5641  Economy / Speculation / Re: Exact reason for the dump on: November 26, 2019, 04:15:34 AM
Its because of Bitcoin. Period. Current news affairs affect the mentality of traders which in turn makes them buy and sell depending on their current decision. Long story short, supply and demand. Just trade as you wish, I see no need to determine exact reasons for a pump or a dump after all.
5642  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: 10% collateral BTC loan...real or scam? on: November 25, 2019, 02:08:13 PM
Dude, Images are easy to be edited. Just photoshop and bam, easy edit. It's really hard to trust photo proofs since no KYC is involved. Plus, the deal is really too good to be true. I mean, WAY too good. I'd stay far away from that kind of thing, greed makes a lot of people do stupid things mate, and I wouldn't want it to happen to you. Just work for money normally not gonna lie, you'd have an easier time in maintaining your consciousness in a basic level, without all the panicking and heart-pumping danger of a probable scam that you might have just experienced when you entered and tried that telegram group.
5643  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Weekly Update: $7k Lost, Bulls Vanished. Will The Gold Fractal Play Out? on: November 25, 2019, 12:51:15 PM
Well, at the moment, it seems like BTC has regained its lost ground, albeit temporarily. Plus, it seems like searches for BTC after its drop to 6k spiked. We can assume from this that a lot of people have been actually waiting for this moment to come, for BTC to drop to 6k before they start buying, hoarding and hodling once again.
5644  Economy / Economics / Re: Is IBM is on path to bring blockchain to the masses? on: November 25, 2019, 12:25:35 PM
IBM is one of the oldest players in the blockchain development iirc. And honestly, implementation of blockchain to our everyday transactions seem appealing yet underestimated by most. I for one don't know how important it is, but let us take note of how iBM has been a forerunner in this, and the recent announcement of China to concentrate in the development of Blockchain.
5645  Economy / Speculation / Re: It's a BUY flag on: November 25, 2019, 09:44:52 AM
Whenever this happens, it's a huge BUY flag.
Me right now. I'm still waiting to see how low it could get. It was actually a great decision of mine to resell when it went to 8.5k, cause I bought it at 8k and seeing that the price has been dropping so bad, time to sell and wait and buy again at a low price. It's a great chance for everyone not gonna lie, only those who bought high and sold low are the ones that are placed in a disadvantageous situation.
5646  Economy / Exchanges / Re: LATOKEN locked my account with strange rules. on: November 25, 2019, 12:16:01 AM
Have you asked for service with their customer support (which i hardly doubt they would even reply)? Just take scs of your transactions and proofs you might need. And also, might be a sign for you to leave LAtoken, the exchange sucks dude. As a fellow trader who used LA, and one who as moved on from it, just move away from it.
5647  Economy / Speculation / Re: Another Accurate Bitcoin Price Prediction (going on the record again) on: November 24, 2019, 05:42:55 PM
Pretty accurate for now. I also believe that we won't go below 6k. I thought so last year and when we went lower to 3k is said to myself that it has to be a manipulation and decided not to even participate. I took a break from investments, kept holding, turned to my family and other hobbies. I still think that a fall from 5 to 3 k was manipulated by wall street trying to short and induce fear into this market. Maybe even the US government had something to do with it. They can print as much money as they want and crash this market whenever they want.
When the drops are quite fishy, You know somethings up with the whales and their small hands being ready to manipulate the market. It is still rather hard to obtain an accurate answer to all our questions. Great video analysis and kudos to you for being one to be able to predict BTC as of last time.  I also hope prices don't drop further 6k, cause if it did happen, it would almost symbolize that the market is REALLY crashing, one that can't be controlled by the whales anymore and BTC itself would be collapsing the order if we were to try and control it from there right?
5648  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How long do you hold on a trade. on: November 24, 2019, 02:42:20 PM
Theres no shortcut to success. In the end, only you and you would be able to achieve the patience to hold, the ability to wait and see, the ability to read the market. Shortcuts are found here and there but they can only be called guides at the end. You might want to get into hobbies that require patience. E.g. is gundam building, it helps you fortify your mind and is qiote enjoyable as well ngl.

