On the bright side - we haven't had one of these numpties in a while so maybe things ARE improving as far as shilling goes.
The only Carlos I know involved in this game is Carlos Garza, aka "I'm scared and don't know what to do and want a lawyer." All I ever believed from the Goat were the portions about him shitting himself, as that seems to be plausible.
