5641  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Bitcoin Cash - Fork 1:1 of Bitcoin - Pro on-chain scaling - Cheaper fees on: November 29, 2017, 07:03:22 PM
Not many will be millionars also with 1 mil each bitcoin.

Probably

The most will sell before to buy some sXXt like smarphones or cars. Only a few are real hodlers. Just watch todays panic in the market, people think it will crash.

Cant blame them for that, people got it at high exchange rate

I look daily the chart but since years i hear here month by month it will crash. In 2013 they wrote on every channel btc is dead. I am still here and btc is still alive. People will leave new will come.

Most trader are into BCH right now, as the exchange rate of bitcoin is going down then it is the time for BCH to do a rally which is why the cryto world is nothing more than making profit instead of believing in the tech of the coin
5642  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][XLM] Stellar - Decentralized trading platform on: November 29, 2017, 06:53:33 PM
Hello there Stellar comunity.
Can someone please give me some information regarding the recents spikes of the coin?
isnt it kinda the same as ripple or is there some major difference besides the banking stuff?
Is it true that stellar is working with IBM and on what do they work ?
What do you guys think which price stellar could possible reach in the future?
regards

https://www.stellar.org/blog/IBM-KlickEx-Partnership/

I think this effect of this news they are working on this payment system soon we will see price will explode to new level and before end of next year $1 for each coin will become true.

You can hope for that, as long as the bitcoin rally continue then you probably going to see this by the end of this year let alone next year. This totally reminds me of my past. I got into crypto because of XLM ( It was STR before )

What do you mean different values? Not every market has the same price.

Right now:
Bittrex: 667
Polo:     672

I believe that you are not a trader. Sometimes poloniex' exchange rate is 50 satoshis lower than the others. This is mostly caused by XLM wallet maintenance so there is no way to take it out of poloniex for arbitrage
5643  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If money would not be a problem, would you still gamble? on: November 28, 2017, 08:23:11 PM
Why not, for sure if money is not to be a problem for sure I will gamble.

There is no more point to that really, why would you if you could spend most of your time sailing or perhaps doing wonderful thing with those money? Your logic just dont make any sense at all

gambling is a fun and kick off in your mind.

Only because you win some money and you need that money but if you are not then it will be different story
5644  Economy / Economics / Re: Why have Bitcoin instead of cash? on: November 28, 2017, 08:18:58 PM
the idea is good, but so far inconsistent in my opinion...bitcoin still needs refinement so that it can be so easy to use...that's why cash is here))

Bitcoin needs nothing more than people's awareness that it is better than fiat. Some people are aware of this but some are not, well in fact alof of people are not aware of this yet

The basic reason to have Bitcoin instead of cash is the potential of Bitcoin to rise more .

We are rising more than gold and there is no point to rise more than fiat because it will always be pegged with fiat

If we will have money in the form of Bitcoin then we are automatcally getting our money increased with time but no such increment is there in the case of cash.

You are a delusional because it just seems to me that you think of bitcoin of nothing more than a tool that will make you rich. It is much more than that to be honest and you got to learn of it
5645  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you know when to stop? on: November 25, 2017, 07:31:36 PM
If we bring more money to the gambling place, it will be very difficult to control our emotions

It totally depends on yourself

especially when our lost has exceeded the limits we have planned.

There is no point to plan something like that. If you wish to gamble then make sure you are using the amount that you can afford .

It is better to bring the money according to our limitations.

Not entirely correct
5646  Economy / Gambling / Re: bustadice – Next Generation Dice (Ƀ 20 max profit & 10 bit faucet) on: November 25, 2017, 07:17:28 PM
For clarification: bustadice won't support betting with Bitcoin Gold. We're only making BTG balances available to investors and players.

will you do so for bitcoin diamond as well? it was hardforked at block 495866

edit: I seem to have misunderstood the dilution fee. I thought it would be applied if you divest your investment, but it seems to be
applied when you invest. This makes more sense now  Grin

Yes however early investor was quite lucky because the dillution fee was waived for the grand opening IIRC
5647  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Worst mistake in gambling on: November 22, 2017, 05:49:17 AM
That's it, although we like what we are doing we need to be in control all the time so we will not gonna lose beyond our limit.

It is not something hard to control, if you want to control it then make sure that you are willing to do it. Simple

Real problem will come when we are not in control anymore as we are in gambling where the risk is very big

There is no such thing because we are always in control of that

this should not even be a game for those who are not earning well because it's a very expensive type of game and they might be desperate in the long run.

It is never a game to begin with, if you wish to enter gambling environment then you shouldnt think of it as a game. Either way gambling is never a game to begin with and it will never be
5648  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is better? To gamble or to invest? on: November 22, 2017, 05:12:05 AM
Of course the investment would be better than gambling.

In some point yes

But it would be better if we start all of it from gambling.

You totally got this mixed up

Because we will already understand what it means to "bet". I think, if we start trading, or investment it is certain we are faced with a big gamble.

Clearly you dont understand what you are typing. Investment is not really a gamble if you know what to invest, besides you should be aware of the risk already if you put your money in an investment

For example, when the BTC price reaches such a value, do we dare buy it for speculation that in the future it will rise?

Nope but it worth the risk because with every risk there is a reward as well
5649  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: November 22, 2017, 04:39:38 AM
That's absolutely right, gambling is a risky job and there is no way you can make consistent income.

It is not a job, perhaps you could refer it as a way of making money on online basis but it is definitely not a job. Atleast not a thing that you could brag to your neighbour about being able to earn money in constant basis ( well you cant earn in constant basis actually )

we need to be realistic all the time, don't look at the reward only but also the risks.

All I see from gambling is just the risk, except that you are blessed with the devil's luck then dont even try to . Atleast it is wrong to think that we can get money or atleast trying to be rich from that
5650  Economy / Economics / Re: Is bitcoin dead? on: November 22, 2017, 03:59:07 AM
İt always get bigger as everbodys support

No one really support bitcoin if the exchange rate is as close as 1 cent. The fact that we got alot of supporters recently are because the exchange rate has skyrocketed over 200 % this year. This is by far the most profitable 'investment' that you cant find elsewhere so it is normal that we got those kind of 'support' but for now bitcoin is dying with all those hardforks ( just saying )
5651  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: November 22, 2017, 03:57:18 AM
Both has their own worlds.

Actually both are different and exist in the same world. It is just that people dont really look at bitcoin as much as paper money

Bitcoin existing in the digital world and paper money in the physical world.

Your point is?

They all have their differences and each has their own purpose.

They both serve the same purposes as currency and you should be able to use them to buy things. It might not be the case yet for bitcoin but sooner or later it will be

Being able to hold paper money in our hands is more efficient for people all around the world because not every one has the technology to use bitcoin.

People need to learn, that is all. If you dont know then you learn it but if you wish to stay in the past then feel free and be my guest. People are going to learn it because I see no difference of it being the same as those E-MONEY payment or some other sort

5654  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: November 14, 2017, 08:49:27 AM
Pogba loss has been a big setback for Manchester United but I feel it's been blown out of proportion, I feel it's mourinho fault that he's made the team rely so much on Pogba that without him suddenly every one can't perform, it was due to this attitude that pereira left, I feel this even has destroyed the form of Herrera, he's just not the player he once was. I hope Pogba does come back ASAP helps us recover 8 points difference.

Well if you are really a manchester united's fans then you would know that every player play a vital part. I wont really say that pogba's alone is going to change anything but they are doing decent and it is still too early to know if they are going to win this season
