Bitcoin's quickly changing price, volatility, remains one of the problem we will encounter with bitcoin as it is still in it's infancy. Time will come that more and more people will hold bitcoin and then it will be stable. Then we can use it as a currency for a state.

Riding the fever? surely, those promising coins will also attract new investors from bitcoin investors. The only way I can see bitcoin to hit ath again is by attracting more people to adopt. Not just the same people jumping from 1 coin to another.

The government, which is stable, backed currency is still the best means of trade today. We can't hold to bitcoin's promise too early that we might have markets collapse onto something that is not stable.

For me, it's fine that we can use bitcoin as an alternative currency than fiat. Not to actually replace it.

It will be a good career as it is just booming. The blockchain is not only applicable to bitcoin, we can give many applications for it.

Will not probably kill bitcoin, but probably decrease it's market value in general. It will greatly affect mass adoption because of its new legal practices.

It's better for him to first understand bitcoin, how it works and how to actually deal with it. But if he's on a hurry better document everything. Also it would be best to pay all necessary legal taxes and alike.
