Yep. One would think it is time to get out of the Beta phase (security issues?  ) and get this thing moving. But, apparently, there's no direction yet. We are preparing a new ANN thread. And next week we have our first running club starting to use the app. US based, 15000 members, 700 chapters. With their help, we are also going to secure events where people will run with MangoCoinz and raise funds for charity. Sometimes it will be a live event, sometimes it will be a Virtual Race type of event. This helps MCZ get media attention and press coverage in the "real world". We already made some connections that will make this happen once we "prove" ourselves. There are no security issues with the APP. We are out of the beta when the new ANN thread is finished. We have written the content and now we have a designer doing designer stuff with graphics on it. The designer is from this forum, so you know we hired someone with experience in ANN threads and their design. We are aware of the price, but we aren't too worried about it. Once things start rolling with the new ANN thread, a stable app, fitness "real world" entry... It will go up again. We aren't giving up anyway. P.S. If anyone is interested, I can send you the content of the new ANN thread for you to read, and of course give us any feedback, critics or suggestions. Or all of those  Thanks. |

yes indeed, it is almost the end of the second week.  Development has been finished. The app was built from the ground up. We are now finalizing the testing phase, then we will release the app for you guys to test it out. Expect the release on Sunday, maybe even Saturday. Nice! good to hear. Can't wait and the maximum of mining per day is 7 coins right ? It will be mathematically decided in the future (we will show you guys the formula and more info when we have it ready). But when the app is released the limit will be approx. 6 coins. |

P's to the devs... I would consider hiring someone for a thread design... or holding a thread design competition in the services goods section. A good ANN key is always good practice  Worth considering I have an example I will email you. That would be awesome. Please do send us that example. Hey guys, How is the new update working for you? Have you seen that we passed the 1 mill coin mark? Congrats on 1M! For me it's still unreliable, and worked better some versions ago. Often when I start the miner it stops on it's own after a short time, even if phone is awake. Timer resets on some occasions to 2 hrs. App crashes on launch sometimes (submitted reports). Running 5.0.2 I still dont bother.. I used to check my app every day to see how many coins I got but now having to set it to mine/ go for a run/walk... Its too much hassle and I never get more than 0.5 coins. No point at all in the slightest for me. I do buy though. We are reworking the Android app, should be done soon with more stability And it will have the old way of mining. No need to click any Go! buttons. Keep your fingers crossed with us, since the iPhone app is being reviewed by Apple. If it gets released this time, it will bring with it a lot of fitness users/runners. Old style of mining sounds awesome Expect an update by the end of this week. After we get that sorted out, we believe that a new ANN thread is a good thing to do, followed by a referral system. Does everybody agree with this? |

We are at a bit of crossroads and we need your help in deciding.
As you all know, our friends from China suggested that we multiply the number of all coins by 100. So 1 MCZ -> 100 MCZ. This would also affect the coin cap. What do you guys think about this? We would like to see everyone's opinion on this.
We are also working on returning the old way of mining. Everything will the same as the old app but you will need an active internet connection if you want to mine. We are continuing our work on solving bugs. Every day we solve some and are getting closer to a stable version.
Also another thing we need your opinion on. Do you guys think it's a good move to get into Cryptsy? We have enough funds to buy all the paid votes and be on top of their list right now. This would get us listed there.
What are your thoughts on all of these matters?

We will go into details a bit more once we get further into development. Do you guys have any suggestions about what kind of rewards should we give through the referral system? We want to hear your opinion on this.
Bugs. We are hiring a new developer soon, his only job will be to wipe out these menacing bugs. We will also add a new email address which will be used only for bug reports. Think of it as a bug-solving dedicated customer support. More info on this coming soon.
