I guess the American president has a balloon now? I don't news much.
One thing that comes to mind about Trump is how anti-fragile he is from reputational harm. When you're assumed to be a decent human being gossip can be really damaging. When everybody thinks you're giant balloon, you are free from it.

Wasn't there also that other thread at the time, Gold Collapsing, Bitcoin Up? It had occasional grown-up on and off-topic discussion ( amongst the scamming and stuff ). Nowadays this thread seems to have taken on both ( all 3 ) functions - price discussion, bitcoin ramblings, scamming-and-stuff. Also true. Cypherdoc and company. They started to BitcoinXT and everything went to shitstorm. We lost a lot of big brains during the purge. |

Choice of career is somewhat analogous to a business deciding upon what products and services to offer, at what price. If you just wing it, with no thought to supply or demand, you're gonna have a bad time. Indubitably. Her parents should have pressed her to become an ear, nose, and throat doctor. Or a hooker.  |

The prestige of those degrees doesn't mean shit. She hasn't a hope or prayer to ever pay that debt off in her entire lifetime and still have a house, a life, etc. She'd have to have a doctor or lawyer's salary to do even possibly do it. These parents (and their kids) need to wake the fk up. The ROI for a college degree HAS to be there to make it even worth it these days. Otherwise JUST DON'T DO IT. Find other ways, scholarships, cheaper degrees, online education, work to get experience, etc. Whatever it takes to not be loaded down with student loan debt when you graduate. Food, medicine, education, housing, all of our most basic human needs have been filled with goo and sold back to us at a premium. Best to just not buy anything. But Bitcorn is probably good to go.
