5641  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Free Bitcoin and Ether Earning App Scam. Beware! on: June 05, 2019, 09:12:55 PM

But do you think this scammers will reduce if there is regulation in cryptocurrency?

It has nothing to do with regulation.  There are lots of applications that are used to steal fiat currencies from people. Though the scam is localized, it happens very frequently and nothing much is done about it.
Cryptocurrency gives us more freedom to prevent this kind of scam unlike fiat
5642  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to choose the ICO project to invest on: June 05, 2019, 08:55:26 PM
Just like in trading cryptocurrency,.experience and knowledge matters a lots in choosing the right ICO.  This  is what newbies have to understand in order to avoid the mistakes of investing in wrong projects
5643  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sports betting telegram channel on: June 05, 2019, 06:54:40 PM
You do actual betting on Telegram? That would be interesting.
Do you use bot and cryptocurrencies for this? How do you moderate things,  facilitate the bets, apply provable fair etc?
5644  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is a "Provably Fair" and How does it work? on: June 05, 2019, 06:38:10 PM
Very informative post.  But what are the provable fair verifiers for?
Can the verifier be used for checking other sites for avalability of provable fair ? I have always wondered if tools like that exists. Gambling sites can't just claim  provable fair, (even with their own verification tools) and expect us to believe....
5645  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Instead of Gambling Invest in the BANKROLL on: June 05, 2019, 06:25:51 PM
How profitable is the bankroll thing? And are the profits regular? I have heard alot about it on this section but not sure how to go about it.
I guess investment safety shouldn't be a problem as we have lots of reputable casinos here.
5646  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Freedom Coin??!!! on: June 05, 2019, 06:08:47 PM
Lol. OK. Wonder what ideas he has for this that hasn't been done already. Hope he is not trying to make a fortune from this? Or trying to create another Centralized project people call blockchain these days.
5647  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A Casino On Steem Blockchain on: June 05, 2019, 05:56:08 PM
This may not achieve what it seeks to achieve if the incentive it too small and the gambling platform is not as easy to use as the Centralized ones.
May not be able to attract the important gamblers
5648  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Localbitcoins removes face to face cash trades on: June 04, 2019, 06:19:54 PM
Hard time for digital nomads and people whose bank accounts are frozen in lawless places

Well. localbitcoin is a Centralized company, what do you expect? Worst things could be introduced in the future.

The govts will always win on Centralized platforms no matter what. You could still ask your buyer via message for one-on one transaction...  he/she maybe interested

Few decentralized exchanges probably do one-on-one transactions: Bisq and LocalEthereum... not sure though
5649  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Paul Solotshi the pseudonymous Satoshi? on: June 04, 2019, 06:09:12 PM
I Googled the "orison" word on your post and it says "prayer".  Is that what you intended it to mean or is just a typo? Or  you mean prison? I actually think that's what might have happened to him. They probably gave him a light imprisonment (house arrest) or he is under serious surveillance but with freedom to move about.
5650  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Tron founder Justin Sun announced the auction of buffett’s expensive lunch on: June 04, 2019, 05:55:39 PM
Did he meet with Warren buffet? If he did, what exactly is the goal or purpose of the meeting? To market his blockchain or get funding from the billionaire?
5651  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What information does the participation in the airdrop focus on this currency? on: June 04, 2019, 05:48:40 PM
I care more about the project Whitepaper, roadmap, concept and  the technology behind it.
Am not sure I would  accept even free tokens from substandard or non-viable projects not to talk of being concerned about them getting listed on exchanges
5652  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: 🏏WIN UP TO 0,3 BTC! Cricket Craze with OneHash🏏 on: June 04, 2019, 05:37:02 PM
You didn't tell us what the accumulated points are used for? Are they exchanged for crypto or use for ranking members up?
Maybe you should consider replacing the points with tokens. So that rather than winning points you just get rewarded with tokens
5653  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If Tether dies, will Bitfinex go with it? and what about our $s? on: June 02, 2019, 08:39:11 PM

Here's one such thread where the support staff - literally evade the direct question to them:
https://www.reddit.com/r/bitfinex/comments/8un7fa/usd_or_usdt

Looks like he tactically avoided the question or maybe he didn't understand it. But his reply to a part of the question is clear enough. Whether it is true or not is a different issue.

