I am not sure I understand your question ? INFX is a hybrid pow+pos it can still be mined even when pos starts taking place in the next couple of days. This is by design.

Hard to tell but there may be other pools out there that aren't in the list.

People are still mining hard as POS doesn't start till 9-25 so there is still much time to stack up some INFX in your wallets.

As of now we have suggested to cryptsy, bittrex, bleutrade, Bter and a few others. As of now we are on cryptopia and hoping to get onto more exchanges soon. I think if enough people inquire with the exchanges they will take notice quicker and possibly move faster.
