561  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If you have now 500$ for invest? Where you invest? on: May 30, 2017, 06:53:55 AM
$500 not alot to buy many altcoins but i can buy some eth worth $150 because i believe a big bubble is due
then invest $250 back into bitcoins for an easy ROI
then all whats left goes to monaco visa card investment, its a gamble but when it turns out to be a successful ico its sure going to pay handsomely
562  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: To all those claiming bitcoin and ICOs are overvalued! on: May 28, 2017, 05:01:03 AM
Bitcoin is valued just right, with a limited supply of the digital currency it only makes sense that if supply can not increase its value will.

It's also safe to say that some ICOs are overvalued that's why when ICO is over there is a correction in its price to reflect the true value of the coin

566  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Cash is better than Bitcoin. on: May 16, 2017, 12:00:03 AM
At the moment bitcoin can not compete with cash because it has the backing of a central bank and other cash reserves.
and generally cash has the numbers to back it up unlike bitcoin which is made up of the minority numbers but in terms of investment cash is far behind to even compete with btc

568  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is there a solution to hackers using Bitcoins for ransoms? on: May 15, 2017, 10:55:33 PM
Bitcoin has just being caught in the crossfire with the hackers, you might argue that this is bad press for bitcoin but hitting 150 countries and seeing bitcoin for the first time is on your pc or trending news might give it good advertisement.

The big question is...is there anything that can even been done to prevent situations like WannaCry?
From Microsoft standpoint they have advised customers on using secure systems and regular updates of our pcs
569  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC ETF SEC APPROVED on MAY 15th on: May 15, 2017, 06:41:49 AM
Bitcoin is getting reconsidered once again do you think its going to get approved or denied? Approval does it mean BTC rockets up ? Denial does it mean it takes a dump like in March? May 15th is the last day of approval.
its just too soon for them to have a sudden change of heart dispite the rocketing prices but am certain we are getting the same answer for the
second time of asking.

Interesting poll going on here: https://twitter.com/themerklenews/status/863701606990176256 clearly most users do not favour bureaucracy
570  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How much risk in bitcoin investement ? on: May 15, 2017, 04:29:29 AM
Its depend on the site the ypu invested your bitcoin but you can multiply it easy with some knowledgr and also depends on the price you buy your bitcoin to get a high cashback in the inbestment buy bitcoin when the price is low the risk is also low.
Whether you buy at low price or higher price, always investment through bitcoin is risk involved. Knowledge is a must to make it secure investment. There are legitimate investment site that have gained good reputation. These days scam investment sites and hacking is a major issue. This needs to be made perfect based on our own efforts and knowledge base.
Any industry with the word investment associated with it has risk in it involved.
Investing in bitcoin is a matter of patience and if you get your timing right you get good ROI .

Which one is better? Forex or crypto currency trading?
In a way i think crypto currency trading is better in terms of trade profit because whatever money(crypto) you make at that particular day
might just be potential value which could be worth more than what was declared.
572  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][QAU] QUANTUM PROJECT - Connecting markets on: May 14, 2017, 03:02:42 PM
Only less than 2 days left until the presale end and so far already more than BTC 1.700 collected by the team with very little advertisement. This prove that this project isn't drived by hype and the investor really trust the project. Very excited to see the future of this project.
Well compared to what other ICOs are doing to advertise their Altcoin compared to QUANTUM they really have little advertisement on promoting their Altcoin, unlike other Altcoins like Humaniq in which they have banners on several sites, QUANTUM only have signature campaign to promote their Altcoin, and having 1700 Bitcoin means a lot to their success.
Yes your right We just might speculate that the signature campaign did have a positive bearing to get those numbers in but job not  yet done...we just might get those last might entries from investors keeping a close eye on the project. Did someone say 2500 BTC Wink
573  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: May 14, 2017, 02:51:09 PM
AS Roma vs Juventus, the title race is not yet over and two heavy weights of the league clash this evening for a title decider match.
With a good number of injury concerns for a Juventus side i believe Roma just might have the advantage here despite losing the last game the hosted against Lazio 3-1. Will be betting for both teams to score
574  Economy / Economics / Re: If Bitcoin had a stable price, would it still be as popular? on: May 14, 2017, 10:53:40 AM
Do you think if BTC had a stable price which could only be altered by $0.01-0.10 it would still be as popular and as used?
Yup, I think bitcoin wil become still popular especially if it price will stop on a high value. Yet there's a chance that it will become more aattactive to others and people will become confident becuase they know the pice will never decrease.
Already we seeing bitcoin prices soar has everybody wants to get their hands on the much talked about cryptocurrency at the moment...which
is also making it very popular and to be honest. Should we continue selling our own bitcoins there will come a time when some whales would have bought most of them out there because of the hype its sending.
575  Economy / Services / Re: QUANTUM PROJECT Signature Campaign(FULL) on: May 14, 2017, 01:33:44 AM

