Yes, you can once you become a Member. in rules it is mentioned "All accounts registered on bitcointalk.org after July 12, 2017 are not qualified." so I don't think it's possible for the next airdrop but maybe this policy would be removed later  there not available signature code for newbie on the forum and minimum for joined is member rank on bitcointalk |

my mistake is try to apply air drop if i dont apply airdrop,my status not got blacklisted. now i got blacklisted and romove from bitcointalk bounty  [/url] its not fair for me, iam not account farmer,not spamming here, all my post newbie related things and my address just one from nova so sad got a heavy pinalty for thing not i do it  Check Status User ID 989547 Status Application Rejected. Found suspicious activity. It is not a blacklist. We changed the text for the rejection. Furthermore nearly half of the Rejections are low quality posters (1 liners, spammers, burst posters, 1 day (last day) posters)
Also most of the cases are low quality posts so learn more what you can do about it

Due to cheaters, all applications are now processed manually. It takes time, but shouldn't take longer than a few days. totaly agree with that consept to reduces cheaters,it my first on onion i know it after check the onion twitter bounty and participated hope dev can apply my application soon |
