Today's Brazil vs Argentina match was very entertaining especially towards the end of the game. Brazil's 1-0 win made it two wins from two teams so far and collect maximum of six points. They are three points ahead form Switzerland at the top of the group. Cameroon and Brazil will meet next on 3 December and Brazil will win there too.

No big club is ready to sign Cristiano Ronaldo for the club you have to reconsider what he offers and what he doesn't, if the disadvantage are much more then he will be of no use to the squad. Most clubs are open for young players not even old player's at all. I do not think Real Madrid will consider the signature of Ronaldo.
Chelsea didn't deserve that win at all the best of best that night won and that was Newcastle who had a big one before world Cup
I agree about signing Ronaldo. Not only is he old and probably will end his career as a professional footballer soon, but he is also demanding too much. I don't think anyone other than a Saudi Arabian club will agree to pay him a lot of money. At the moment it simply won't pay off, neither in advertising nor shirt sales. I know this will be the challenge Ronaldo will see after he leaves Manchester United, his age is something that will make bigger clubs not to have interest in him. So far, I see Brazil as the champions of this World Cup... They played very well against Switzerland and secured their place in the group... Of all the other teams I would not single out anyone who could match the quality of Brazil's play... It will be interesting to see how Portugal plays against Uruguay in the last match today...
Since the world cup started it is Brazil that's has good record in all their games, it shows that they can win the world cup. Uruguay vs Portugal will be another interesting match. The game might end in draws. Will Ronaldo be able to score another goal?

Ghana deserved a win because of the good performance...
The thing I have noticed about this Ghanaian team is that they are very good taking their chances when they have them, and also defending, that is what has helped them. They lost concentration and conceded two goals that gave the Koreans the hope of the win, If kudus had wasted that opportunity that Ghana created just after the equalizer, it would have put the Ghanaian team in a difficult position and I believe they would have lost. That goal from kudus gave Ghana something to defend, Ghana may actually qualify for the next round. What made Ghana to win the game is that they know how to convert their chances into goals. Before now I already know Ghana has chance of winning South Korea, South Korea is just a regular team not as tough like Portugal where you found tough players like christiano Ronaldo. Am not surprised Ghana winning the match. |

Does Mane still has the chance to represent? he was called up to the senegal team and from what i read he is on the list of senegal players to play in the world cup, but according to the senegal coach he does not need to be operated and can recover in two to three weeks, but in this case if senegal is eliminated early then mane will not play in the world cup and let's be honest: does anyone believe that senegal can reach the final of the world cup? I don't believe it, so being realistic, the man won't be able to improve in time to play in the world cup Will Senegal have the chance to participate in the next 2 weeks or have the chance of reaching the finals of the world cup. It was really an exciting match for me. And that is because I sided with Ghana to win. The 11 long extra minutes added was almost like it would never end. Now the Ghanaians have something to play for in their next match with Uruguay and will want to win it. We await the second match in that group H between Portugal and Uruguay. I want Uruguay to cause an upset to CR7 side. Ghana has really improved in their performance, South Korea played Ghana a tough and defensive game but Ghana was still able to to score 3 goals to lead South Korea. South Korea 2 goals came as a surprise to Ghana but it was so impressive Ghana tried as much not to allow the game to end in draws. |

I think Arsenal can win both the Europa and Premier League all the need is more more good games and consistency. They maintained a good performance and stat in the premier league as well as Europa in the early games of the season. The remain the favourite to win the Europa but for the PL the will have to maintain the point difference the have over Manchester City because Pep is cooking up some new tactics to test them once the season resumes.
This can indeed still happen but in the current conditions winning the European league and EPL clearly requires a very big effort for them even though at the moment their consistency is still maintained but we also know that Arsenal sometimes change from time to time and cannot be predicted so this it can still happen but quite difficult in my opinion. Arsenal is not the same Arsenal you used to know in last season. If you are following Arsenal up this season you are suppose to know who Arsenal is now. Arsenal are leading the in the premier league and still doing well in the Europa league. If they are to be in the Champions league they would have been among top teams . |

Tottenham is undoubtedly a good team, we can call Tottenham a club full of merit. The club has the best players. Hopefully the team will be stronger after the World Cup, and then we will see a great fight with other clubs.
In the Champions League it will not be so easy to fight for any club as long as the abilities are not so good, because the Champions League is a competition with a pool of stronger teams that make competition a little different from what is usually in their own local league and the focus for each team must be right - really goes well and doesn't make any mistakes because that will always be taken advantage of by his opponent. Tottenham have done better this season in performance but I'm they can become stronger to come challenge top teams in the Champions league . Morocco win today was impressive they seemed like they were the favourite, tight defensively and really dangerous offensively, especially in free kicks they managed to score twice from them and one was disallowed due to offside in the first half, they are the closest african team to qualify they only need a draw against canada.
The first goal scored by Morocco was a fine play, the game does not look like an offside ball but it was disallowed. Morocco still had opportunities to make 2 goals in the second half. I never expected Morocco to play in this impressive manner, I see Morocco going far in this world cup. |

Almost 40 minutes have passed, but no one has scored a goal in the Belgium vs Morocco match, the matches are equally attacking from both countries, I think this will be a draw in this match, hopefully someone will come out as a winner in tonight's match..

