I can tell you why you are not included. Most of your posts here on BTCtalk are one liners in airdrop or ANN threads, this is your first post in DeepOnion thread, and you have exactly ZERO posts in official DO forum.
There are absolutely NO CHANCE that they will ever accept someone without any contribution to the project.
If you want to get in you will need to be much more active here and in the official DO forum.

Well, when I discovered Deeponion project I thought that it could be interesting, but I was not eligible to enter the airdrop because my BTCtalk account was too young. I started to be more interested in crypto world at the begining of this year and even started to mine some altcoins with one GTX 1070 that I have bought for that purpose. I was trying to learn as much as possible about everything and was reading this forum but did not bother to register because I was only interested in learning.
I have registered in August (before I have seen DeepOnion) and started to post first at local threads in my language and than in English threads).
As I said, DeepOnion seemed interesting to me but as my account was too young by old rules I read about it but was not active in the community.
When new set of rules was activated I have applied for airdrop because I had all that was required to enter.
My account was refused because it did not meet some requirements. It was suspicious because it was young account with most posts at local forums and no posts in DeepOnion thread.
I have continued to be active as I would have if I was accepted and I am trying to contribute as much as I can and know.
I have made a ticket yesterday for review of my application and I am hoping to be accepted. If not I will still continue to work as if I am accepted and will try again.
There are still many airdrops left and most important thing is that I am having real fun here and feel accepted in the community even if I am not part of the airdrops.
Every day I see a lot of people that are impatient to get in and people that are accepted and think that they do not need to contribute after that.
You can't expect to get something for nothing and you can all see that you can get plenty here.

So my advice is to be patient, contribute as much as you can, every contribution counts. It does not have to be graphic design or making a website, you can make your contributions in many other ways. It is important to believe in this project and spread the news and I am sure that it will be rewarded in the end.

This is a great project with even better community and I will support it for as long as it takes.

Those are not new rules, they are current rules. New rules will be announced before 16th airdrop. At the moment all of the new applications are temporary suspended until after 15th round is finished.
Nobody except devs know what new rules will be like (possibly even devs don't have complete set of rules finalized yet) so it is waste of time to keep guessing, we just have to wait and see.
Until then everybody should keep contributing and spreading the news about this project so we could all benefit from it together.

Da, još nisam u airdropovima, a što se potpisa tiče imam ga iz dva razloga. prvi je to što je to jedan od uslova da budeš primljen u kampanju, bez njega nećeš biti ni razmatran. Drugi je taj što mi se i bez tog uslova ta zajednica veoma dopada i odlično sam prihvaćen tako da ću ga nositi bez obzira da li ću biti primljen ili ne.
Na njihovom forumu sam što preko contesta i bountyja, što preko donacija starijih članova već skupio određeni broj oniona tako da i bez airdropa možeš dobiti nešto za svoj trud.
A poseban bonus za mene je što se stavrno zabavljam radeći ove grafičke radove i oduvijek sam to volio raditi samo mi je uvijek bilo teško pronaći pravu inspiraciju i motivaciju. Sada kada to imam sa uživanjem zaposlim mozak i opustim se.

Yeah, I know what you are saying but I like to keep things clean and not too distracting. If a design is too busy it is hard to focus on the main thing.
But maybe in some of the next designs I will go all in. 
I have some more ideas and will be making them very soon so keep your eyes open.

Pa evo ni ja još uvijek nisam primljen, ali trudim se da nešto uradim za zajednicu i nadam se da ću biti primijećen i da ću da postanem dio toga.
Ko god misli da će da upadne bez ikakvog doprinosa projektu neće baš da bude zadovoljan.

Ne mora to da bude na ovaj način kao što ja radim, ima mnogo načina da se doprinese. Možete prevoditi članke, tutorijale, pomagati drugim članovima, reklamirati projekat okolo itd.
Što se tiče vas novijih članova, za desetak 7-10 dana bi trebala biti modofikovana pravila za ulaz pa se možete nadati da će biti lakše. Ali ne treba čekati, treba odmah početi sa radom pa će kasnije biti lakše a budete primljeni.

Ako te već zanima kako da napreduješ sa rankom imaš gore tabelu koliko activity poena ti treba za svaki rank. Jedan post - jedan poen s tim što u periodu od 14 dana možeš napredovati najviše 14 poena.
Pa računaj koliko ti treba za svaki rank.

WOW, where to start. You obviously did not read first post in this thread.
First of all, the thing that can be seen at first glance is that you don't have required signature.
Next thing is that this is your first post in this thread so how can you hope to be part of the airdrops when your contribution is zero.
And looking at your posts at BTCtalk I don't see any quality.

So what can you do if you want to have any chance to join?

You need have much more activity here and on official forum with contributions in any way that you can. And you need to have more quality in your posts in general. Of course you need to carefully read rules in first post and keep an eye out for any changes in them that can happen from time to time.

And last piece of advice: take your time. You will need at least a two weeks to a month of hard work so you can show your progress and be able to apply to the airdrop again.

Thank you very much, but I am very far from a professional. I am just a man of many interests and one of them was trying to learn basics of graphic manipulation software so I can say that I can do simple things in Photoshop. I am planing to make some more stuff like this, real life products with DeepOnion brand or theme. I have some ideas and hoped to make one or two more today but some stuff got in the way and I just did not have the time to finish it. Expect some more in a very near future.

You can't have signature until you become Jr. Member. You will need approximately one month or little more to reach that rank if you post at least one post a day. Activity is rising every 14 days and max by 14 points if you have 14 or more posts in that period. You need activity of 30 to become Jr. Member. Just be patient and read posts that you find interesting. As you learn and maybe ask some questions time will pass quickly.
