First of all Study the market carefully and then I will suggest if there will be re-bounce or is just a correctional market then i will suggest you hold on let things settle down a bit but if you have an unsure coin then is best to take losses and walk away before it hit point of no return

I think the second best platform will be TRON and then maybe EOS which up till now dont seems to have full support from users which probably is due to its stagnant development all this while but TRON definitely comes second places in smart contracts

I highly doubt that the good reputable exchange will just disappear like that I mean there are exchanges that are just no going to do that and many people know them I will just say if you find the exchange suspicious then you are good to withdraw if not the keep your money

I definitely didnt expect ETH above 220 well is 260 now thats one thing with crypto always remember to keep atleast 50% that way you will always have some serious hope of regaining confidence once you trust the coin I really hope it keeps up till BTC halving

Personally I will just use paper wallet and store them there find safe location and keep it there There is no need for expensive hardware but if you want that there are some hardware wallet that are secured enough It depends on your handling most of the time
