Просто недавно продавал авто, так если зайти на официальный сайт гибдд то в разделах сервиса у них можно вбить вин автомобили и просмотреть всю историю - кто был владельцем, были или нет аварии (а так как сейчас большинство с страховкой, то стараются оформлять), есть ли ограничения на регистрационные действия и т.д., посмотрел, очень понравилось. Я думаю, что здесь есть и другая идея. Также будет оценка качества работы того или иного продавца. Но я думаю, что платформа может собрать в себе много функций.
