Guys, what do you think that caused a massive pump yesterday? I canīt find any reliable informations about that.
I doubt if people were too interested in what caused it. Mostly what i read in the threads are excited people linking it to the start of a bull run lol. Some say it's because of bakkt. Some say it's just a bull trap by bored whales. I don't get too affected with such minor runs anyway but i'll take it if it comes. |

This is the most important rule, because holding long term does not bring as much profit as before. Before investing in a coin, you should decide for what price you are going to buy this coin and for what price to sell it.
The strategy must change and follow the trend, I agree that only the short term can be profitable, this is because more people make trading the main job because crypto trading is more profitable than Forex or others. yes, short term is a good way to get profits quickly, but back to the capabilities that we have, because high-risk trading and also must be prepared to accept risks, besides that investors also prefer to trade while waiting for the bullrun to come. short term is not good as long term because on short term you will be only earning small time pofits while on long term it allows you to earn huge income because it is said that the longer the crypto runs , the higher the demand they get which also means their value can also increase dramatically but at the end of the day , your own decision will still matter the most . if you need money then sell imediately but if not then better hodl your coins and continue stacking them . When do you decide to sell. It's important that you don't let greediness take over. If you have a target exit price and it gets hit, sell. Or better yet, place a sell order. It's a lot more regrettable to miss your target and end up with a loss trying to get the maximum possible profit. |

There are so many new projects, but it seems to me that for the most part all new projects are just copies of old projects. You understand that a very large number of projects have already been proposed, so it seems to me that there are really many projects already forgotten.
Now the trend is to make coins and there are already more than 2200 recorded, but I'm sure only around 200 or about 10% can survive for various reasons such as capital strength. Mostly. Unless they're hyped new coins like btt. But who knows? Some of these new coins may one day pick up pace and break the top in cmc. Not all these new coins are without use and scams. I think this kind of thing has happened a lot in our market now. It is sad that many fraudulent projects make investors and hunters feel they do not trust the ICO and prefer to trade in markets that are already registered and have decent value. Technically and logically analyze the market first and know that there are many people out to capitalize on your losses and use that as an opportunity while devouring your money so analyze first before buying rumors or news is really important to read the market first
I think lately there are a lot of traders who are easily affected by rumors that ultimately make the cryptocurrency price condition very cheap because many traders are panicking and when prices go up they also panic by buying when the price rises is the wrong step and make many new traders lose. It's a textbook strategy same as the buy low sell high principle. These rumors must be coming from somewhere and more likely than not, there are facts backing it up. And even if there are none, rumors could still hype a certain coin at any time and start a fomo wave. If in case the rumors have facts, then you'll be able to take advantage when news comes out and the value of your coin pumps up. |

It doesn't make sense to link the whole capital to a single investment vehicle. It makes more sense to invest by dividing the capital. We can get solid profits in the bull season.
it will only make you lose when the place where you invest experiences bankruptcy and they the team is not responsible even many who run away then your money there will disappear instantly, so you better not focus on only 1 investment, spread your capital to do investment in several places. this year seems to be a bit stable from last year, the market is experiencing better growth and is slightly stable at current prices and still able to grow again maybe at the end of this year.
I'm optimistic that this year can be better than 2018 and even 2017, a sign that the bull run market has been seen and today bitcoin is up more than 16% and I'm sure tomorrow or the next day will reach $ 5,000 and will impact on other coins. I agree that this year is a little bit more stable than last year. Last year, the price was wild. It just keep on getting down. Since, there were a lot of people dumping there btc out of profit. The price was just going down. I hope that this year, bitcoin might force it way up. Break resistances. We can't say that bitcoin might reach 5000 usd the next day. There was a correction happened. It is quite possible to break the 5k resistance anytime soon since btc is currently trading just around 4.6 to 4.8k. Could be tomorrow, the next day or even later. But let's be a little conservative first our expectations lol. Remember we've had heartbreaks already in the past by celebrating early when bitcoin makes a run. But definitely things are looking to be promising in the next few days. |

I was shock this day when btc sudden pump going up to 4800$. When i saw the price of btc this morning it is only 4173$ and after 5 hours it went to 4800$. I think the bears are gone and bulls are ready to pump the market.
I was shocked as well but hold your hopes because we may not be out of the woods yet. It's a good sign for things to come probably for thus month but that is if we can hold this current support. If it breaks 4.5k support then we may likely be back in the 4.1to 3.9k levels in no time. |

I am personally very surprised to see the market up high especially for bitcoin and Ethereum Bitcoin prices are now $ 4672 and Ethereum prices are now

We are still on a sideways and its hard to tell the current trend if its a bull or bear. As far as i know, we are trying to recover and this year hopefully to succeed on this. In this first quarter of 2019, so many new developments and adoption i hope it can really help us to move upward in the next quarter. I have repeatedly heard that the second quarter of 2019 should show real changes in the cryptocurrency market. In any case, today we can notice certain changes for the better, and this is beginning to delight. I hope that this trend will continue. Real changes but it's neither bullish nor bearish i think. You're right that the movement has been sideways with a little upward incline. That's not bullish for me. Though i'm not really hoping for a bullish market the scale of what 2017 made. I think this current movement for accumulation is already a good sign that the market is on it's way to real recovery. |

