5621  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: UPDATED - Plot your transaction in the mempool on: November 09, 2020, 02:11:26 AM
Instead of using a font with several colors, if you make it in a 3D stack it will make it easier to read the data and place updates.
Since we are talking about Plotting that contains a range of uncertainty, why should it not be in levels with (up & down) range rather than a value?
Is the data updated continuously or do I need to click on refresh button.
5622  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: CoinLeaves.com Instant Cryptocurrency Exchange on: November 09, 2020, 01:14:01 AM
"My brother and I," it is not a phrase someone wants to hear about using your site, it contains two unknown parties and a few commitments from you.

Add some personal information about you, commercial licenses or a work site so that the person can sue you in court if any problem arises.
What is the feature of the platform that makes you confident using it? I mean, there are thousands of ways to buy bitcoin.
5623  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Calculation To Know The Value Of (X) Amount of BTC in Your Local Currency. on: November 09, 2020, 01:04:50 AM
Some countries have more than one exchange secret as the black market price is higher than the government price, so you must know how much the final exchange rate and the transfer commission is in order to calculate the amount that you will get.

It is not complicated and everyone can do it.

Instead of doing a lot of calculation, why don't you search for BTC to Naira in google. They will get you the best result based on the current USD/Naira pair. I guess that's better than you spending some of your times.

Often times they give you wrong results and are far from reality, so it is better to use better algorithms.
5624  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Crypto Partnership Pool - Time to Partner Up! on: November 08, 2020, 05:22:00 PM
Such ideas are based on marketing and access to information rather than a meeting point for those who want to exchange ideas.
You need something attractive that makes others use your service, so I think you need to build a huge database before thinking about creating a place that will bring together all the people looking for a partnership.

you must also find a way to present the data in a more accurate and acceptable way.
5625  Economy / Economics / Re: The Destruction Of The Euro on: November 08, 2020, 04:59:12 PM
In my opinion, the effect of Covid-19 was good in the European Union. The terrible spread of the virus in some countries created a lot of rifts, as some countries decided to close borders and stop aid, which constitutes practices against the spirit of unity, but in the second wave, countries will have done a lot and are ready to confront the pandemic.

Continuing economic crises, increasing displacement of more refugees, and wars on the edges of Europe that pose a real threat to the first unity
5626  Economy / Economics / Re: Nice price for bitcoin on the coinmarketcap.com . A little less, as 1.00 BTC :D on: November 08, 2020, 11:10:32 AM
The error may be from CMB's servers as they are slow to rapid changes or the price may have moved significantly in a short time, but in the end,  1 Bitcoin equals 1 Bitcoin.

The second mistake is that the corresponding price in dollars is not determined by the sites, but rather the amount of money that the second party is prepared to pay.
Bitcoin equals more than $ 15,000 in many states.
5627  Economy / Economics / Re: Here is a conspiracy theory on: November 07, 2020, 09:30:32 PM
Why did you choose these countries if war arose? I think the next war will be over water resources, and agriculture more than oil and energy.
Oil is present in large quantities and it is easy to extract more of it. The continuation of covid19 will not cause a war, but rather will accelerate its pace.
As for the treatment of covid19, it will not be late, and it will be available before the end of next year.
5628  Economy / Economics / Re: After elections end this year for all countries, we are all screwed on: November 07, 2020, 09:06:23 PM
The upcoming elections in all countries will be determined by how governments have dealt with the Coronavirus, and not what governments have provided in past years.
Plans for random closures and ill-considered decisions this year will be extremely costly to many of these countries.

Populist trends and the opposition will find an easy opportunity to burden the government with the problem of disease outbreaks or deaths. As for countries that succeed in overcoming it, their rulers will be easily nominated.
5629  Economy / Exchanges / Re: bitmax.io Scamed? on: November 07, 2020, 12:06:18 PM

Actually many Ex had problems with AWS

The fact that they have been working since 2016 does not mean that they are good, but the scale is in the people's experiences and quick solutions from support.

I will choose not to trust a platform that suffers from a lot of technical problems or (technical) failure of the system for more than 4 hours without a specific disaster such as an earthquake or government restrictions on the servers, which means that they do not care much about QoS.
5630  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Buying and selling on this forum on: November 07, 2020, 11:42:07 AM
Hello fellows,
If I decide to buy or sell some goods on this forum, what's the safest process since I guess it's p2p transactions? thanks

Determine whether you want to buy or sell, and then try to gain trust, as it is easy to gain, then you can buy and sell easily.

