Please consider adding btc-e prices for PPC, as it is the 3rd largest coin and btc-e is the largest market for it.
BTC-e PPC/BTC is added. http://bitcoinwisdom.com/markets/btce/ppcbtc

BUG: Depth chart has a off-by-one error.

I positively love bitcoinwisdom and it has become the standard image on one of my screens. However, there's a bug in the order depth book I thought I'd highlight.

If you look at the bid order book in the bottom right, you'll find how many BTC are needed to transact to break a certain price, right? So if we see "141.0 605", that means 605 BTC must be sold for the price to break 141 USD. This is correct behavior.

However, in the ask order book, there's an off-by-one error. The first entry with a last transaction of 141.88 currently reads "141.5 348", and that's with a lowest ask of 141.87999. The 141.5 label, I guess, should have read 142.0 - the label above. For the ask order book, the BTC count consistently refers to the label to the left and one step above it.

There's an off-by-one error. Just thought I'd say.

Again, thank you for this great visualization tool!

Cheers,
Rick

for asks: 100.5 500, it means  there are 500 BTC in the range [100.5, 101), if user bought 500 BTC then it will reach 101.
So the 100.8 belongs to group 100.5.
for bids: 100.5 500, it still means there are 500 BTC in the range [100.5, 101), if user sell 500 BTC then it will break 100.5.

The order is read as the each number move up 50% line-height.
Eg:
Asks
103 8
100 5
Bids
100 5
97 8

It will be read as
Asks:
103.5 (imaged)
  | ----8
103
100.5 (imaged)
  | ----5
100
Bids:
100.5 (imaged)
  | -- 5
100
97.5 (imaged)
 | -- 5
97

If change it to the your solution. it would be
Asks:
103.5
  | --- 8
103 (imaged)
100.5
  | --- 5
100 (imaged)
Bids:
100.5 (imaged)
  | -- 5
100
97.5 (imaged)
 | -- 5
97

Both of the solutions have there own advantage, so it won't be changed.

Yes, I share the code with btc123 and help him to set up the Chinese version.

Two screen capture charts (1 hr & 30 min)  taken less than 30 seconds apart around 10:05pm Eastern time. Why are they different???  I don't expect such a discrepancy on your site.

I'm afraid you need adjust your computer's clock.

Great site!!! My favorite chart site at the moment. But I have a question. What does it mean the little gray triangle left of the depth?
The gray triangle is the average order price nearby.

I do love this site, I like being able to see the MacD even if I can't always understand it. I can't understand why when I click to see the weekly view the graph becomes very short. Is this because the site is still new? can it include some more historical data? thanks
Mt.Gox, Bitstamp, Crypto-Trade has full historical data.
BTC-e and others doesn't have the API for full historical trades, so only have partial data.

I seem to have accidentally (by a mouse movement) decreased the spacing between the bars and tightened the bars which resulted in condensing the chart (compared to default settings), which I like a lot.

Can someone advise me on how to repeat this feature in the future?
Mouse wheel will decrease/increase the bar size and spacing.

Hi there.  This site was working on mobile android with Opera and Dolphin over the weekend, but as of today, just shows loading and waiting in the chart and price areas, even though it still works on my desktop.  Would be great if this site would start working on mobile again.  This is my preferred mobile charting app.  Thanks for considering
Maybe there is some net problem at that time. there is no big change these days and it works on my android system.

You should add crypto-trade.com and cryptsy.com to your list as they are seeing larger volume than btc-e now, As users are leaving btc because of the 0.5ltc withdrawal fee scam
I think not, both of them have very small volume. LTC/BTC in crypto-trade.com is 11.36 and cryptsy.com is 2171. BTC-e is 116262.
Crypto-Trade was added many weeks ago, but only 0.1% people visit it, I'm even conisdering to remove it to decrease system load.

I know this might not make sense to anyone else, but a quick request:

The indicator that you have on the charts is in the shape of a cross, but when I move off the page (I have multiple monitors), the cross disappears. Would it be possible to "drop" a cross and leave it if I click or double click somewhere on a candlestick? This way, I can leave a marker on the chart.
It sounds easy, but I found some issues and make the logical the code complex. The key is what's the marker's behaviour, maybe the same as cross. then when the mouse move on the canvas,  how to make 2 cross work together.

Understood. I'm not a coder so I'm not sure what it would take to do something like this but maybe there's a way to "lock" at a position when you double click, or maybe something up in the settings bar that would allow you to click to drop something?
The feature is added. now when you double click the chart, the cross will be locked and cannot move anymore.

Great site.

One suggestion would be to allow users to delete graphs. For me I do not pay attention to volume when charting, so It just adds noise.

The charting is a lot of fun to play around with, definitely spreading the word!
The related settings are in the menu SETTINGS.

hy
thx for the service, its great!
could you implement that candles fill the vertical space? for example i watch bitstamp 5 min and only 1/3 of the vertical space is filled.
imho visibility of spikes would be better if the space would be used
thx
I'm sorry it won't be changed. Because it is conflict with depth hint, if fill the chart and when the price reach the top, users cannot see the depth above the price.

Looks great - and an awesome way to get instant information on Bitcoin prices. Are you getting much traffic?
No, most of people doesn't know the site. Currently is only about 1000 unique IP per day and 3000 unique IP per week.  and the traffic hasn't increased for many days.

[..]
You could hide EMAs, but hide the MACD is not supported in short time. it will be part of support any number custom of indicators, and that is complex parts and will take a lot of time to code.
Show 4 days with 15 minutes currently is not supported, the minmum for the chart setting is 3px with space 3px.  and display by period range is out of chart's ability, and there is no plan to support dynamic width of bars for CandleStick. maybe will support in Line chart or custom minmum charts width setting. but I think it would be very low priority feature.

Thanks for adding the possibility to hide the MACD, having as little clutter as possible is essential in technical analysis (but then what everyone finds useful varies greatly).

Now it's unfortunate that we can't increase the density, there just aren't enough bars per charts... any move in that direction will be welcome.

Cheers.
I think I should express why I won't decrease the minmum bar width and space
1. The minimum bar width is 3px, or the high and low cannot be recogined.
2. If the margin is too low, the chart will looks dazzle in dark theme.
3. 3px width + 0~1px space quite smaller than next level 5px width with 3px, it makes the zoom unsmoothly.
4. For 4 days, 30 minutes is no difference of 15 minutes in most of case.
5. The server first read 200 periods and then read 900 periods to let user see the chart earlier. in 3px with without margin, when screen width large than 900px, users will see an unfriendly chart flicking moving.

Tongue could we set more MA-LINE?

the website only can be set 4 LINEs.

if the number of MA-LINE can be Customized, it will be really helpful for us.
I'm sorry, currently won't support the line number greater than 4. It will make setting page untidy.

Thanks, I like the UI.

2 big sticking points though
 - the only indicator useful to me is the volume. I don't need SMAs/EMAs/MACD/RSI, etc. I didn't find any way to hit this pane. Is there?
 - is there any way to print more bars per chart? I want to say 4 days worth of charts using 15min bars and I can't seem to do that.

Cheers.

Now you can hide the MACD indicators. Select `None` of indicator in `SETTINGS`.
