5641  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Starting as a Trader and Trading Bitcoin on: April 29, 2020, 10:45:43 AM
There are plenty of resources available online that could teach you what bitcoin is and how you could use it and how you could make money from it. So, there is no reason to actually go out and help people who are right now needing extra money, if they are looking that extra money from bitcoin they have all they need to start.

However if you are a person who is out of work and need money, just putting the one you already barely have and start trading is definitely not the way. If you want to make money just apply to remote jobs that are in the crypto world, and if you are unemployed but very well experienced you could get a remote job in crypto world that will be paid with bitcoin. That way you are both not spending the little money you have, but also getting into crypto at the same time.
5642  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are you using a trading bot? on: April 29, 2020, 09:35:08 AM
I'm using BitUniverse's Grid Trading Bot, and I think it's really good to buy low and sell high everyday for me, cause the market is fluctuating recently. More importantly, it's totally free and supports 20+ exchanges like Binance. Any more bots are you using? Please recommend.  Huh
There are tons of bots out there not just a few, there are so many bots that some of them became famous and we all know about it, they are really common and everyone has heard of them, however there are probably HUNDREDS that we didn't hear because of two reasons, one is they are very bad and that causes only a few people to use it and fail and basically tell everyone else how bad it is and some others do not care and try anyway and they fail too and eventually a lot of people say its bad and it doesn't took off, another reason is bad marketing to get it at the hands of others so it never really gets heard.

I have used tens of bots in my day and they are all the same, there is not a single difference between them in the sense that sometimes it profits you but sometimes it doesn't, I can reach that manually as well anyway.
5643  Economy / Economics / Re: BTC and Stock vs Oil price on: April 29, 2020, 08:00:17 AM
For millions of Americans the very bad times already came in, if you are a person who have a solid job you will probably be fine, however people are at the bottom, people who make under 60k per year are getting screwed every single year.

There are over ten million people who are out of job, there has been over a million people who got infected and couldn't even work even if they had a job, there are probably a lot more people who had unpaid leave so they didn't lose their job but didn't get any money and if you look at the longer term everything gets more expensive whereas the salaries are standing pretty still. Unless some progressive comes in and changes something like Bernie Sanders could (there was Ron Paul from republicans so it is not a partisan thing) this will not be solved.
5644  Economy / Economics / Re: We will never return to capitalism as we know it on: April 29, 2020, 07:20:44 AM
There is no way public would ask questions like that, there is no way it will happen in the future neither, the world gets progressive but only for the human rights stand point and not for the money points. You know who pays the politicians? The companies, you know what those companies care about? Their money.

Doesn't matter if it is a republican or a democrat, they will pay for that persons whole life until that person is either elected or retires, they do this with every single politician they can and eventually one of them becomes president. Long story short in the world of politics if you want to be progressive about abortion rights, gay rights, minority rights, or any other right that is a bit more "marginal" compared to past like weed legalization and so forth, you can fight for that, there is a chance progressives win and they usually do win after decades of fighting, but when it comes to economy, it will always be right wing win.
5645  Economy / Speculation / Re: Now Bitcoin will pump or dump? on: April 28, 2020, 06:58:18 PM
If we are talking about right now, I do not see it neither pumping or dumping, those are really huge words that should be at least 20% to 30% changes and I do not see that right now. Bitcoin price is at around 7700 right now, that means 10% change any direction should be around 770 dollars, and 20% change would be 1540 dollars, and that is the bare minimum. So, you should either have around 6k levels or over 9k levels to actually call a movement a pump or a dump.

Do you really think that there is a chance bitcoin could be around 6k or 9k any time soon? I do not see that honestly, I think it could move up or down, it always does move up or down, but I do not see it move that much up and down. And even with 20% that is the bare minimum, I would say 30% is more likely to be called that and there is no way 30% moves anywhere.
5646  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC is making some noise in the market. on: April 28, 2020, 05:41:38 PM
$7700 was not something I was expecting this quickly, I did expected bitcoin to go up in price eventually but I wasn't expecting something this big this quickly. I would have expected $7000 to happen by now because we were always close to it and always trying hard to break into it but there was a big resistance in $7.3k that people were talking about very harshly that it would be very difficult to break.