But if you want to make it easier for you. put a large amount of money on the escrow, for example, 0.3 bitcoin with some trusted account, and then you can buy and sell without the need any escrow. seller/buyer with ask the escrow member to recover the money if any scam occurs.

In the end, gaining trust needs more money and patience.
5631  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [Finance] Smart Bitcoin Investments app (iOS and Android) on: November 07, 2020, 11:27:10 AM
How will Bitcoin be bought? The best thing you can do is an interface to trading platforms or referral links to popular platforms, but providing a direct purchase option would be dangerous for users, and you need to get some confidence before considering putting it up.

Many people prefer browsing websites to downloading applications, so focus on the site and when you gain sufficient confidence and traffic, you can create an application.
5632  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Scammers are using the name of Airdrop to take the wallet's private key. on: November 03, 2020, 10:08:01 PM
It is a very old ploy and its idea was developed by creating wallets and promoting it as safe.
5633  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: New Trading Group/Community - Open to public limited time, various perks. on: November 03, 2020, 10:00:28 PM
I advise you to stay away from these channels, no matter what quality content they provide, will turn into content to make a profit for them, because many of these channels are run by people who want to make money and not real developers.

Trading strategies are learned by reading a lot of resources so you have a lot to learn and that doesn't include the inaccurate information that these groups provide.
5634  Other / Archival / Re: Hong Kong bans retail trading of digital currencies on: November 03, 2020, 08:55:10 PM
Regulatory pressure to get more money, it appears that countries will accept digital platforms in exchange for imposing more taxes on them.
The current approach will allow many service providers to make more efforts, especially since most of them establish these companies by disregarding fraud and price manipulation.
5635  Economy / Exchanges / Re: How safe is Coinbase / Coinbase Pro? on: November 02, 2020, 12:17:02 AM
Safety is a relative term. Problems may occur sooner or later, and hacking will prove whether they are able to compensate users or not.
Coinbase is a popular platform, so the possibility of losing your money is small, but this does not mean that you will not lose it.
Use this platform for trading for the purpose of buying or selling and transfer any money in excess of the need for trading to portfolios you use so that you own your private key.
5636  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: bitcoin us used mostly where? on: November 01, 2020, 03:21:25 AM
Even on the platforms, what is being circulated is not cryptocurrencies, but rather updates to databases. Therefore, we cannot say that what is happening is an exchange of them, but rather that money is sent to those services.

bitcoin is not used to pay for many services due to currency fluctuation, but it can be considered a currency that is used as a reserve by storing it to increase its value instead of a currency for daily or monthly payments.
5637  Economy / Economics / Re: Better Days ahead for the economy of developing countries in Africa on: October 29, 2020, 02:58:45 PM
I hope so, but the United Nations organizations will not change the reality of Africa, as they need political will and military strength to force some of the leaders of those countries who came with military coups to return to the referendum of the masses, national reconciliation and other things.
Even these people will have no influence because they are part of a system.
5638  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Merit Source Question on: October 29, 2020, 06:28:53 AM
Go to Google, search for Bitcointalk Merit source, and you will find many people who explain its meaning.
Merit score has been a hot topic for a long time so Merit sources is an easy-to-know reformer.
Generally they are not the only ones who have merit points so focus all your efforts on sharing high quality topics and you will get merit points regardless of who submits them.
5639  Other / Meta / Re: Ledger database leak --> Phishing on: October 28, 2020, 07:12:19 AM
I don't think that a high percentage of users use hardware wallets, let alone Ledger, so the comparison with electrum wallet seems wrong. It is also the responsibility of the company to try according to such violations.

I don't understand why Ledger doesn't sign its mails (and even its messages on other media) with a PGP key. It should be a standard in the crypto industry for all this kind of companies.  Undecided

Most hardware wallets users are people who care more about profits than privacy and security, so it is natural that most of them do not understand how to sign a message and other things.
5640  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Selling bitcoin wallets at low prices on: October 28, 2020, 06:26:28 AM
Even if these wallets are real, the money does not grow on the tree and no one gives you money for free, it may be part of a robbery or scam, and the person wants to mislead justice by selling those currencies to other people and therefore the government will follow you and not follow the person who committed the scam.

the hack is also illegal, so your purchase of these coins may lead to imprisonment.
All these possibilities are possible if we exclude the hypothesis that it is a fraud.
In all cases, you are the one who will lose money.
