561  Economy / Economics / Re: Is NOW the best time to buy or enter in bitcoin? on: May 16, 2018, 04:37:21 AM
If the market is getting red then this will be the time time to buy or invest in bitcoin or other altcoin in marketplace, but if you do not have capital for investment then enter into the bitcoin bounty projects so that you will be rewarded with tokens and make it as an initial investment to bitcoin.
This is what many newbie traders do not really understand, they want to enter in the market when it's green and they want the market to keep going in that direction and get profits easily, but trading doesn't work that way sometimes you need to take difficult decisions, and most of the time you will need to enter in the market when it's going down because that is when you make profits by holding and waiting until it becomes green.
562  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: bitcoin or ethereum ? on: May 16, 2018, 04:26:38 AM
For me I think Bitcoin would still be the best for a long term investment,
But if you have a money then why don’t you just invest in both of them we don’t know who would earn more profit in the future.
Since both of the coins are very good it is a good idea to invest in both of them, but personally I will not put 50% and 50% in each coin, I prefer to invest in bitcoin so I'll probably put 80% of all my capital in bitcoin and the rest in ethereum, I know that this may seem to be too imbalanced for some, but I really think that bitcoin is that much better.
563  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 1200$ investment - What to buy ? on: May 16, 2018, 01:49:37 AM
I'm a small investor , new to crypto but i'm doing non stop research and i want an honest opinion on what you guys think i should buy with this capital .
Was thinking ETH , ETC(new pump coming soon-> japan DMM exchange luanch on 11 january) , Elix , PRL , Blue , AMP .
Any input and ideas are highly appreaciated .
Thanks !
Ethereum is a great coin to buy but you should not expect to get great profits out of it, and the reason for it is that the market cap is already very high which means that it is a lot more difficult for it to grow compared to other coins, if I were you taking into account the small amount of money that you want to invest I will probably look for coins with a very small market cap and hope for the best.
564  Economy / Economics / Re: A government can create a cryptocurrency ? on: May 15, 2018, 05:19:08 AM
It can be. A government crypto is like a blue chip investment which although it has small profit, it is no likely to loss. They can create a new crypto but must not interfere with its system. They cannot make it centralize. If one government would make a difference, and all remaining countries will follow, then cryptocurrency monetary system is much possible now.
I disagree investing in anything that a government prints is always a bad business, you're not going to receive great interest rates or anything like that and when the system crashes, and while some people always say that that is impossible if you look at the history you will see that the system has crashed many times, then you will lose everything and that is not and investment in which that I want to risk my money.
565  Economy / Speculation / Re: is this right time to invest in BITCOIN..? on: May 15, 2018, 05:07:03 AM
The price of Bitcoin growing consistently from 2009 sum of people are very confuse to see the price of BTC that what is the right time to invest.
According to my opinion at this time price of Bitcoin in low position so you can invest.
What you think.
It could be argued that it is always the right time to buy bitcoin, because even those that bought close to the all time high are still going to get profits if they hold their coins, but if they do not have faith in bitcoin and then they sell their coins then they are going to get losses, so before buying bitcoin ask yourself if you're willing to hold no matter what.
Yeah you are right every time is the right time for investment. Two things needed for investment in cryptocurrency. One is courage and other is patience. Courage to bear the lose if the prices falls and patience to hold bitcoin for long time. Holding means silent business which give you profit with the passage of time. Don’t waste your time and go ahead to buy bitcoin.

This is correct, you need a lot of courage to invest in something like bitcoin that you cannot even touch with your hands, I think that is one of the reasons of why people are not really investing in bitcoin as they should, because at least with other forms of investment like gold and real estate you can see what you are buying and you can touch it with your hands but that is not true for bitcoin.
566  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC at end of bounty campaign on: May 15, 2018, 05:01:00 AM
I don't like it and think it's unfair. Everyone understands that if this rule was mentioned at the start, then there would be much less participants and this project wouldn't be as popular. I think it shows that they don't respect their supporters, so i guess really solid and serious projects will not do so.

