehash is not optimised.

Really wish those who has better alternative with 1080ti can share over here.

I calculate my daily in mBTC pe MH/s and I'm getting 0.003-004 mBTC/MH/s

For a 1080Ti that's 800-1000 MH/s depending on your settings:

800 MH/s @ 0.003 mBTC = exactly what you're getting; 0.0024 BTC/day

So you can do the math - and do it for other algo and see what you get.

For me I'll be switching algos and pools most likely - Not sure what's up with zpool but I have 4 hours no earnings, and looking at everyone elses they also have the same huge 3-4 hour chunk missing from their earnings.

Hi there !
I'm so glad you that I break a new record ... 300 rigs simultaneously connected on the tool Smiley

I have done huge rewriting and optimization on the server side.
It's really faster now (less than 200ms per call).
Now that the backend is optimized and stabilized, I'll focus on new features.

Thanks for using the tools guys !! Smiley

PS : If you want to tips : 1M7ceU3bwdV2ByBZYiXW7CDyx7JpwGsHap
It will help to pay the server Wink

Great job - does this support ccminerAlexis78?

Thanks for your hard work

574  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Fourth alt coin thread last three got oversized. on: June 02, 2017, 03:56:37 PM
Got my very first nvidia card after buying all RX 470/480s for the past year, 33 in total.
Zotac GTX 1070 mini, $350 from newegg.com.

I'm getting around 437 sols mining zcash with EWBF 0.3.3b 90% power, +200 core, +550 mem.
Can I get more? Please share some tricks and tips!
Also, which coin is more profitable to mine lately? I see Phil and others say skein, I've also heard DGB?

the primary coin for NVIDIA, IMHO is ZEC

However, NVIDIA cards are also blessed to be powerful cards for many other other coins like Skein, LyraeREv2...

Nicehash and zpool are exciting places if you have a NVIDIA cards.

For your 1070, try +100/+900

at 437sols using a mere 1070, you are right there nose to nose with high end AMD R9 cards like Fury and Nanos.

if you try a 1080ti.... you zoom past 700sols and a bit

Great arguments as always Citronick
What miner and pool do you prefer for ZEC?
575  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: GTX1080ti's: Better Options? on: June 01, 2017, 08:27:13 PM
interesting topic ...

we are rebuilding our test machine - 5 x gigabyte aorus 1080ti extreme - for full production in the coming days ...

we have been waiting on these high end cards for a long time - have tested - and they are beasts in the mining division ...

this machine is the blueprint for the others that will follow ...

#crysx

What risers are you using for the Aorus beasts? Also curious what PSU you're going to go with, I'm in the process of reconfig. as well.

Link please? Smiley Thanks.

if you use 1 of these inline fans or fans like Marijuana growers use, you'll be fine

http://growershouse.com/phat-fan-12-inch-1708-cfm?keyword=&gclid=Cj0KEQjw9r7JBRCj37PlltTskaMBEiQAKTzTfBXoV2nA9wlVZwgFciNvxsCkN8N9bFw4mLdsumvgO9kaAitR8P8HAQ

Don't know how many cubic feet you're in but average 2 car garage is 3600 cubic feet so the fan above would exchange the air inside of it roughly once every 2 minutes. That's pretty good.

Will be getting 5x 1080ti here hopefully by the end of the week.  Currently, looking to try to get nemos auto-switching on zpool up and running and compare it to nicehash and will report back results so we can compare.  Any other mining software/pools I should be looking at?

@JaredKaragen has helped me out so I'll say you should DEFINITELY look at his bats:

Shocked If you're just contemplating on starting to GPU mine, do not, I repeat do not start!

It's like a disease has taken over me! I find myself constantly reading more and more, every spare minute - not just that -

I can't stop buying GPUs and parts!!!!!

The worst part is, I keep buying GPU's and I don't even have any power to run them, I'm pretty much maxed out till I can get a panel upgrade! I'm already probably drawing too much, 100A main and I'm using 3 rooms 20A each room... Help me!!!!!!!

RX 470's just sitting there doing nothing, 1070's and 1 baby 1060 that will probably never see a motherboard again, all abandoned like little orphans!
