I bet this is somewhere in North Korea. Regular people can not afford to drive there.

Edit: Yeah confirmed. It was a wild guess from me LOL

Thanks to @jack for helping to pump the price of Bitcoin today. #bitcoin hashtag now trending due to everyone testing new emoji  Grin
I had to check the price after seeing this post and I see nothing very significant yet. Observing @ $9,428 only
5643  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: February 02, 2020, 03:56:41 PM
And meh..  I'm not even checking my FJM results.  Lol.
LOL. There are no point to check. In these round favorite players did not score at all.

Very unlucky Burnley. At 79th minutes they almost scored but it was inches away from the goal line to cross or we would see a 1 - 0 for Burnley. Lucky Arsenal and another 0 - 0 in this round.

Utd sucked and now Arsenal too.
5644  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: February 02, 2020, 03:12:49 PM
Same here, just went to check. If Aguero blanks later today I will have a perfect 0/7 but I have a feeling he will ruin my record Smiley
I am not in the mood of logging in my FortuneJack account since it's a lot of hassle for me to check but if I can recall then I too have Aguero in my list which means if he does not score then I will too get a 0/7 I think LOL. This will be a worse round for me. I was able to make 4 correct picks in several occasions but unfortunately not more than that in any time.

It is time for goals to start coming in Arsenal game, I am getting nervous since I played both to score. Hopefully this one will go as Leicester yesterday, had the same bet and first half was also without goals.
If Burnley scores first then you can have a hope or I am not seeing there will be both team to score in this match. I had 0 - 2 for Arsenal first then I changed it to 1 - 2 coz I saw from there last few match history that they conceded goals easily.

Anyway, still we have a lot of times left and let's see what we get from this match.
5645  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: February 02, 2020, 02:49:01 PM
Anyway, anybody watching Burnley vs Arsenal?  Decent match.
I am and nothing to get excited. There are few chances for both teams but nothing significant to talk about. Half time ended with 0 - 0. I am hoping Arsenal to win by the way.

Tottenham vs Manchester city.
We can expect a good match and I would be happy if City win at the end. 😜

Edit:
Those who are in FJM. How many you got so far?
I have zero LOL
5646  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io Betting discussion thread rev on: February 02, 2020, 02:38:06 PM
Maybe you are playing with lower stakes and they offered you promo more tailored for your usual betting style? I had a promo with minimum bet of 2mbtc but I also received 2mbtc free bet. 90 % of my bets is over 10mbtc so maybe they rightly concluded that 1 mbtc would be too little for me. Even 2 mbtc is borderline to get my attention.

Strange situation however you look at it.
Certainly I have no idea if they consider the bet amount of a user and do it depending on users gambling habit but this could be a reason. I do not go for 10mBTC very often but in some cases I even go with 50mBTC depending on the match value for me and when I am betting seriously in any team. In few occasions I have lost some bets which were over 35mBTC.

However my very regular betting habit is 0.5mBTC to 5mBTC,
5647  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io Betting discussion thread rev on: February 02, 2020, 02:01:12 PM
It was 2 mbtc for sure. At least for me. I remember it well since I was travelling without access to my main wallet and couldn't add more btc to my account. I had only 1.5 mbtc on it  and decided to skip first bet in promotion. Later ones I didn't want to play since I was quite sure they will not come favourably.
Here was the bet. I and rdbase had some conversations about it. He was saying in his end it was showing 2mBTC but I was seeing 1mBTC for some reason.

I remember I shared the screenshot but for some reason I can not see that post in the topic. Strange!

Here I explained how close I was lol

Edit: Found it.

@pamoldar it's not about the small money, it's about squeezing the most out of your value and that's what makes SB pretty special IMO. Big value, all the time. I'm sure you'll be credited, it always takes a bit of time, plus weekend the support seems to be bare minimum.
I am not complaining against them just to be clear.
It was around a week ago if I remember correctly. I did not gamble in between until yesterday in Liverpool match. So, did not follow up.

There was a term related issue. In my end it was showing minimum bet amount 1mBTC but in some other users accounts in the terms it was showing minimum bet is 2mBTC. I was going with 1mBTC bet and possibly the actual minimum requirement was 2 mBTC I guess.

I was and am too lazy to find out the correct term here LOL

Look how beautiful this is:

On its way to $100k.

