5642  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What would you prefer? Live casino games or slots? on: October 03, 2020, 01:20:50 PM
I'm not sure if this is me, but whenever I try slots, I tend to gamble more of my money impulsively compared to live casino games. It's like I am not aware that I am gambling more than what I have planned for, that is why I generally avoid to play slots in the casino.

As for live casino games, I enjoy it more due to its minor strategies involve compared to slots where you just pull the lever and hope for the best. In addition, in live casino games I tend to interact with others in which I get to know them well. I have made good friends due to live casinos but most of them already retired from this addiction.

Is this too risky and wasting money? Well, this is part of the gambling community but.. There is no too much assurance on using the slots just pull the trigger or lever and wait for the outcome. Sometimes gambling can give too much stress if you are a serious player who would like to earn money. But if you just looking for fun I think this is just basic no more stressful than you just playing slots.

If you pronounce the word fair here, I would say neither of these sounds fair to me. These games are usually computer driven and leave gaps here. You can bet on live games like cricket, football or other games if you want. I would not say that there is no fixing in these games but the chances of it being fitting are very low. But after all, it's better to choose to bet on these live games.

Those games are not fixed instead you will support the use of sports and e-sports gambling. Those computer-generated and the odds can manipulate I think the chance to get a win is lower..
5643  Economy / Economics / Re: Does China plan to go communist? on: October 03, 2020, 07:54:58 AM
China is already a communist country and its runs for a long time
Code:
https://www.futurelearn.com/courses/politics-of-economics/0/steps/30823

Also, they are of a capitalist country and they are one of the good copying most of the products into different countries and they are good at holding money the reason why they are one of the known countries for getting rich immediately we all know that they are the sleeping giant before they are just focusing to their selves and increasing the number of their products and becomes more productive.
China has been a communist dictatorship for the last 70+ years. They have embraced some capitalist concepts, like private business ownership, but the communist party retains ultimate control over everything.

China tried a more "pure" marxist/leninist version of communism back in 1950s and it didn't quite work out so I don't think they'll move back towards that. There is no plausible reason to abandon the massive economic advantage that the current system has created. More violent suppression of dissent is possible though.
Violent suppression worked out real good in China, they are a surveillance state. China will be a red forever, the chances of having a change of heart in governance has died together with the students that died in Tianamen Square Massacre. The only thing keeping them afloat is putting a short leash on companies and their populace, they suppress companies that promote an ambitious capitalist principle and run propaganda on state owned television for their population.

China is one of the strict countries too they have different issues with their workers too that they are forcing them to make these kinds of outcomes just to become more wealth in their country, well there are a lot of stories like this and some of them are hoax came from the different people survive this kind of dictatorship.
5644  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What would you prefer? Live casino games or slots? on: October 03, 2020, 01:42:19 AM
For me, those are one of the best games to earn money with gambling but still, I will prefer the sports bet.
To be honest none of them. Both can be manipulated to have the house it's advantage so not fair. Somewhere I read a story that in a casino in the roulette they can use magnet or something to manipulate the ball to stop at a certain number. And slots are just some random images rolling in front of you. I have no idea how people get excitements from it :-P

My only preference to take entertainment from gambling is sportsbet. There ARE match fixing but in the big leagues it is not very common so call it fair.

I agree with you on live casino, there is a chance that banker or the game master can manipulate the outcome of the cards because they can use easily a fast hand card trick that is known for casinos, well there are a lot of professional by this kind of actions, they can create an illusion while they are shuffling the cards, on slot games (real slot games), there is a small amount of probability only of winning there is an algorithm to the program if there is chance or probability increase the same with the slot games online.

In sports and e-sports betting the chance of losing are depends on the capability of the players and the whole team, so its better to risk this the same time you are supporting your favorite team and also winning a profit.
5645  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling License on: October 02, 2020, 02:26:50 PM
Licensed is necessarily needed to operate a gambling platform this must be needed to. make sure that the customer has rights too if there is some problem that might happen if you are trying to play into gambling does not register I think it's time to think and report to take an action.

Also if you want to seek some good gambling find which is already reputable so there is no problem and also for sure they are mostly a lot of number of players because they already know how the gambling runs out with a good reputation and respect.

5648  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mediocre/People. on: October 02, 2020, 09:32:50 AM
The use of the bitcoin is now widely spreading which is a good thing also there are some people already adopt the use of the bitcoin and there is does not so what are the possible things you may do to encourage them to use the bitcoin give them different benefits the use of it like.

