I turned off my rig a few months ago, due to no profitability.

Did you have any hardware error with intensity set too high? This could be cause of low hash reported by Hamsterpool.
Anyway you must always first run with default clocks and only adjusting thread concurrency and intensity. When this is stable (no HW errors) then you start finetuning memory and core clocks.