People are always trying to spread fud so they can lowe rprices and buy in cheaper. This is one of the oldest market tricks. You see this all the time on mainstream news, that is why its normally best to do the OPPOSITE of what these types are telling you to do.
Many of them do it on purpose. They know for sure (in this case) that Ethereum is going to grow, and they want to buy it for cheap to make money after. So they spread fake news about its fall to let people sell it. You'd be a fool to believe in such folly anyway. Eth is a top three coin in the market meaning it already has a pretty stable community and following. I think it already bottomed out at the 80 plus usd level and at this point, i don't see it going sub 100usd anymore. It's likely that it'll go up than drastically plunge now. |

That is the truth! Bull run has commence and we are not going to see any much different things than that. The bear market is over and the bull has taken over. It is quite long we have the type of pump we have today and bitcoin has actually break out of the long term channels. Don't lose hope. Bull runs will still since this market warrants it. It's just probably not at a time we're expecting. Crypto market is still at a very early stage so there will still be a lot of bull runs and bear trends that will come our way. Just don't be too eager or too anxious for both because they do hit you hard when you're expecting. |

i believe the bull run market is coming recently, and even just today, we can see there has been a strong pump in short time to BTC, making the market green in few hours, so i believe the downtrend market will soon end and about to rise again in a very short time.
Do you remember earlier this year dude? When btc jumped 900 plus usd in a few hours? People were all screaming bull run but then that bull run didn't come to the disappointment of many. It could be different this time but it could also be a repeat. Though the correction was surprisingly small, i still wouldn't get my hopes up just yet. |

Yes market was red at that time and every time when bitcoin goes high most of altcoins goes low in trading pair alt/BTC, i don't know why always happen but this is it, i expect to grow more bitcoin this month.
It is like running to assurance. But, as the increase continues, altcoins find their place. I guess bitcoin should recover itself, later it will start helping altcoins. Yeah it's how its always been. People sell alts when they see bitcoin pumping in hopes of joining the pumpride. I see it differently though. Especially when it's pumping for just a few hundred dollars. Yesterday was a good day to get some more cheaper alts since they don't reslly stay down when the reason of their dump is a btc pump. |

If you don't have any other alternative then stay in the market and do safe investment. Just invest in coins that has got the highest capitalization that would be safe for long-term investment.
if you're not sure about the market why do you have to stay? reassure yourself with your analysis, whether the crypto market still has the potential to go back up, if so. then try to find coins that are trusted and famous like coins in the top marketcap I agree. You're better off gambling if you stay and you're not decided. Losses will be harder to bear then and you'd likely end up being frustrated. People don't do well with decision making when they're frustrated. And i think it won't do the market any good as well if it's full of negative people. |

I heard that the increase in the price of bitcoin was the result of the IEO event on several large exchanges, not knowing whether this was true or not. but I hope this is true, and hopefully there will be more IEO events, so that the price of bitcoin continues to rise.
I think we've been out of the bear market after btv started going steady at 3.6 to 3.9k but that doesn't mean the bulls are here. There will be events and news that will cause the price to either pump or correct itself but it's probably not going to start a sustained trend. A good start would be to stay above 5k levels. If we can do that this second quarter, then we may have a chance of getting to 9 or 10k by years end. |

I really hope that 2019 will be better than 2018. I heard that in 2019 there will be a little pump for the price of bitcoin around the middle of the year or the end of the year, hopefully this news is true.
Don't believe in anything you've heard dude. That's one advice i can give you from someone who's been in this market for more than 4 years. When it comes to the value of bitcoin, 2017 is hard to top for now and i don't see how we can even reach that price this year. Probably not even half of that. But when it comes to growth and adoption, well it's likely that this year will be a lot better than the traumatic 2018. |

I also believe that the bear market is over and now is the right time to buy those coins we thought are going to make good pricing in future. The cryptocurrency market is in a recovering face and it is the best time to invest if you really desires good profits in the future.
It is really enticing to see that the entire moves in a while and people were so happy for this. Though I believe isn't yet we are in the bull run but seeing this improvements will gonna be positive to have it within this year. Never have that final run cause changes and price reduction may occurs repetitively but we never have to worry with that cause that is the market behavior. I don't think it's a reason to be excited about just yet. The market can play with our emotions and get our hopes quite high and then drop us scratching our heads lol. It's happened before a lot if times and i know too well now than to trust these movements. If it continues to move up then good. If it doesn't and come crashing down again, i don't care. |

Based on my analysis, all coins experienced an encouraging increase and the crypto trading market started more transactions, a sign that an increase in the crypto currency had arrived. All Crypto owners agree that passionate transactions are an indicator that after passing a quiet market now prices will rise again so that old speculators will increase crypto trading. Alts we're in the red mostly when bitcoin started to strongly make a run yesterday and that was expected everytime bitcoin does that. But the market in general has been moving pretty well though at a slow pace recently. I just hope we get a new support above 4.5k. That would be an easier jump point to the 5k plus levels. |

The indications have been strong for quite a while now that the market was becoming bullish. Then we had that big jump yesterday, with a small pullback that was quickly recovered. Volumes are key as well - they are as high as they've ever been right now, which is a great sign. Of course there will still be downs as well as ups, but we are heading in the right direction now. Signs are good.
Signs are good but i'm not prematurely getting my hopes up just yet. I'm still skeptic about a bull run and i'll allow myself to believe we're in one if it's already underway. We've been fooled by these signs before and then had out hopes dashed against a wall when the value receded back to where it was before the run. |