Look at us now, we are at $7.7k right now and that $7.3k resistance looks so funny, people talk about resistances like they are there to stay and never could be broken, but the reality is whenever we try to break a resistance, the wall itself drops without us working too much because people remove their orders and we move beyond it very easily, so they put a new resistance and when we go up we break that easily as well.
5647  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Whale says bitcoin prices could fall post the halving event. on: April 28, 2020, 04:26:14 PM
They are right, why do you think just because bitcoin has a halving the price should go up right away.

Look we all know what the halving is, the amount of bitcoins mined per day would drop from 1800 bitcoins per day to 900 bitcoins per day, so we have the data that we are looking for, which means at the very best scenario if we assume all the 1800 bitcoins that are mined every day gets sold (I doubt it, some of it definitely gets kept at the wallets) that means we are going to have 900 bitcoins less sold on the market. Looking at the volumes of bitcoins everything, there is really no way 900 bitcoins less per day could make a change on right at the spot. It is definitely a long term thing but not a right away thing. So, they are kind of right and I agree with them.
5648  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top exchange listed bounties is getting sucks on: April 28, 2020, 11:02:10 AM
Is it just me thinking this way or there are other people on here thinking same way? Listed bounty campaigns are getting annoying this year, blockburn postponed payout to bounty hunters, Cartesi split payout into three phases and distribution starts after 30 days of listing.

Too exchange like binance for that matter, bounty allocation was damn low to begin with, I start promoting listed bounties this year because of 2019 tachyon protocol success that lay as a lesson to me but things aren't going as I thought. Harmony one did bounty year ago and I heard they distribute in batches too, price already go down before bounty hunters get their payouts, how is this any fair ?
Yeah think about it, you are doing marketing with your own money that you created, and instead of getting more people to invest and interested, you are getting the money at the hands of people who would basically do anything for money, they are literally doing hard work for fake money that you are about to create that has zero value so far, which means that person will definitely sell it as soon as they get it most of the times, and that is really horrible for the outlook of your currency.

Just use bitcoin, that is simpler, if you are doing some IEO or ICO or whatever you are going to get funding, use that funding to pay people with bitcoin, and do not hire everyone in a bounty, just hire really good marketing employee and you will be doing awesome.
5649  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin Has Zero Active Development!! on: April 28, 2020, 09:50:47 AM
When you have someone like Charlie basically making it a centralized coin, there is not really much to expect from it in the end, you are basically just letting one person run the whole show, how could you expect it to have any decent improvements? Maybe it is still decentralized in the blockchain sense but the dude simply just makes any changes he wants whenever he wants and everyone agrees and that gets implemented, what type of decentralization is that?

What the hell does Charlie didn't do so far that wouldn't hurt litecoin. The last straw was probably him selling all his litecoin, that showed the world even he didn't believe in the project so why would the others? Ever since that moment litecoin community just got smaller and smaller, and probably won't get better until Charlie doesn't have any relation at all.
5650  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Beware of lying project team on: April 28, 2020, 08:46:54 AM
I've seen few projects that decieved investors into thinking that they will list on binance or okex and Kucoin without these exchanges confirmation, my advice is once a project claim they are going top exchange do not hesitate to go to the top exchange social media, if the listing is legit the exchange will atleast say something about it. Wise up
Definitely there are liars out there, I know it is not as common as you might imagine but there are ones out there. I personally would not believe them because if something decent is being done that is provably, you can see a team working by watching them work, if a team keeps saying "we will do this" and "we will do that" I do not believe them.