576  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is more profitable: a gambling site or a dating site? on: May 13, 2017, 11:28:49 PM
Well both are a good soucer of income, but gambling does damage people funds in the general, few people able to win something over, while dating websites might allow you to create new relations that can last forever, if i had to choose i would make  both, but first social.

This is my opinion too, I know both websites are the same for being a good source of income. But you are wrong with the term "damage", gambling doesn't damage people's fund but those people or gamblers are the ones that is choosing their destiny with their money. With me, it's better to build first gambling site before the dating one.
We have to accept some facts here times have changed and we all love money more than anything thats one of the leading reasons behind bitcoins success as territorial barriers are taken down, and one interesting thing about gambling is it has a more open market for people to play unlike dating sites that still have country restrictions .
577  Economy / Gambling / Re: 12% loses since joining satoshidice on: May 13, 2017, 11:15:27 PM
Granted winning is not guaranteed, but have lost to 12% since joining the house early January.

Sometimes you just have some bad luck, however the amount of day is not important when it comes to gambling is the amount of hours and dice games you have played, if you have played a lot then I'm not surprised by your losses, in fact your loses are small since there are many that have lost their entire bankrolls in less time than that.

If you are on gambling. Accept the fact that most of the time you will loose. But, if the luck is on you. You can win huge amount in just a matter of time. Also, it is also a matter of timing, maybe when you played the bankroll isn't on your side that's why you suffer a loss. Try changing the time of your play hours and find the time when you are winning a lot. Then stick to that time and see if there is an improvement with your gameplay.
Some good stats but honestly there is no guarantee that op will keeping winning because the house is going to win at the end of your campaign that i guarantee unless you can stop gambling now!

By the way share your strategy with us  Roll Eyes
578  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin treated as money in Australia from 1. july on: May 13, 2017, 09:48:17 PM
Not only will bitcoin be treated as money in Australia

the double tax system which was imposed on the traders for goods and services will also be scrapped off! These are among other factors contributing to bitcoins growth great move Australia Cool.
579  Economy / Economics / Re: Nobody Can Have Benefit From a Big Pump on: May 13, 2017, 04:36:40 PM

If Bitcoin price pumps from $1300 to $3000 in few hours, nobody would make profit from it, because the exchanges wouldn't allow you to sell your Bitcoins and make the fast profit, it would bring a big loss for exchange sites.

Do you agree with this?
i don't not agree with op here because if there is a huge pump as described. it means value of  bitcoins will also increase and everyone having some
bitcoins at that particular time we call it  profit.

I don't think so. The only one who will benefit from a big pump is the one who bought a lot of bitcoin when its price is low. Bitcoin holders can earn a high profit from increasing price. There's a possibility that their money could be double or even triple.
most likely the early investors will cash in big on such a price pump and for the exchange they might lose on the altcoin business as we get to but more for a small price.
580  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][QAU] QUANTUM PROJECT - Connecting markets on: May 13, 2017, 02:47:49 AM

This investment is beyond my expectations!
In every ICO there's always a surprise at the end of 1-2 days and I think it will exceed 2 million dollars, I hope Quantum is a good pioneer for all other ico. My estimation of this amount is enough to run the project further and doesn't require any other bounty.

I think that it has surprised everyone. Especially with the surging bitcoin price it seemed unlikely for any project in fact to get over 500 bitcoins raised let alone 1k and counting bitcoins raised in total.

Still a few days left in the ICO, the investors still have a chance to get in if they want to.

Don't miss out on this excellent opportunity!
Am equally surprised and i believe surging prices kind of negatively affected how much investors where willing to support the project
but that their is a correction in price we should expect huge investments in the last minutes.
Am hoping to see 3000+ BTC invested in this great project