You also gotta discover what kind of trader you want to be, and build yourself up from there.
5649  Economy / Speculation / Re: How much can bitcoin cost in Future. on: November 24, 2019, 07:49:57 AM
Considering the current supply and the possible supply it would still release in the market, I'm pretty sure that the market is already reaching it's limits in terms of jumps. There are 2 possible results in this imo, one of which is BTC, becoming a coin rarer and rarer because of the halvings, would boom up with each halving since the coins released in the public are now getting smaller or smaller. The other would be BTC would start stabilizing its price because of the reduced number of supply being released. The market, now close to being saturated with every halving, is now letting BTC takes its place as a possible exchange for fiat currency. I'm more positive to the latter for now, but hey, you never know.
5650  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price drop but institutional investors on Bakkt are buying like crazy! on: November 24, 2019, 05:50:20 AM
At least now the the investment is increasing more and more which was expected to happen by the launch of Bakkt. Bitcoin price drop is quite big over the past few days. Today there is strong growth in the market, maybe the buying potential have increased based on the drop. These days panic about the market fluctuations were very low which too seems to be a reason for institutional investors showing interest over Bakkt.
I guess we can hold on to Bakkt to save the day and stop the bearish season? It is a bit too early to tell, I know. But with Bakkt's recent achievements of another ATH with traded volumes in their site, it is a positive sign for most of us out here. Although it could be just a short-lived occurrence, Bakkt with it promising to deliver its results in the span of a year seems more and more likely now. Instead of showing it in one full bomb, they instead spread it around and wait for some time before *BAM*, massive fireworks for everyone to see.
5651  Economy / Speculation / Re: trump is the cause of drop prices bitcoin on: November 23, 2019, 03:04:08 PM
Absolute nonsense. Trump may be a President, but he still lacks the ability to influence the market so greatly. In fact, no one else alone could. Only a movement of an entire country could have the possibility of changing the current effects in the market.
PLUS, of all the presidents to choose from, why trump even? Trump is literally the President that is ready to be taken to court by his subjects after his term ends. You should be even surprised that Trump could even comment about BTC, let alone change it.f
Trump is having a lot more serious problems right now than dealing with something like Bitcoin, which is currently no threat to the USA, or rather for the US dollar. Although Trump has a really large number of followers on Twitter (67 million), his tweets are not taken too seriously, at least for those thinking with their heads.
Numbers are just in the end numbers. 67 million doesn't mean that he has 67 million supporters who are willing to follow his whims and decisions that actually endanger a lot of American Citizens' Interest.
5652  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamble with a controlled mindset on: November 23, 2019, 01:19:25 PM
I doubt you could state that gambling was a cause in that state. It would more likely be an addiction, which is quite different from gambling. Just that, the victim got addicted to gambling. It's not just about gambling, it's about anything you do. Create a good mindset that you would always follow, no matter what. This creates opportunities for your resistance to grow against temptations, creating more chances to improve your character and discipline.
5653  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Roles of participants in Btc market (who are hodlers, etc.) on: November 23, 2019, 07:05:59 AM
Since when did speculators collaborate with other fellow speculators in controlling the market? They are called speculators because they set expectations of possible changes in the market and try to move with those expectations of theirs.. You could literally look it's meaning up.

Hodlers are just long term investors , waiting for the best possible time to sell BTC while speculator expect different changes and try to profit from those changes by taking note of situations they could take into their advanrage.
5654  Economy / Speculation / Disturbing on: November 22, 2019, 12:18:02 PM
It's kinda disturbing how every major overhaul is a result (Probably) of China's action towards the crypto space. Last time when BTC jumped from 7.3k to 10k, there were talks that it was China's announcement regarding their choice to concentrate on developing blockchain technology. We've seen the gradual stabilization of 10k to 9k then dropping down to a bull run of 8k and at the moment, 7.1k. The progress from 9k - 8.1k took a few weeks to say the least, and yet, BTC suddenly took a drop from 8k - 7.1k, ever so closing into the 6k mark.

And at this point in time did China announce that they are vowing to ban all local crypto exchange inside their country. This isn't a result of them having majority of their local market for the crypto, but a genuine ban on it and instead said that they would focus more on blockchain technology instead.