I have given my best in the drawing πŸ˜€

We just need to replace this whole middle part on the top of the current price point.
5650  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: February 02, 2020, 12:16:27 PM
Playing weaker teams in the league could cause them to lose a few.
When mane was injured then everyone was saying that Liverpool will slow down but in reality they did not even feel the gap. Liverpool is playing as a unit and every single players are giving their best for the team. The worse any team can do against them is a draw I guess.

We will see end of the season. For the time being I am enjoying the ride 😀

Looking good boys, maybe a big leg up to test five figures in the next week? It’d be most welcome Smiley
Would love to see the five figure again. It's been a long time!
5652  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BitcoinNews.com's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: February 02, 2020, 11:35:59 AM
Are there any extra points if someone wins a yellow cap and in just next round wooden spoon?
I have no idea but logically there should not have such points. Assuming you are talking about you and in this case I think you still have two more games to see before to get the wooden spoon 😜
Honestly speaking if you look at the points in this round (top 8.5 so far from 8 matches) then we have to say that no one did much good. The results are unexpected for most of the teams except Liverpool.

Watford wasted a big opportunity to beat Everton yesterday, as Everton was just playing with 10 men in the last 20 mintues of the match, but Everton have indeed played very well to score the winning goal by launching a fast counter attack against Watford.
I really did not have much expectation from Watford except in the EPL pool I was going with a 2 - 1 win for them LOL

Watford showed it very well that they are very much capable of ruining their moments. Against Southampton, Against Villa, against City and yesterday against Everton. Also there are a lot of matches they lost and drew where they were very close to win.

I will not get excited for them if they start a match even with 3 - 0 lead in the future, their record shows that they will do the mistakes in defense and will let the opponent to either draw or to win against them.
5655  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BitcoinNews.com's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: February 02, 2020, 10:48:07 AM
@Pamoldar. City will be motivated to beat us trust me. They know we'll win the league but if we win it unbeaten it'll wipe their 100-point campaign, 19-point lead, season away from memory. But Klopp, no matter what he says, will want to make sure we slap them soundly. And we want it wiped out from memory don't we?Wink
Lose yourself
City might have a motivation but they have to be real that with this mental state (don't believing in themselves, losing faith in their own performance, clueless attacks and poor defense. Although two months is a long time 4th April) threatening an inform team who nearly forgot the test of losing is a dream for them.

Klopp will not need to do anything special to take on a broken City team 😜
5656  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io Betting discussion thread rev on: February 02, 2020, 10:28:04 AM
Took the special promotion for the Australia Open finals, it seems to be a value bet since the total odds you could get from combining the two would be somewhere 2.2 to 2.3 while the special odds are at 2.6. Also the over is likely to hit in this match and reach 4 sets since their head to head results can be very close.

Good luck to you.

I always suck in Tennis picks however I tried with the promo where they had the free bet offer if you lose for up to 7 bets or something and I lost my first one. Turns out even after losing my bet, I did not get the free bet till now and I am not bothered to knock Steve for this small amount LOL

5657  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: February 02, 2020, 10:22:04 AM
I also wanted to wait, but then I thought: "what if liverpool scores a goal after 10 minutes? Odds will be reduced to nothing" so I decided to bet early, but I don't regret it because in other bets that I made I had good results
It's all about luck. I have missed a lot of matches to bet coz Liverpool scored early. Normally I wait around first 30 minutes to get a decent odd before to place bet unless they already have an odd of around 1.50. but once you place a bet for them then you are pretty sure that you are going to win it.

5658  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: February 02, 2020, 10:05:36 AM
Or... did I miss something? Did something break?
You missed everything! I did not mean their current price movement 😜 and I have no idea what price they are trading now even I can not remember when was the last time I was interested to check their price.

I was talking about this shitcoin in general.

You're correct that our national soccer league is MLS but I was talking about the English Premier League, which I believe is more popular here than MLS.  At least as far television ratings are concerned.  MLS is fun, but most of those teams are a far cry from the teams of the English and Spanish leagues.  LAFC, which is the newest club in the MLS has been fun to watch.  Don't get me wrong, there are quite a few MLS fans.  But, I get the impression that any MLS fan is also an EPL fan, but not necessarily the other way around.  I think there are quite a few La Liga fans as well, but I don't follow the Spaniards at all.
This is something new for me, I did not know that EPL is that popular in USA however I know EPL and some other European leagues have good market around the world including middle east and the east.

Landon Donovan is one of the player from USA who I think got good exposure from his WC performance and back in the days, to watch him I used to watch some of the MLS matches but now a days I don't. The last time I have had interest on them when I heard Zlatan Ibrahimovic was there. And he already moved to AC Milan.