I strongly agree with you. People who do this are bastards, they are clearly taking advantage of their
powers and insulting the bounty hunters. Some people work their asses off in the campaigns despite
being already tired because of daily jobs and chores and even stay up at night or till dawn just to be
able to comply to the requirements of the bounty. In my case, it is a luxury to at least have for hours
of sleep per day because of day jobs, studies and the bounty I join into. Although I haven't participated
in such bounties that announce kyc at the end of ICO, the mere thought of it really pisses me off. If
they want kyc, why not announce it in the first place?
They are taking advantage of the bounty hunters, they know there are a lot of people that are looking to join some good bounties and they seem to offer that only to then change the rules and then they can avoid paying all of those people, it seems this is getting more common in the forum and this is something that we should never accept or tolerate.
567  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why Bitcoin so down on: May 15, 2018, 04:52:47 AM
Bitcoin was dumped by thousands of crypto investors because it reached 20000 dollars so much quicker than expected without specific reasons other than speculations. Now its corrected by market Smiley)
Yeah the bump was unexpected and not according to the growth level. Now it is on the right path. The price is gradually increasing. I think that the fall from $20k to $6k was natural. The jump was unnatural and came down to its normal price. Now we hope that till the end of this year the price will again cross approximately 11000 dollars.
The crash that we suffered from 20000 to 6000 was natural but at the same time the correction was to big that is why we saw the price increase after that, I really think that your prediction that we are going to reach 11000 at the end of this year is completely possible, you're doing fine I have seen many people claiming that we will reach even higher prices than in the last year and I find that very unlikely.
568  Economy / Speculation / Re: Saving for your Children Bitcoin vs Cash? on: May 13, 2018, 02:16:35 AM
Like every parents want to leave something for children for their future.

Which investment is safe?

Bitcoin?
Stocks?
Real Estate?

Cash is not really an option, saving for your children is something that you're going to do for your life and it is going to take a lot of time to do that, but unfortunately due to inflation you are going to lose most of your purchasing power, so you need to invest that money something and in my opinion the best asset that you can pick right now is bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies, it is risky that is correct but it is a calculated risk.f
569  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Invest in ICO or buy BTC? on: May 13, 2018, 02:07:41 AM
I am a newcomer to the crypto market.
Should I invest in ICO projects or would I buy bitcoin to hold and wait for the price? Please give me advice.
Sincerely thank you.
Since you are a newbie it is better for you to start slow, invest your money in bitcoin and hold it and wait for a huge price increase you will probably need to wait for a few months or even a year but it's worth it then use that money to buy into altcoins that have a low market cap or you can use that money to invest in icos now that you have more experience in this scenario that I am projecting.
570  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HOW TO MAKE MONEY IN CRYPTO on: May 13, 2018, 01:43:20 AM
Apart from airdrops and bounties, and trading or mining. What other ways can one make money in crypto space?  I really like to know maybe one can explore it.
The only options left are to offer your products or to offer your services, if you have any skill that you can do from the comfort of your home with your computer then you can make money in cryptocurrencies, depending on your skill the demand could be very high or it could be very low but what counts is that you can make money that way without too much effort.
571  Economy / Economics / Re: A government can create a cryptocurrency ? on: May 13, 2018, 01:27:30 AM
What do you think about this possibility ? Would you invest in your government currency ?
If the government is well expert in blockchain technology and their rulers know well about the technology of blockchain and about its benefits then they will be able to create a cryptocurrency and they will implement it in their state as a currency for the use of the state. Anyone who will see their government starting a coin will readily invest in that coin as they will have a guarantee of safety from their state for their investment.