5655  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The Personal Finance Products Every Investor Needs on: November 22, 2019, 04:47:39 AM
I doubt you could call it a need? More like it's to make the life of an investor rather easy. Hardware wallets and exchanges are indeed essential though which is above the other 3 in terms of importance.
The content is good but i'm only quite familiar with Ledger, and Bittrex though. I may have heard of others but not to the point I'd always remember them.
5656  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why Bitcoin is dumping? on: November 22, 2019, 02:54:11 AM

Also, I think if governments want to regulate bitcoin, then they should allow banks to fix the price of bitcoin for every next three months whenever bitcoin hits higher based on its demand

I have no bloody idea how you became a member when you don't even know that BTC is a decentralized form of crpyto. Like bruh, seriously? That concept was established from day 1 and here you are saying that banks could fix the price of BTC.

I think this may save the assets of people who are buying or selling it. While there are other cryptocurrencies in the market then it will not stop the trading because the other cryptocurrency prices will not be fixed so people will be able to make the profit. Also this will make the bitcoin more stable and will increase the trust of the peoples.

Dude do you even know what you're saying right now?  BTC's volatility enables it to be a part of market trading. And market trading has always been about taking others' money by buying and selling. You're basically asking for BTC to be stopped trading. A reason such as there's altcoins to trade instead? You should've just stated that BTC can go die off now.

by the way bank may fix the price for 3 months period for the people who want to exchange bitcoin for fiat money. I think it is happening, there are many blockchain banks.
My brain is being killed help. They can't change BTC price whenever they want, banks don't bloody own BTC.
5657  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 30th South East Asian Games on: November 22, 2019, 02:01:00 AM
Of course i would go for the Philippines as its the host country, in basketball alone, I am sure we will bag some gold medal already.
By the way, let's hope that some sportsbook would put a line for the games available in this competition so at the same time we can also enjoy betting.
Well yea, compared to the rest of these countries, PH is seen as one of the teams at the top. But honestly, concentration on sports of Vball and Bball is kind of the weak point of the country. They don't really invest on other sports, letting most talents dwindle down or not letting them shine in the best stage they could possibly go for.

In this year's SEAG, they will also feature the ESPORTS. This is the first time I think in a medal event competition.
I just bloody hope this removes the negative connotations about Esports. It's like they refuse to believe that you can actually treat it as something not disgraceful, as a way of life, just like how players treat their sports as a way of life. Well, PH toxicity also contributes to this connotation so I can't really say much anything about it.
5658  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to get real time BTC price on: November 21, 2019, 04:02:09 PM

Are you talking about something like this? Or are you looking for the transaction history of YOUR account/wallet? Cause if so, there's also this:

If what I understand is correct, its either of the two that you are actually looking for. The Site I used to take sc's was Binance, but I'm pretty sure any type of exchange has this type of feature. No need to get hung up in blockchain explorer so much tbh.
5659  Economy / Speculation / Re: Does the future of money lie with prepayments on: November 21, 2019, 02:21:17 PM
It's actually an old way for users and companies to coexist. Users get cashback when they spend this amount or when they load up this amount, and companies use the amount of users at hand to invest more projects that could generate profit. It's a rather peaceful connection between the two.

As for the future though, well with them implementing a system as such, it honestly lets customers have an easier time when using their site for shopping. But I doubt it could last long, with how virtual currencies are popping up and starting to enroach the world with it. Sure, they may improve the system to accomodate usage of virtual currencies, but in the end, it'd still be defeated by the idea of virtual currencies.
5660  Economy / Economics / Re: The Government-Backed Digital Dollar (USD) on: November 21, 2019, 09:07:31 AM
In the end, isn't it just a coin without it's physical matter? BTC was famous, growing, invested on, and believed to replace fiat is because it isn't controlled by anyone, backed by the miners mining them, and is safe to say that no one could probably obtain ownership of them. Plus, once the mining era is done, BTC basically has a limited supply, avoiding the issue of inflation which is caused by the ability of the current fiat system to basically just keep printing money.

I'm not particularly sure how countries would even plan on letting their coins flow in the world, but I see no difference with the current fiat except that its a virtual currency. Plus, it lost its entire purpose the moment the government made them, since it's basically defined as being monitored by then.