1. Monitored transaction
2. Fast transaction
3. Low transaction fee
4. No tax
5. Secured

So what are the benefits of this in their daily lives, in some places in the world the use of the bitcoin is already conquering and some of them already support the use of the bitcoin as a mode of payment and already have a bitcoin ATM to make easier transactions.

5649  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Trump gets Covid and we Crash? on: October 02, 2020, 08:23:10 AM
You are already updated, I think there is no too much impact with the use of this on the cryptocurrency especially to the bitcoin, but I think we still need to monitor all the things might happen because recently there is unstable market movement of the bitcoin (well the market is volatile), also trump is already prone to the covid he goes into different places at the same time reaching different people, aside of it we need to consider the age too, but this has still impact on their country and needed to take an action because most of the rules and the instructions are came from the president.

Yes we should have to understand the kind of coin we are holding, there’s no need of selling your coin until the need arise, Let us have confidence on bitcoin, because there is no amount of panic that we make us sell out the cash we have at hand, I do understand that bitcoin is not a physical money, but let not think about selling off our bitcoin when ever there is a panic, it is really affecting our crypto market. Let have confidence on bitcoin.

Panic selling is not too much prefer because there is no activity yet with the market movement, also if you got a wrong prediction or move it might cause of the mistake and lose your money.
5650  Economy / Economics / Re: How long will it take banks to phase out physical cash completely? on: October 01, 2020, 02:54:35 PM
For sure it will take a long long year's before they phase out the use of the physical money today not all of the people in the different places are still in the world of technology there are in the rural places does not have an internet connection and does not have any knowledge on the new kind of payment. They are still on the day when we are using physical money also this is the preference of the people as the mode of payment. This is part of their norms, try to show them the use of the digital currency they will not take it because they don't know and they are afraid to take a risk to a thing they don't see in their entire life.

Also, the government won't remove the use of physical money, not all the people are connected yet to modern technology so they stick to the traditional one.
5651  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it true that Corona Virus may effect trading? on: October 01, 2020, 12:14:05 PM
For me yes it does have an effect on trading people would try to gain while they are force to stay at home for their safety so they might find it a way to earn or be busy while they are staying home.
I have been more active in trading sites nowadays because I don't have much to do so I guess it does have effect on trading or crypto.

The pandemic coronavirus is spreading and the main target of this is the people and cause losing of the economic wealth many people got infected and some of the higher people who are on the top are donated and helps those people. This virus affects the world of trading, no it's not instead it affects the economic growth due to having a problem of import and export the same with the tourism got stop the trading of the money will stop too because they are now preventing the spreading of infection than continuing the work and the economy. Many hoaxes spread rapidly because when the pandemic outbreak starts the price of the bitcoin falls, well this is naturally volatile so it's too hard to say that it causes by COVID too.

5653  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Buy and Hold Really the Best Strategy in Crypto? on: October 01, 2020, 07:08:09 AM
Buy and hold is not really the best this is the safest thing we all know in trading it requires a lot of patience to make money. This kind of technique is commonly used for the people who just not rush anything and just taking time to earn and get their profit, if you want to make a short term trading this kind of technique won't effect also there is a specific coin which is good at this kind of investment if you want to get into buying and hold a coin I think the most effective to this on the bitcoin, I'm not saying am already professional on investment but mostly this is the time common things happen.
If you want to earn for a safe play is go for the buy low and sell high the same strategy that takes a lot of time and patience before you will get your profit.

5654  Economy / Economics / Re: Anybody here trying to live bankless (using Bitcoin / cryptocurrencies)? on: October 01, 2020, 04:39:00 AM
If cryptocurrency can be used like fiat as a transaction that can be used to buy anything, I will do so entirely because of the convenience and safety of use and the freedom to use it.
However, it is unfortunate that in the country I live in, there are no purchases or transactions using cryptocurrency or bitcoin for purchases of any kind, and have to convert them to fiat in order to be able to make any purchases and transactions.

The same with you there are some of the establishment does not know the use of the cryptocurrency. Right now I don't have any banks and the one I only use is a cryptocurrency wallet which only has a  bitcoin and bitcoin cash, They are not truly adopted the use of the cryptocurrency and only a few people appreciate this kind of payment method.
But still, soon I want to apply to the bank because by this you can have a secured transaction and there is an assurance that your money than the use of the bitcoin once you send it, its gone.

I want to share AFAIK we have a thread on our local > Pilipinas discussion about this kind of business are establishing the use of the bitcoin or cryptocurrency as payment and also there are some well-known people already made and support their own business with the use of this coin.