If they want my money as an investor I have to actually see them do something, I am not believing any project that keeps saying they will do something in the future when I get in, if you are good enough you do it and then ask for my money. All of the lying project teams are doing exactly that, they first ask for money then say they will do something. A clear distinction between the good ones and the scam ones thanks to that.
5651  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Binance vs Coinbase Pro on: April 28, 2020, 08:13:53 AM
When you are doing low volume and also use BNB to pay for your fee's it is not even remotely close, on the other hand when you are a big company doing huge volumes coinbase could look better but at the same time if you are dealing with binance the volume helps as well and put BNB on top of that, it is getting quite similar. So yeah, if you are a big volume player you could use Coinbase but it is just too close to call whereas low volume there is a bigger difference.

I still think binance is just way to go for any reason at all in exchange world, they are by far the best one out there, they do not offer fiat deposits as far as I know but I am sure one day they will get big enough to make that happen all around the world as well, after all they offered 400 million dollars to CMC and if a company makes that much money, they must have plans for fiat as well.
5652  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When to buy - question to Hodlers on: April 28, 2020, 06:43:20 AM
Periodically, that is what I have been doing for years and it has worked for the most part.

If you go all in, there is no right time, just look at the price right now it moved from around 5k prices to close to 8k now for example, do you really think it is smart to buy now?

Or was it smarter to buy when it was lower? Of course, it was smarter to buy lower but how could you know when it will be lower once again? You wouldn't have any idea. So, what can you do?

Basically never go all in, always have a source of income that you will put into bitcoin, and just periodically put money into it, whenever price has a HUGE drop, just buy it, I know it may drop even further but just buy it, whenever price has a huge drop no matter what happens it will always go back, even if it takes a longer path.
5653  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where can I learn Technical Analysis to Cryptocurrencies? on: April 27, 2020, 08:30:15 PM
Investopedia and TradingView are the two great ones, not saying that you will be great at trading the moment you study them but at least you would be basically doing the best you can, would that be enough or not but we are talking about being a better yourself and that is what it counts.

TradingView is what you can use to learn and watch the other traders and you would basically be seeing the good traders doing it and you can copy it and maybe one day you could be like them if you could watch them. Like I said this is not really a bad day but it is the perfect way neither, it is only a small time better method.

Investopedia on the other hand is great for not just TA but you can learn everything for stock market as well, I have been using it for that for 10 years now.
5654  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why trading stablecoins is the most underrated way of making serious money on: April 27, 2020, 07:46:33 PM
You can promote whatever bot you want but people are smart to realize that there is not enough differences in the stablecoins to make that kind of arbitrage. Yeah, the idea looks like its solid and you could make a profit with it, hell on paper it looks like the best kind of trading there is, because in the end you are trading something that worths 1 dollar for something lower and end up selling it for one dollar.

However, when you actually decide to do it you will realize that there is actually not that much drop in stablecoins and whatever drop you have in them is less than the trading fee exchanges get. Even if you find a small period where it is profitable to buy them, it is not common and it is very rare in between as well, so you will not be x3 every year.
5655  Economy / Speculation / Re: What this Bitcoin halving bring? Does the Bitcoin price go up or down? on: April 27, 2020, 06:54:27 PM
I expect moderate up, I know many people are looking for it to go up after halving but that is the exact reason why I think it will be not exact up. There are just too many people buying right now that think bitcoin price will be up and I think if bitcoin underperforms there are just too many people who will think that bitcoin will go up and be upset that it didn't go up as much as they expected so they will sell.

However I am waiting, if the price actually doesn't go up as much as I assume it will, that will mean bitcoin will fall and that is when I will be capable buying for cheap. However if we talk about the long term, miners will be not selling as much as they are selling right now in the future which will cause the price to go up and that will be when I profit in the end.
5656  Economy / Economics / Re: Cantillon Effect and Bitcoin on: April 27, 2020, 06:25:11 PM
Decentralization was always against things like this, bitcoin has 21 million max supply and it will always have 21 million max supply, it will never be changed, as soon as someone has enough power to change that which I doubt would ever happen, that would be the end of bitcoin as we know it and that is why nobody would even want to do it, doing it would not help them, so something that requires billions of dollars in both cash and machinery would be all for nothing and people who are powerful enough to do that wouldn't do it because they would get nothing in return.