Manchester City are more interested in Champions League but they don't sacrifice Premier League. If they can not win Premier League, it can be because another competitor have too good performance in this season to beat Manchester City.
Usually even if Manchester City lose concentration for Premier League, they are still too strong there and can win it. It's kind of an easy task for Manchester City and they can have very big difference with latest club on the table. However, in this season, if they are not careful, Arsenal will take the trophy from them.
The Champions league is the toughest league to win, to win the Champions is hard to predict. I think Manchester city puts Premier league first because they are used to the game in Premier league. Great performance by the England team against Iran. Of course, the English were the favorites in this match, but I did not expect such a dominance. It may sound strange, but the result of 6-2 does not fully reflect the advantage and control that England had in this match.
Iran is not a footballing nation. England should not flex its muscles and rejoice that it got victory over Iran. Infact, the Three lions are in a very easy group and I expect them to make it through the group stage. The only country I guess can give them a tough time is the USA. But seeing that Wales shared the spoil today with USA in a goalless encounter makes me think again that Wales is also in competition to disgrace any country it confronts. Honestly, when Barcelona works hard enough, they will be able to beat Real Madrid, but for now I think they shouldn't have too many illusions about winning the League, yes, they are winning the League, it's because Real Madrid has allowed them to, and for now Real Madrid things are going very well in the UCL, which is something very big, for now the League is something that Real Madrid can once again take first place in the table, Barcelona have to focus more of their energies on the Europa League to see if they enter back to the UCL season, but they have it very strong because Man United, despite the fact that their spirits are very low because of CR7, I think they can come to play with everything.

I do not think that Real Madrid really "allowed" anyone to be the first, they are playing well, they haven't lost or got a tie that commonly, they are playing well, the difference is that Barcelona is playing even better. This is why I believe that we are going to end up seeing Barcelona win the title this year. On the other hand, if Barcelona still goes on to finals and win Europa cup, while Real Madrid somehow manages to lose both domestic cup and UCL at the same time, then we are going to see Real focus only to league, while Barcelona focusing on many other competitions and there could be some trouble there for sure, which will create a trouble for them. Newcastle are playing great football. Their style of football is like that of big teams. Everyone in their team now has a much better strategy with football. I think if Newcastle keep up their performances they will be known as a good club.
Money is the right answer in this case. We can see some real examples with Newcastle's comeback now because they are completely different to how they were last season and one of the things that has set them apart is money. The condition they got to where they are now is due to the large inflow of funds so they can improve the club to make it even better and this season after several major changes have taken place they are completely different from previous seasons. Newcastle spent money in buying good players and it has really change the performance of the team . Before Newcastle was considered to be a poor team because of their bad performance. That's the biggest problem of Dortmund as they always sell their best players in the squad, this administration is very bad and they must change their mentality toward the team and players if they want to earn trophies and make their fans happy but it seems that this administration don't care at all about the fans

If Real Madrid wanted to transfer C. Ronaldo, they would have sent him an offer during the summer transfer season because Ronaldo's desire to leave the club is not a new event, but he stayed with the team because he could not get an offer during the transfer period. Real Madrid don't waste money like you said. Senegal will miss Sadio Mane on their World Cup journey, but don't count them out
Senegal really is not the same without Sadio Mane. I was expecting since he has been ruled out of the world cup due to his injury that another Senegalese will take it as an opportunity to show that they are capable to step up to the challenge of pushing attack. The Senegalese players kept going back anytime they got close to the dutch goal and couldn't take their chances, just too bad and poor football from our African champions. Mendy has just been bad and terrible since he became unreliable...no improvement from him and no confidence like before, he cost Senegal this game and should be disappointed in himself. I hope Cameroon don't play this kind of football. If sadio Mane was to be in that game it wouldn't have been easy for Netherlands to win the match, maybe it would have been a game of draw. Mane is the only player in Senegal that one can be sure of scoring goals. Senegal performance was so poor, I'm not surprised about their performance. |
