I was hoping no one else who was familiar with the problem he's experiencing would see this... oh well!

I offer $2700 plus shipping.
2700 looking more attractive? I see that you're bidding on luke-jr's 2 singles... Let me help you fund it! Its not like you haven't made your money back from your rigs... and think of how much hassle I'll be saving you for not needing to part it out... How did I do?

Well, we have:
Pickled Green beans, also called "dilly beans", with jalapeņo and garlic (from our garden)
Dried Apples (from our orchard)
two types of homemade jam, though I don't know which types... (not entirely from garden, but entirely homemade)
salsa verde (from our garden)

I sold most of the equipment from my last computer. I have been thinking maybe its stuck in raid mode. A few years ago i had a pair of western digital caviar black in raid 0. When i removed the drives and tried to use them in another computer i could not get them to detect no matter what i did. After awhile i decided to plug both of them back in the computer that had been running them in raid. I went back in to the raid menu and deleted the raid array. After that my other computer detected it. I have a feeling this might be some kind of problem like that. Ive noticed when your drives are striped for raid they dont show in the bios only in the raid menu.
I will sell for 5 BTC. However i just posted this so give me a few days to gather a few offers. If nobody offers more than 5 coins its yours.
fair enough, I'll check back in a few days.

Here's what I was PM'd, its relevant to this conversation, but hasn't been mentioned by MXRider. Hi,
Powercoiner PM'd me 25th and he was last online two days ago. Hard to say what he is really doing. Let's hope he answers this night. Did you buy anything from him?
He says pretty much the same things in german. He also mentioned there that he got over 90PM's one day. That might be a reason he doesn't answer.
Some people say that they got the cards so I hope we can get some of his information if he's a scammer. I really hope this gets cleared out, whether it's a scam or legit. I hate this feeling when I just have to sit and wait.
Mxrider
Mxrider, your lack of credentials calls you into question as well. Please provide your bitcoin transaction ID.

this guy has been afk for 11 days. Its time to brand him a scammer. Anyone speak German? Powercoin announced the same cards for sale on a German post and pulled the exact same scam.
I've been working on an escrow solution to stop this kind of thing, but I'm still getting it up and running.

Looks like he's a scammer. No word for 10 days.

I hate to say it, but I really feel like this is going to hurt and discredit bitcoin magazine as a journalistic entity. Its really unfortunate that this type of discussion became hostile.
Goat, if it was a tactic on your part to keep cool while the Vicente lost his head I say "well played, sir", but I don't that that is the case.
I really think Goat realizes, like many of us, bitcoin magazine is a good thing for everyone in the community and despite his attempts to resolve this in a diplomatic manner he has been met with hostility in virtually every reply.
Once this is resolved I propose that we consider deleting this thread. (with everyone's permission).
I don't have a dog in this race other than the desire to see bitcoin succeed. I hope you will both consider my proposal.

I'd like to offer B45.00. These are nice drives, but if I remember correctly the controllers are a bit of a gamble.
I understand about the warranty, but the inconvenience of the entire RMA process is what is driving the price down (for me).
At least you have a solid offer @ B45.00
Let the bidding continue!

|
|
I'll offer B25. Don't think of it as a lowball, think of it as a starting point.
|
|
|
Sounds like a gamble. How many more months on the warranty?