I am sure that the government has ability and expert in blockchain technology because they have an unlimited resource that they can use to find something that they don't know. and if they think that something will give many benefits to them, I am sure that they will try to create something different than any other products. and in the cryptocurrency, I am sure that they can create their own crypto easily and they can spread it to many people in that country and they will offer the benefits of their coin to them.
If a single person can create his own cryptocurrency it makes complete sense that a government can create their own cryptocurrency as well, and even if they have all the resources to try to push their own project the problem is that they are never going to create something that benefits the people, they're only going to develop something that benefits them and as a result their coin will fail at some point.
572  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it a good buying price for bitcoin? on: May 13, 2018, 01:21:28 AM
At my opinion bitcoin still overpriced, $9K per things that can't even be useful in real life? I think it's too much, maybe $2-3K would be enough for everyone who like cryptocurrencies.
As long as the demand is there the price is going to fluctuate according to it, a price of 2000 to 3000 is simply too low to me, what happens is that you are only looking at what bitcoin can do today, you are not looking at what bitcoin will do tomorrow, when you take into account the huge potential of bitcoin it makes sense that the price is so high even if it is not used that much as a currency.
573  Economy / Economics / Re: You missed all the trains, not just bitcoin on: May 10, 2018, 03:50:15 AM
lol that is so short sighted, there are going to be a lot of trains ahead. It's easy to say " you missed the trains" in the hindsight.
You could also invest in regular investment instruments and get decent return overtime. most people miss most of the trains but you only need one trade and it will change your life. so missing the train isn't as important, looking out for just next train and riding it will help. also hodling is not easy..people burned, lost, spend early bitcoin and now all that remain is sob story of 'i had 200 btc in 2010-2014 but i bought a tshirt' so there will be a alot of opportunity in the future.
There will be more opportunities in the future that is true, but cryptocurrencies have evolved, in the past you could invest a few dollars and you could earn a fortune, in my opinion those days are way behind us, if you want to earn a significant amount of money you need at least some capital to start with, and if you don't have that then your chances of changing your life with your investments are very low.
574  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin as savings, emergency needs possible? on: May 10, 2018, 03:45:06 AM
Right now I would be more supportive to that idea, than the time, when Bitcoin was falling and falling again Wink It is good to have few
But that is the point when bitcoin was going up nothing has changed, bitcoin was still as good as it has always been, and then it started to fall but bitcoin was still the same bitcoin, what changed was the amount of money that people where willing to put into bitcoin, and if you want to save in bitcoin this is something that you will have to deal with.
575  Economy / Economics / Re: Diversify Investments on: May 10, 2018, 03:40:10 AM
Diversifying is recommend but for someone that is really chasing for profits and new to this I would suggest that focus only with one coin. While learning on how it's possible to make money with a single coin you can now then advance and explore with altcoins. There's pros and cons with diversifying and same as by choosing only one coin.
In choosing one coin.
- You make more money when that coin pumps.
- You lose more money when correction comes.
The same thing can happen with diversified portfolio, the thing that you must know is how you are good by taking more risk by diversifying rather than staying with one in the beginning.
I agree somewhat with this, while diversification is great in order to avoid to have great losses, there are moments in which putting all your capital in a single coin is not as a bad idea as it may sound, but those strategies should only be applied by very experimented traders and investors which have been in the market for a long time and have been able to obtain profits in the long term.
576  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My $36,000 Invesment Turned Out Now $12,000 - Still Holding on: May 10, 2018, 03:35:13 AM
But this is not bad at all, i heard about a lot of people who put in here $100k and they  touched the bottom on January with less than $25,000.. That is more than terrible to be honest.
I would never put more than $20,000 on cryptos, doesnt matter how much money i have.

Some people have the money to spare so as long as they are investing in a responsible way they can invest as much money as they want, in the other hand if you are not so confident in cryptocurrencies and your limit is 20000 then you are in all your right to only invest that amount of money, after all it is not like anyone is going to force you to invest in cryptocurrencies.
577  Economy / Economics / Re: How do you keep yourself from spending on unimportant things? on: May 10, 2018, 03:30:41 AM
I dont know if it is just me or others also experience it. I always set goals financially, set limits in spending and trying hard to save but most of the time no matter how i tell myself to refrain from spending in unnecessary things whenever i see something i really like even if i dont need it i cant resist buying it that cause me to regret later. Are you familiar with this situation?
We live in an era of consumerism so I think everyone is familiar with that, the only way to avoid spending your money on unnecessary things is to have a very strict budget and to not deviate from it, it is not going to be easy because people are so used to spend without even thinking about it but once you get used to it you will realize that your savings go up significantly.
578  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: bitcoin or ethereum ? on: May 08, 2018, 05:17:17 AM
Is now the Right Time to Invest in Bitcoin, Ethereum, or Should I Stay Away?

If you do not know a lot about cryptocurrencies then it could be a good idea to stay away from them, many people come to the forum every day thinking they can get a fortune investing in cryptocurrencies in a very short timeframe, bitcoin and ethereum both of those coins are two of the best projects we have and any investment that you made in one of them could give you profits but only if you know what you're doing.
579  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price improvement in 2018 on: May 08, 2018, 05:09:16 AM
I think its really hard to predict bitcoin price but of course most of the people want bitcoin price. Hoping this year bitcoin record 20k dollars wil gain again and better if it will make new record like 25k dollars this year.

#Support  Vanig
It is very unlikely that we are going to see such a high price in this year, you need to get used to the idea that is not going to happen, and I'm not trying to be negative but I see many people doing those kind of predictions and when that doesn't happen they are going to get very disappointed and it is possible they sell their coins disappointed that they have not reach their financial goals.
580  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Cardano hold for long term Good or Not? on: May 08, 2018, 05:04:25 AM
Cardano is a good potential coin.

Cardano hold for long term Good or Not?

 Any suggestion?
It is a good coin and I think it has great potential but to me it seems that it is very expensive right now, if you got the coin when it was a lot cheaper than keep holding your coins to get a lot of profits, but if you're thinking about buying that coin then it could be a good moment to wait for it to get cheaper, there is not a point to buy it when it is so expensive.
