561  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Which Paypal TOS forbids BTC? on: August 05, 2012, 03:29:00 PM
I'm to lazy to research. I don't care enough about paypal to look ether. I pulled all my money out of it years ago. I think I have like 40cents in the account that deposited from some Adnetwork. What I find hilarious.. Is ebay owns paypal right? No Bitcoin can be bought with paypal. But you can sell bitcoins on ebay.

I have 1 Set for life box.net 50GB personal account. I signed up months ago and never had a need for online cloud storage. It seems they only offer 50GB for life in contests and random codes. Again this storage is set for the lifetime of the site.

565  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / I just have to say it was fun while it lasted on: August 04, 2012, 01:28:42 AM

Had my PSU blow up today on my rig. It actually caught fire Sad Cry. I managed to keep my cool and douse the area with an extinguisher. could've been worse then it was.

It is inadmissible that a PSU geared for dedicated mining would burn..... epic fail etc. But it did... Has this act of god ever occurred with any of you? More then likely I'll rebuild, I'm a late bloomer having only been mining for 4 months now... So really to let this destroy my mojo for this project isn't something I should do. However I cannot fund a rebuild so I'll have to generate coin elsewhere to make the cost.

569  Economy / Services / 1 Blog Post On PR1 Fiction Based Wordpress Site on: July 29, 2012, 07:36:44 AM

 Helllo everyone,

Not only is this one of those "I wish I could just beg and plead for Bitcoins" moments. Bit it's a "Hey I have some valid projects that need the Bitcoins" moment. So instead of begging I have to examine what I could possibly have you might be interested in. Well I have a Wordpress Blog that has actually done well for myself and it's Co-Owner for over a yeah now.

We have over 150+ Blog posts stacked full of wonderful fiction. Literally hours of reading material to amerce whoever is reading into a world of fiction that is hard to truly tell from fact. Allow me to introduce you first to http://darktongue.com. A currently PR1(Hey atleast google trusts us) website with around 2,245 Unique not robotic visitors per month.

We have taken this blog to the streets with a paperback publication that is product quarterly, printed and ISBN backed by Amazon Createspace and currently on the table tops of 72 subscribers around the world.

So to the point of this post. I'm looking to make around 10.0BTC for projects related to The Darktongue. Like I said I don't want to beg and even If I did no good would become of it but my internet shunning(I'm worried about shunning but not my proper grammar... .it is late isn't it?).

So for 0.50 BTC I'll level with anyone who wants to give it to me. The way I see it is this. "Your Blog Post Title", 500-1,000 words. 4 Anchor Links, 1 Video and a Photo posted as a nice little blog on the website. It doesn't have to be fiction it can be about anything informative.. The Darktongue however will not accept internet marketing, gambling or other illegal content. Further it will only accept soft core pornography is it is so desired by the post purchaser to use it.

If you or you know an interested individual or group. Please post here and I'll get back to you ASAP(Meaning if you want it now and are ready you can have it right freakin' now! Smiley ).

  Thank you

Problem is, to many sites like this exist already. And honestly I think anyone with half a brain knows they can get more by just cutting out the middle man, In this case YOU. Sites like this are a progressive express-line to hell. You spend 10-15 Minuets per action. Wait another 10-15min for a possible approval. In the process you open the door for all sorts of junk solicitation. So much of it is also cross linked in advertising and ownership, individuals end up not obtaining credit. Jus' sayin'
571  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Protecting LTC by bringing extra Hashing Power in on: July 26, 2012, 07:40:59 AM
I am doing what I can. I'm a low ender.. CPU miner but hey.. The more and more I watch this unfold via this forum and BTC-E I support the efforts of Litecoin. I won't make much nor will I have much to show in the end with the harsh use of hardware. but it's something.
572  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: bitcoin-app.com - Facebook Bitcoin App - 0.01 BTC welcome present on: July 25, 2012, 09:54:59 PM
Honest to god no.... Useing Bitcoin with a social network isn't anonymous now is it? Half of why I use Bitcoin is the fact all kinds of information transfer isn't necessary. Implementing it with Facebook puts a physical profile on the wallet holder.. Not the mission of the project at all
573  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Paypal BTC purchase avail on: July 25, 2012, 01:56:24 AM

I don't have any idea how you manage to secure your end. Anyone with any kind of brains can get a Bitcoin purchase revoked with paypal. Mostly it's a metter of playing completely dumb. Best wishes to both parties of a transaction is made with these people
574  Other / Beginners & Help / Namecoin Generation on: July 25, 2012, 01:49:51 AM

 Hi everyone,

So I've been playing with Bitcoin for a few months now. Never touched the subject of Namecoins. I've spent a great amount of time looking into generating them myself only to find I'm just as limited with my CPU as I am mining Bitcoins. Googleing the subject of "Free Nameoins" leaves me with no faucets or any other slow generating source to get me off the ground. Are there any suggestions for a non negative approach to obtaining namecoins?