5655  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do people claim cryptocurrencies aren’t an asset? on: October 01, 2020, 03:03:45 AM
For me, I think the cryptocurrency is an asset set aside the law because we are talking about the property there are rights that you owned coins, not you are owning the whole characteristic or being a creator of this coin instead you have the value of this coin. I think this is part of the Current Asset that we can use the cryptocurrency that may possibly convert into cash. There are some misconceptions about the assets this is just only a tangible thing but no there is a different kind of assets. Also, there is a chance this may use for Financial assets because this can be used for daily needs that can be spent.

Code:
5 types of assent you can visit this too.
https://simplicable.com/new/asset

Some people are not ready to accept technological advances, so it is difficult to accept cryptocurrency as an asset.
Especially old people who think assets are real and do not understand digital assets. It takes time for everyone to
accept cryprocurrency as an asset. Whereas in my view assets are all things that have value, so because crypto has
a value like gold, supposed cryptocurrency is assets.

There are some places that do not accept the use of the bitcoin they still want to stick on the traditional way of payment method which is the use of the fiat currency we cannot blame them because this is implemented by their government and we all know some of the cryptocurrencies are centralized and the bitcoin is not, so they cant make a fully manage on this kind of action.
5656  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If all BTC Gets Bought Up? on: September 30, 2020, 02:27:26 PM
If that person buys all the bitcoin all over I think it becomes more expensive and they can manipulate all of the things with the use of the bitcoin also it has an impact on the cryptocurrency because some of the coins are have a paired with this.
And also there is no price movement is the person bought all the bitcoin and holds it. We do need to circulate all of the things to make a good market flow. Don't be greedy.

But I think it will never happen because even the richest person in the world will not give time and losing money easily just collecting all of the bitcoin. The miners also have a specific number of bitcoin will be mined.
5657  Economy / Economics / Re: Why criminals prefer cash (Fiat) on top of crypto? on: September 30, 2020, 11:05:06 AM
Let's break down first the two types of possible criminals.
[1] Skills vs [2] Intelligence
1. The people who do not know what is cryptocurrency is most of the time they don't have any kind of idea what it is, most of the time what we are facing money? It is cash, right? because this is the common use for buying or trading for something, also this is the primary use of different countries for paying because this is according to the law that they need to make their own currency.
2. The people who know the use of cryptocurrency, they are knowledgeable about the technology so they know what is the cryptocurrency is they are the cybercriminals today like the hackers, and more.

I think this is the common reason why there are more likely criminals on the internet.

5658  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I have Good advice for investors on: September 30, 2020, 07:09:31 AM
In trading, you just need to become balance. Not all the time you are going to focus on the technicals well there are two different people learning and applying their knowledge.
1. We have the person who called the bookworm they are most likely learning with the use of the information and the books they are reading before applying on the real trading.
2. There is a person who is more on technicals, likely more on experience.
These are the two type of person I usually encounter but for me, it's better to have both skills because not all the time you are learning with the use of the books and not all the time you doesn't know more than only came from the book.

People who have technical knowledge in the analysis is an advantage. Yes, those traders that have less knowledge are likely to lose but it doesn't mean that they shouldn't learn it through experience.

It's good advice, reminding the new traders that the risk they are dealing with is high in trading. But all of those can be learned in process.
Yes we can learn how to read the market and make an analysis by experience, its an edge of a trader. But being successful in this field doesnt rely alone to this. A strategy and how you understand the market are also important, even traders who dont know how to make a technical analysis are able to earn by following their plan and strategy.

Also, another thing is the patience and the faith of the trader is included. There are a lot of traders who are using too many emotions in making a trade like the FOMO, when the market falls immediately sell out and etc. Trading requires different skills, also if we have 7th sense why not in trading.
5659  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What would happen if you invested a $1 in Bitcoin every day for 5 years on: September 30, 2020, 04:55:21 AM
Investment with a single dollar is not recommended or suggested because today the transaction fees are high and it is the same cost of the transaction fee in my country the transaction fee is almost 1-2$ already and its this is not good why not trying to make an investment with a lower market price and sell it into a higher price, this is the most commonly used by the investors so why not this kind of practices we made, well if you make an investment when the price of it so low there is a possibility that your 5 years investment will give a huge profit soon it will pump.

The choice of investing in Bitcoin by buying Bitcoin for $ 1 every day for 5 years is not a good idea in my opinion.
Because it will only make us have to pay transaction fees every day, after all, if we are busy people making time
every day to invest in Bitcoin it makes our time run out. Why not do it once a month or once in 3 months, it's more
effective in my opinion.

Base on my experience on investment I think its good enough for 3-5 months only because previously we experience the price of the bitcoin is on ATH in the month of January and AFAIK at next coming month the price of the coin falls immediately[1] and the price recovered too in just this range on the month of July.[2]
