No, miners are not "getting money for nothing". Miners usually pay electricity cost and upfront hardware cost. Someone maybe mining at a slim margin, and can't afford to lose 25% of what they mined for weeks. This would actually put some miners in red, especially if they didn't profit at all from the double pay. That's the cost of mining. If you aren't ready to scrape your knees, then stay in bed. |

Niksasa, outstanding job considering you were in the hospital. All your resolutions are fair and equitable, anyone says anything otherwise can PO.
The last week has been terrible for everyone that had a site and the way that all came through it with DDOS and the like, are commended for their Herculean effort to keep LTC alive. I have sites and know what it's like to be hacked. Gotta fix it, can't fix it got this to do, gotta fix it now!! And all we're trying to do is please the people.
A few bumps in the road, but forging forward. Kudos Niksasa and keep up the great work. Need help, give me a holler.

Don't worry about payout. I mine for a while, come back, fire up my Bytecoin client and everything is there. It will be nice though when there's some pool servers. I looked at the code and I'm guessing that's why we are seeing the results we have. We're basically solo mining in a pool because there are no other nodes right now. I's all good  |

If you haven't fixed it yet, start by uninstalling any other video drivers you have, then check device manager to be sure that Display Driver = Standard VGA or something like that. ATI drivers are funny and don't like playing nicely if other drivers are already there for another card. I used to build/repair computers and ATI has always been this way.

300+ Mhash with a 7870 and a whopping .2 on my laptop. I use that to monitor LTC mining when notroll starts acting up and get 2.9Khash.

Since I can't post with the big folks yet, I'll start here. If anyone else is on Notroll, they had issues earlier and there were a lot of shares lost. I'm only at 300 Khashes and lost about 150-200 shares. I've been monitoring it for the last half hour or so and either shars aren't being counted or there is a BIG lag amongst their servers.

An FYI since I can't post this anywhere else, Notroll.in server messed up today and to confirm suspicions, there were shares lost. It began this morning(EDT) and share accumulation slowed till none of our shares were counted. I post updates here till I can post elsewhere.
