No. That's not possible. If anyone said than one or two or most of the coin gets dump, I would belive. But I don't think the whole market will go to zero. Cause there are many fully decentralised coin or token available. And this kind of coin not run by authorities. They are fully run by people. So if in this world a single person use bitcoin or this type of coin it will run.
Noone no government can stop it.

I don't think that xrp will ever goes to that price. For XRP $14 is too much. I know ripple is a very good project though many people don't like it. Cause ripple is not a fully decentralised thing.
They are fully backed up by banks. But still they delivered almost
Everything at that time. They are well devloped and working project and in near future they will grow more. But still it's hard to reach $14 per day. But it can give some profit that's it.

So this is not a very good time to spend on alts. I would suggest wait and find a good spot when market is down. There are a lots of exchanges available in the market. But there are very few where you can put your trust. You can check about top exchanges in coinmarketcap or coingecko but some exchanges fake their volume it's easy to be fool. I would suggest you exchanges like Binance, huobi, Okex, Bitterx, Kucoin. These are centralised exchanges. I also prrefer centralised exchanges like ddex , Binance Dex, ViteX exchange, switcheo. But whichever you use always read some review and then go for it. That's the safest option don't fully trust anyone.

Yes almost all exchanges have their own token, mainly the centralized ones. Cause everyone want to make their own ecosystem and own market. Some of them are really good like bnb. It was only a exchange token but now it perform as many utilities. So I like some of them not all. And those which have some future I always stick with them and hold them.

It's hard to say they which one will lost for forever. But i can say that those who have great plan for future or good product or have a great vision will survive.
