Is there already a final date for the token sale? I'm sure the crypto community would appreciate the idea behind this project.
As far as i know they didn't yet announced the date but i think the announcement is near. Also market seems recovering and can appreciate an ico like URAllowance. |

They got an "A" rating from a rating site. What is the credibility of these rating sites, Who rates these sites?
I don't believe those websites, many times when I scroll ratings I see that some votes are casted by bots, would you believe in such systems? I don't honestly. I just visit them to see new ICOs, that's it I also think they are giving rating by what they get in return for it. I like checking that websites but i don't act on their ratings. |

The private sale is almost here, last time we got some updates they had collected something like 800k $, i wonder if they managed to raise some more in the meantime.
Maybe the devs have forgotten that they have an ICO running soon? No activity here is not so nice  I'd like to see more activity here as well, but I think they are working hard to make an MVP before the sale. ICO is approaching very fast, hope they will raise they marketing and activity. It is not that expensive to hire a community manager even some volunteer can do it. Anyways, i hope ico will be succesfull. |

I tought that platform Netflix, Amazon and so on helped to decrease piracy, at least it's my case now, I almost stopped watching bad qaulity streamed movies/tv series because I find them on this platforms for relativity cheap One of the biggest reason of piracy is expensive and bad service. With services like above, they are giving very quality service with affordable prices. So why bother for piracy? |

I was thinking about the KYC on this project and the targeted demographic. I keep seeing the term "unbanked" being used a lot. My concern is, KYC requires not only identification but also proof of residency. The proof of residency requires a utility bill in the party's name with a matching address.... See where I'm going with this? Most utility companies require some form of debit or credit or pay a large deposit. I think a lot of your target audience will not be able to pass KYC because they probably don't have utilities turned on on their name. Might want to think of offering a solution ahead of time, before this becomes an issue. Otherwise, you might find yourself making a lot of refunds.
I think not every KYC needs an utility bill, as far as I know. In fact, all KYCs I made so far, in crypto and not in crypto, never asked for a bill or something like that. I made countless KYC some asks for an utlility bill some ask only an id. Some asks information like you are trying to be a citizen of USA. I hope Alax's will be one of the easy ones. |

Once again thanks for your continued support. I have been following your discussions with great interest.
A few remarks:
1. The team is still the same as it was- We have added a few new faces since we started, but the core team is the same and will remain this way.
2. About a second token - We are only doing ONE public token - the FLIX token, which will be used as payment on the CryptoFlix Platform and which can also be used to invest in films on the CryptoFlix Film Market Place.
The way that we see the investment on the Film Market Place, is that the FLIX tokens are vested as a security for the investment and we will then issue an INTERNAL USD pegged token for each project. This is because filmmakers need FIAT to pay for the production and they will likely not take on a further risk of having to pay the term sheet yield in FLIX because of the volatility.
So when the investment recoups the income, the FLIX tokens will be released gradually and at the end there will be a USD pegged yield as projected in the term sheet. Meanwhile the FLIX token holder keeps all his FLIX tokens which will be released 100% when the investment is recouped.

I'd be grateful if you can answer me these two questions:
1) ICO is performing quite bad so far. If unsuccessful, would you return invested funds to investors?
2) On your alax.io page, FAQ says:
"Is there a mandatory KYC form?
KYC might be required in some cases - we will contact participants right after their contribution in case it's needed."
So, it doesnt say its mandatory for everyone. Otherwise its very misleading.
If someone is not comfortable with KYC would you issue a refund or those funds are lost in that case?

Hello. 1) We didn't have a soft cap, so we cannot speak about unsuccessful TGE. I am not sure if there are already all private investors since not all deals have been made yet. Even if there won't be much more participants and claimed tokens in the TGE, all tokens will be redistributed among the participants based on their stake (so no refund in this case). 2) In the time we have prepared the FAQ, we weren't completely sure if there will be a mandatory KYC procedure but later our legal advisors advised us to have it mandatory. If someone did not pass the KYC or he/she will reject to do it, we will, of course, make a refund. Having no soft cap doesn't make an ico success. I was also thinking it was unsuccessful but it seems investors jumped in after my last check. 21 531 109 ALX already booked! -- It was around 5 million last time i checked. So it means around 2 million euros. It is successful in my opinion now. |

in fact, perhaps the team should be a little more active on btk as well as on other channels (telegram), with the market that perhaps stabilizesi think ico will receive large investments and the hard cap is possible to reach...
I wonder what happend. In the beginning they were quite active. Must be busy riding the bull market. Every project has a silent moment in my observation. It seems it may turning to a bull market again. Just wait couple of days to be sure. |

My only desire is ehealth gets its soft cap. In this market, i can't expect more. |

Yes it will be possible to use your tokens to watch a movie or you will also have the possibility to fund films. For me it’s a good real life use case, a nice application for cryptocurrencies and blockchain I think.
I was under the impression that there will be only one token and I'm right then. I didn't make sense to issue two different tokens, unless one is an utility one and the other a security I saw that discussion yesterday and decided to stay out of it. It was obvious there is not a second token and it would be unlogical. |
