561  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: who lost all their btc from mintpal? on: October 09, 2014, 10:27:52 PM
Did you lose your v1 transaction history? I'm not talking about coins, just transaction history. Mine's blank.

They didn't scamigrate that, as far as I know.
562  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Mintpal V2 Launch Tomorrow on: October 08, 2014, 10:14:26 PM
The karma isn't worth a whole lot ...I can loose it , I guess, I have lots more in the wallet.

The current value of the coins isn't the point. Those coins are your property and they cannot steal them from you.

I "had" some Monero (XMR) on Mintpal. I don't see it even listed there yet. (It is not in my account there.)
They mentioned some lower volume coins would be added later.

Bullshit. Markets for coins with lower volume than XMR have been scamigrated, although many balances are incorrect.
565  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: WARNING FOR mintpal.com! Bug/scam with withdrawals of alt currencies. on: October 08, 2014, 07:55:10 PM
Hello, I withdrew 100k+ FlutterCoins from Mintpal.com which I never recived. My friend tried today same thing happend to him. Have had a ticket up and active for 5 hours+ now, no response. Do not withdraw alt coins from here as it may be gone, you have been warned.

I'd offer the same advice. Withdrawing anything right now is extremely risky because the exchange is a mess. Wait a few days and don't forget to document yourself with sceen prints (including of support replies) that might be useful later when reporting the scammers to the authorities.

Include as much information as you can with any reports you send. Moolah is registered in England and Wales as Moopay LTD (08920347). Their BSA ID is 31000047132300.

Also note that crimes have ALREADY BEEN COMMITTED by Moolah/Mintpal - it doesn't even matter if they return the missing coins or not. Assets have been kept illegally unavailable to their righteous owners by the company. Either the crypto community starts taking serious action against each and every company that commits these frauds (whether knowingly and willingly or not, that's not the users' problem), or we will never stop this scam fest.

I believe I typed my password incorrectly, cause I tested out a litecoin withdrawal with an incorrect password and it did the same thing. Ridiculous that even happens, instead of saying wrong password it sends an error withdrawal that clears your balance. You should always be able to cancel pending withdrawals.

I don't think you typed your password incorrectly the first time. There are lots of people in the same situation as you. I would advise everyone who was lucky enough to have had their entire balances scamigrated correctly to wait a few days before trying to withdraw. The exchange is a total mess right now.

I Log into V2 some minutes ago anche check my balance, i don't remember how much it was (i think 0.1-0.05) but i'm sure BTC Balance wasn't 0 (and now is 0)
Other balances seems ok.
Anyone with the same problem?

I logged in to V2 for the first time today.  I had over 1 BTC in BTC balance before the change.  Today, my balance is showing 0!  Is this normal?

Yes, I'm missing part of my balance (see my posts above) and probably thousands of others are too.
569  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Over/Under 1 Week Mintpal V2 Release on: October 07, 2014, 11:40:40 PM
Hi

I lost my 150 DRK coins which i deposited to old address on 6th of OCT. They claim the DRK on 7th and now they are not in my OLD wallet.

No response from support. There support is really bad. All those coins which i lost of hard earn money.

Look like we are heading for another situation where exchange will just say you lost the coins.

It doesn't matter if it was an old address (as in from before the scamigration). Unless they want to start being called MintGox or MoolahGox, they should have a backup of the wallet with that address and should be able to restore your balance.
570  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: MINTPAL - You still believe in their story? on: October 07, 2014, 03:57:41 AM
They obviously dumped loads of BTC and are slowly buying them back. On the 1st of October, just before the migration started, since there was no warning on Mintpal's website that it was about to go offline, I deposited 0.04 BTC to address 1HkiegCTHNFksNhfHxH4ffLEuq61odrCBg. The deposit went through normally (txid 9cfbf3dd042b63968480214c56d8971cf35bde55cb765976bb7f9f5e2786b68a). Now that the site is back online, my BTC balance is showing only about half that amount, 0.02056931 BTC.

Now the interesting part - look what happened to the BTC on the address I deposited to. One hour after the deposit, the whole 0.04 BTC were transferred to 2 other addresses:

https://blockchain.info/address/1HkiegCTHNFksNhfHxH4ffLEuq61odrCBg

Why the hell couldn't they migrate the address that was already associated to my account instead of moving its balance to other addresses? That looks extremely suspicious to me.

No myriadcoin and DigiByte
not my account and coin ...
it's a good job and a smashing success ))

What does that even mean?

I think he was being ironic and saying that Myriadcoin and Digibyte are not showing on the markets list. Both were there before the migration.

Only half of my BTC balance is showing. Just before the site went offline on the 1st of October, I deposited 0.04 BTC to address 1HkiegCTHNFksNhfHxH4ffLEuq61odrCBg and the deposit went through (txid 9cfbf3dd042b63968480214c56d8971cf35bde55cb765976bb7f9f5e2786b68a). Now it shows my balance is 0.02056931 BTC.

Moolah is playing with user coins..he dump them for more then 400$  ..now he wait good moment to buy coins for less money  and difference which is for sure hunders of thousands $ will put in his pocket.
That is pretty obvious by now. They saw the price drop and took the opportunity to profit from it while our BTC is stuck there. I deposited BTC just before the site went offline (because there was NO warning on the site that they were taking it offline) and that was to buy some alt coins, but even though I wouldn't sell BTC now (only morons would sell this low), people should have had the chance to access their balances and decide whether to sell or not. Fucking scamming criminals.
575  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: How can Cryptsy.com serve you better? Still the #1 Digital Currency Exchange! on: October 05, 2014, 07:23:43 AM
Just wanted to chime in and say what awesome transparency it is for an exchange to have it's employees out-reach to the community to ask what they can do better, if anything. How often do you get to see that elsewhere? That makes me even more happy to be a user of Cryptsy services.
+1
576  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Over/Under 1 Week Mintpal V2 Release on: October 05, 2014, 07:21:54 AM
As soon as they are back online I'm withdrawing all my coins and never ever using Mintpal or Moolah again. Fucking lying incompetent moronic scum.
577  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: How can Cryptsy.com serve you better? Still the #1 Digital Currency Exchange! on: October 05, 2014, 01:50:00 AM
Better support. Never leave a customer without a honest response. If an issue is going to take some time to be fixed, let the user know that. Other than that, it's the best exchange by a wide margin.
578  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Mintpal V2 Launch Tomorrow on: October 05, 2014, 01:48:06 AM
Moolah cant keep a deadline.

End of story
It's not that they are a bunch of unprofessional morons unable to properly handle a migration like this within the timeframe they established themselves, it's just that their 24 hours have like 4 times as many minutes as ours.
579  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: What happend to mintpal? on: October 02, 2014, 01:43:10 AM
That's what I'm really hating at MP:

Planned Maintenance
Wednesday 1st October - 9:00PM UTC

Any public announcement on their Website before they do their "planned maintenance"?

Of course not. Angry

Not to mention the fact they're two weeks late with their "planned maintenance" and suck really bad at keeping their customers in the know...

They only announced it on Twitter, 24 hs before the site went under maintenance. I don't follow them on Twitter but I was on their site earlier today. Since I saw no announcements that the site would be offline soon, I deposited some BTC to buy some alts and now it's stuck. Clueless moronic admins.
