I am not investing to most altcoins because most of those projects were just became popular because of FUD.
Moreover, a lot of altcoin projects does not have any objective of helping people to achieve financial freedom centralized system that we currently have. Most also were just created for the mean of generating income and investments which sometimes lead of scamming.
Gladly, we have altcoins present nowadays which I think are worth investing at.

For numbers one and four, you can have that as currently there are bunch of casinos that allows you to withdraw less than $10,  where also you can play provably fair games. On the other hand, the other two requirements left pretty seems to be unrealistic. I am not aware of any casino where you're allowed to do that. I know though that it is possible, but, I'm sure it's unlikely.

I believe you can create a mega thread in relation to that which you had mentioned. I am not sure 100% though since we already have sub-boards that would categories that. Those boards are called Scam Accusations and the Reputation boards (both are under the Trading Discussion), I assume you are already aware of those.

I think these kinds of scripts are not worth trying. I've read some articles before proving that almost all (if not all) dice bots are just created to scam. I remember one from those that say the bot was not giving back the money to the players, instead, the owner just accumulated the funds and then run away.
