a pretty good plan if you can choose the right coin, but if you choose the wrong coin, then your long wait will be in vain, therefore long-term investment is very risky because it takes a long time with results that are still 50/50. my advice you should be very careful if you choose coins for long-term investment. That's right even the major coin can't even give you a lot of guarantee for your amount. Remember those people have bought etheum when the price was around $1000 and this time these guys are losing almost 80% from the initial funds.  Nowadays, in ICOs world there are good projects who are pushing by people who work in relationed projects about crypto y blockchain, but we need to remember that you can find people who offer this services (developers, managgers, whitters, etc), its really easy!!, but how can i have certainty about the team who are pushing a project?? In mi case, i look all profiles, and pay atention in things like: companies or project they used to work, interest, which kind of people they follow or are related. I know you need time for that, I would like to know how do you have certainty about the team who are pushing any ICO project??   These guys mush have very well known by a lot of people. Remember about the guy that created jail break for iphone. This guy has known as a guy with a lot of experience in programming and he was even do an audit to the augur platform. The guy must have a lot of experience in the programming. You can see how popular the team based on the connection. |

Yes, why not. Stable coins protect investors from downward trend. You should have some % of your assets in stable coins. The reason for many stable coins is because you just can't trust 1 stable coin. If it fails then the results are catastrophic. For example USDT is losing its trust very fast. Devs aren't allowing external audits and so people are looking for other alternatives. This is where coins like GUSD, TUSD are coming in.
Do you think these new coins are allowing external audits? I doubt if they are allowing it right now. Most of them lack of transparency and they can't even prove how much reserve funds that available in their wallets. These stable coins needs more transparency. Other platform can only take the advantage from lack of transparent on tether company. |

If you notice, a lot of big investors who still wait patiently for and holding their investments. indeed wait is important and this will be able to determine the outcome. certainly when aware of the potential crypto will eagerly become a key benefit. but sometimes the panic could cover it all and make patient be lost.
Patience is such a very bad idea if you are thinking for short term, remember you can't even predict what will be happening with the market. I can undersntad about the fact that so many people are believing in long term but basically they are getting a big lose due to the bearish trend. i will prefer short term rather than long term. |

So on this last bull run ETH peaked at over $1400. What do you all think it will reach the next bull run?
Do you think the time of the ICO is over so it won't have as much growth or other platform networks will take over and limit ETH's price? Or will it get another exponential growth on the next bull run and go well into the thousands?
Personally I'm targeting $3000 but I could definitely see it going as high as $5k in the next two years or so until the next peak.
It will reach the next ATH. Ico follows the trend of crypto and basically if there will be a big bubble that create a lot of pump in the crypto and then i believe it will be so easy to the crypto to get its demand again. Basically the bubble makes people rush everything in the crypto and that creates a big pump. |

As I can see, seem like blockchain game is a hot trend at the moment, so many new projects created to develop blockchain game like Yumerium and this one as well. Although it's a great idea but this bear market is making these projects hard to success than usual.
I doubt about that most of blockchain platforms are less popular right now because they have nothing to be played. Remember yume is not the first blockchain platform that based on the game development. Mobile go has already failed to create such a useful product to be used by investors. |

I chose both, bitcoin and ripple can be a good investment for profit, but for the most part of the money I invest in bitcoin because it is the most powerful coin.
I'd invest in Bitcoin. Investing in Ripple does not give me any benefits from holding it for years, if I hold it for 1 year the coin could be worth a small fraction of the purchasing price because of the reputation it has. This year wasn't good for any cryptos, including BTC. People were waiting for another pump and were deceived. I think holding both coins gives different advantages in the long term. That depends on the trend, whatever coin that you have bought and put them all into your wallet and that will always give you a lot of money when the trend is very bullish right now but this time it's so stable and this will be so long until all of rumour about ETF will have done in this week said chiefman of SEC. |

Whats going on with so many exchanges coming out either decentralized or hybrid ? I am sick of seeing more and more each day where amount of volume is zero and you cant trade your tokens . Serious i dont know how they are going to have success in the future next to Binance,Okex,Houbi....and others
I also don't really understand the purpose of the new exchanger. currently there are so many exchangers that are being launched, but basically their technology is not much different from existing exchangers, maybe even worse. They are getting a lot of inspiration from the major exchange site about how they can earn daily revenue if they can build a proper and make it becomes a popular exchange site. They are betting on the potential of crypto in the future. |

First I'm sure that ethereum is the most pumped coin when bull run coming, because now between last year is 10 times down
It's all time high is $1,400 and now that it is under $200 again it will get some attention for most investors. Eth's price never moved that much for quite awhile and still stagnant same as bitcoin. I'm pretty sure that many are just waiting for its price to go up and while its not yet that much we've got still plenty of time to buy while we can. I've stocked up my ethereum now on my wallet and will probably buy if goes lower. Just try to pickup more and more ethereum and then i will try to put em' all on my cold storage. As you can see we have missed the chance to buy ethereum at low price. But ETF will be facing ETF next month and this can be a signal if there will be another bearish trend to the crypto market. be ready for that. |

How I wish this will be true! Bitcoin will not be traded beyond current price and at most, it will not rise beyond ten thousand dollars! I believe there will be growth and value appreciation next year but not this year!
I put a lot of hope in late October and hopefully BTC can go up strongly. But in the last few days it has made me more disappointed. The market fell without a reason, and now the BTC is in danger when it can continue falling below 6k. In 2018, the market and BTC will be unlikely to recover, I will certainly be like that I was also very disappointed because of that, the bitcoin did not have a restoration as I imagined, it was still submerged in blood, and that really made me very scared for the future of bitcoin and the whole market, the whales are almost inactive, everything is still in a dead silence. $50000 was a dream and illusion figure, it's just a joke that the whale wants to give us, what I can hope for at this point can only be a small recovery before Christmas, this is the period the whales need to earn extra money to relax during holidays, and $8000 to $10000 is a beautiful figure that I think Lol i don't even know how these guys are betting all of the things in the bitcoin ETF. and that a wrong decision. 50k is only a joke right now and that will not be happened. Even bitcoin touch 10k and it needs a lot of supports. We still not yet seen about the next bubble and it could be even bigger. |

I think in December or January. January is more real, this years I hardly expect any bullrun, unfortunately. I don't see any prospects for market now or this month.
How about Chinese New Year celebrations in the 2019 will it affect on cryptocurrencies prices? i think nobody know about exactly dates, but i think to study real usecases of blockchain is more important than price speculations. It doesn't matter, you should forget it. It just gives a little bearish trend because a lot of speculators from china will try to sell their coins for money or yuan. The useful of blockchain will bring its system to get the value. Just like if a crap coin gets utility usage and there will be a value. |
