And it cost for them - zero $  Sure it costs them something. Something that can be such as valuable as money: Reputation and trust. They even should return their "Fintech of the year 2017" award now after all this. And since they had the option to pay with credit card, there is also the high possibility that people who used this payment method were going for a refund yesterday. Agreed with you where big money involve it demand huge responsibilities and good take care of it. This swap is not done by automated you should have to send it first to given smart contract and than they process your request manually. But it would be better to do this as soon as early you can. |