Hence there is no printing more money, there is no government, there is no power at the center of bitcoin, we are all part of bitcoin world. This means, all of this rich get richer and poor get poorer will not happen in bitcoin.

There are more than 21 million people who are millionaires in the world, that means there will always be some millionaires without one bitcoin in the world, not all millionaires are interested right now but even if one day all of them were, there is not enough to go around, hence rich can't get richer.
5657  Economy / Economics / Re: Inflation, printing money and Bitcoin on: April 26, 2020, 07:08:15 PM
I wish it was that simple Cheesy. But it is not, the world has to create some money the more people there is plus the more dollar is lost somewhere else and the more dollar stuck somewhere.

So, when you are making this calculation you are not just making 1 million and print another one million, you have to consider the initial one million dollars and see if the population is the same, if the population grew that million is not enough anymore, you have to check if there is any dollars lost, I know this will be a bad example but just think of a money being washed and ruined burned and ruined, those are bad examples but you get what I am trying to say and lastly but most importantly people who have dollars that do not spend it at all, so that money exists somewhere but it is stuck and not moving at all so we could consider it not on the market. When you take all of that into consideration printing doesn't suddenly make it go up, sure it makes it a bit but not at that level.
5658  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: April 26, 2020, 05:39:18 PM
You mean the team that is now self made as Astralis or at least the same core 3, they have that new IGL +1 other who has made a large difference for them.   They were always amazing but somehow had a kind of stage fright or nerves in the final stages of a contest, I believe thats still there but they are more flexible and accepting of themselves perhaps and somehow got past it.  I heard they have hired a team therapist to talk through any anxiety which is probably a first in CS.
So age is not the biggest of factors, its other elements but it is a factor that contributes and they have to account for it and perhaps train more so to rely less on raw talent as they progress.  Since the team has always been so orderly, I dont see age is going to stop them.   VP managed to be lethal right up until the end with members over 30, the thing to note was the volatility of results and they could let it slip and go hero to zero and back again.   To me they became dangerous to bet on, great if the odds saw them as underdogs because they never were and gold does not rust.  But any bet was with much caution as VP eventually lost cohesion; still one of the greatest teams ever as will Astralis be.
No, not dignitas as the team name, the players of dignitas. Forest, getright, friberg, xist and so forth, that team in general is awesome, those players are some epic legends of the game and I know they are a bit older now and I know they are not what they used to be, however can you really tell me they can't be as good as any other team on a good day?

I don't know the history of Dignitas honestly, I don't know who they had or what they have achieved etc, I only watched these players before and I remember them being amazing so I am simply rooting for them again because they are around my age and not some teenager that usually ends up winning. I would still bet them if they are anywhere around 2.5+ odds, in any game whatsoever, in smaller games even more so.
5659  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitmex launches Ethereum “Quanto Futures” on: April 26, 2020, 05:01:26 PM
The period when bitcoin had so many ups and downs with big volatility and high liquidity started when bitmex started to offer leverage on bitcoin and shorting as well, that really ruined a lot in the crypto market because people were allowed to profit from the downfall of the price, which removed another incentive to increase the price, normally there was no option like that so anyone who wanted to make a profit had to wait it go up.

Now they are doing the same on ethereum, and sure there will be some people who will make profits from ethereum going down as well but this will hurt the market in general, profiting while going down means people won't be focused on making it higher, there will be counter party that will try to get it as low as possible to profit.
5660  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best coin in 2020 for long term buy ? on: April 26, 2020, 03:32:24 PM
Those are very good and very well know names, I would basically support all of those except chainlink and matic only because I don't know about them all that much, not saying they are bad at all, just saying I wouldn't be researched well enough to actually support that decision, someone who researched better than me could talk about them.

However cardano, bnb and bat are all great coins to suggest and I would suggest them myself as well. I would also add in Wave to that list too, because I researched it and it looks like it has a good team and a good blockchain behind it. I don't know if this year would be the year they finally make the jump but I know one day they will, so my long term definitely includes some wave as well. Hopefully we all will be right.
