It is reassuring. I think a lot of people see the incredibly high cap and assume you're right there with the other ICO's you mentioned just trying to get rich.
Hello all! Here is a new video that addresses just the 2,000,000 ETH Max Cap for the Javvy ICO... Why does Javvy have such a High Max Cap for its ICO?Cheers, Brandon That's a good point though. Kind of what I assumed, but I can see why other people be confused about it. So what was the summary of the answer? He basically said they aren't trying to raise that much, it's just a cap. They don't want to have more than that, ever.

It will be a better project than Storj and sia. If they make a deal with two companies, they can come to nice places.
I already asked about partnerships... If there is any or if there are conversations in the way. But my questions keep getting lost in the topic. (Maybe I'm touching any sensitive spot ) A SIA partnership would be interesting. Yeah, but I don't really see that happening. It's not complete absurd though. A partnership would be cool.

Tell me please, On what day of the week should I publish the report? Is it Saturday? Where it can be read?
The Twitter weeks always run Monday 12:01am until Sunday 11:59pm PST (-0800 UTC) Feel free to post your report at the end of the week all in one go, or if you do multiple updates that is fine also. Cool, gives me plenty of time.

Will there be any sort of platform used, or does the technology just kinda work in the background?
It's mostly used under the hood of systems that users wouldn't ever see. Some commons uses are connecting banks together so you can send money peer-to-peer, or connecting brokerages and clearinghouses together so that when you trade stocks they end up in your account. Yeah, this makes sense. Thanks. DisLedger provides distributed ledger technology for the existing players in the financial system (the companies with $ billions of dollars). We're not trying to provide a niche application or Dapp, but rather to work with the companies that currently provide >99% of the financial transactions globally. Sounds so promising. Is there any sort of confirmation I can see that you have relationships with some of these finance companies? We're under NDAs with them so we can't go into details on what we've been working on. But we'll have proof of concepts that we'll be able to announce shortly. You'll announce it here on this thread right? This is my only source of information from you guys. Where else would you recommend I follow?

Are you guys planning to bring any more advisors on?
? Hi earthcoin! We actually answered that question in the LIVE stream last night, if you want to check out the recording. In short, though, I'll answer here too. We are open to taking on new advisors who are superstars, especially in the crypto vertical. However, we have one advisor who is likely to convert to a C-level position, so we didn't post them as advisor just yet. We will likely just post them as CSO, Chief Strategy Officer, because they have been awesome and instrumental in helping us tailor our financials and message for investors. Our finance and legal teams are very strong. We are also currently in talks with a major security expert to join our team in a capacity to assure that our wallet code and overall system is secure and audited. We are close to signing a deal, as they have been very responsive, and we are eager to announce them once they're on-board!! Cheers, Brandon Hey Brandon, you've now piqued my interest with the security experts. Any sort of time frame on when you'd be able to announce them? a week? 3 months?

Do you guys have any patents pending?
? Hmmmm... Never thought about that! Is there any cryptocurrency related patent issued? I've seen some using a sort of Proof of Creation to bypass patents. That sounds interesting, can't find any PoC ICO's on a simple google search.

What is the key difference between this one and other betting projects?
Hi MyTimeCoin, do you mean other betting projects in general, or just other blockchain-based betting projects? The two differences that apply to all other betting projects are: 1) We will maintain the social system wherein members can opt to have member profiles, can interact with other members, and can follow others. This social system will also allow for the display for each members betting statistics (ROI, profit, record... etc.). Members who opt in to this social system will be eligible for our Community Incentive Plan, whereby we will reward users who provide rationale for their bets, have many followers, and/or who are active bettors. 2) We will have the best odds available to sports bettors, with an industry low 1% margin on bets. Obviously, the biggest difference between us and other non-blockchain betting projects is that we will offer increased security, transparency, verifiability, as well as trustless betting. There are a few others that are in the blockchain betting space, though we do feel like we provide a stronger and different offering. I'm not going to disparage any of the other ventures as there is more than enough space in this industry for all of us. I will name a few, and you can look into them and ask me questions about them compared to us if you would like: https://wagerr.com/https://unikoingold.com/https://www.decent.bet/https://www.peerplays.com/http://edgeless.io/#!/index How does it compare to decent?? Also will you have a working platform with real bets before any of these?? What are the benefits for the investors Fansunite coin?? Thanks Sorry, I forgot to address the timeline question. I'm not too familiar with the timeline of the other projects, but our roadmap will be released tomorrow, Pacific Time, in all likelihood. Is the roadmap up yet? I didn't see it. It's just getting the final touches right now. Should be up in the next few hours. It will be up at https://fansunite.io/roadmap. I'll make a post in here as soon as it is up. That's probably one of my favorite roadmaps I've seen on these forums. Simple, functional, stylish. I'm a sucker for aesthetics though. Thank you for the kind words! I'll pass the complement on to our dev squad! So they're on staff and not just temp hires right? Same guys making the rest of your platform? Same devs you see on our team section currently are the guys who made the site and that are building our future platform. We're really proud of the team we've assembled, these guys can crush deadlines too. That's awesome, taking pride in your team and work is the best way to keep morale and motivation up.

Nowadays is not a good time to invest. I think later after fork bitcoin will be better times. And the amount is very large.
Sounds like you don't really know what you're talking about.

Do you think you will expand into Asia?
Yes. We plan to register in every country, where allowed, but that is dependent upon funding and/or revenue. We are building the technology in a way that will serve all countries. After that, it is just a matter of licensing (where needed). Do you expect Chinese regulation to give you any difficulties? Yes, China will be problematic in the short-term (only for buy and sell operations). However, we aren't planning to have buy/sell capability in the wallet until Q1 or Q2 next year anyway. We feel that, by then, China will come around and announce new regulations that benefit the government/banks. At that time, Javvy will adhere to the Chinese KYC policies for its citizens. The other wallet features (send, receive, convert, use, manage) will not be affected by Chinese regulations, as we will not impose restrictions on those operations. I agree China will find a way to profit off of this, and will set up the hoops needed. It's just a matter of jumping through them, then.

can you ELI5 what exactly this does? I understand that it keeps track of transactions using blockchain, but isn't it offline? How do transactions get confirmed that way?
Am I way off?

Yeah I could complain for days about it. I guess I can understand they think they need all the verification, and I would probably be more okay with it if they actually handled it well. From my experience, they often have broken steps. Just google "can't verify Kraken" or "can't link bank coinbase", you'll find all sorts of bureaucratic nightmare stories.
So, we haven't announced this officially yet, but we are about to launch a gorilla marketing, grass roots social media campaign, using videos (and some audio only for podcasts, audiobooks, etc). Would you be interested in sharing some of your war stories with us on audio and/or video? (We're going to make an announcement soon and ask for questions from the community on Javvy or crypto topics, in general, and answer those in videos) Lol, this would make for excellent advertising for Javvy.