If tether loses all its dollar reserve to government seizure or something it will most likely affect the USDT too.
The truth is tether is heavily dependent on the dollar reserve.  The company should have diversified the reserve incase fund seizure happens.
5654  Other / Off-topic / Re: Health is Wealth: You Take Supplements? on: June 02, 2019, 08:18:24 PM
Minerals and vitamins rich food are way better than this synthetic drugs.  I don't remember feeling energetic and healthy after taking supplements. Some  even make me hungry.
I only take supplements when fruit market is far from me.
I take my foods/herbs in this order:
MORNING after sleep and before meals:   citric acid rich food (lime, lemon, Samia seeds [tamarind] etc) with 2 litters of hot water (make sure to drink it very warm).   Helps flush the build up of stuff in my circulatory system and makes my head/thoughts clearer.
Make sure to take the citric acid with lots of water otherwise it will be concentrated in your system &  make you a bit tired or sick.
* Next is tea. Tea helps calm my head.
* After this I take some fruits/vegetables, Avocado pears, red apples, bananas, ginger,  cashew nut, and any protein rich nut/pea.
* Then I take my morning meals normally around 11am—1pm
5655  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hack any wallet? on: June 02, 2019, 06:29:25 PM
I guess it will require extraordinarily amount of computer power to guess the right combination of words for any address.   It will require  greater computer power to guess a specific address.
It will require infinite amounts of computer power to hack all the addresses.
So, who will waste his time trying this.
5656  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Regulating bodies on: June 02, 2019, 06:25:16 PM
Online gambling is very popular nowadays, specially those who also uses crypto for playing. With this popularity, there's ton of gambling sites/operators available. But the problem is who to trust? who plays fair and pays fair?

Are there any regulating bodies that verifies, rates, and promotes gambling sites that is genuinely fair to its customers? Not just on fair plays but also gambling sites that protects its customers identity etc. Thank you.

Some gambling sites have a provably fair system to check all the bettings, but about the sites operations and customer's identification, it is on the country where they are operating, we have this in our country and people can check the office for verification.

He could just use the regulated casinos (especially the fiat based ones) if he prefers regulation. Reputable
Cryptocurrency based gambling sites have been able to sort this issue out with provable fair and the use of blockchain.
5657  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Stronger AML Enforcement Might Actually Save Crypto on: June 02, 2019, 05:30:37 PM
"Central" Regulation = Central takeover of crypto.

By the way, why request for all these when you can just use fiat currencies? Besides, most centralized crypto companies are already kyc/AML compliant.

Excessive "Central" regulations will effectively turn Bitcoin & other cryptocurrencies into fiat currencies.
Currency seizure, Privacy violations, Centralizion, price manipulations,  censorship, economy manipulation, fund mismanagement, shared debt, will become a norm in crypto. Is that what you want?
5658  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will I get LAMBO for investing in the Reverse Bitcoin Hardfork (RBH)? on: June 02, 2019, 05:16:01 PM
Taking loan to invest in cryptocurrencies is one of the most irresponsible things to do in crypto world.
This is "fear of losing out" kind of behavior that has ruined many in the past.

Wouldn't encourage taking loan at all, whether you are a good risktaker, wealthy or not.
5659  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Static Currency - Five Years? on: June 02, 2019, 05:02:54 PM
Depends on why the currency is "static". Are the developers nolonger active?  Is the coin kept static on purpose? Is the project still viable and solid? These are things I would verify before deciding on whether to continue holding or not..
5660  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: eSports platform to launch p2p betting (hero) on: June 02, 2019, 04:50:46 PM
Lol, you called it wonderful because it gave you lots of money in past signature campaign? Have you done a thorough check on the site to see if what they claim they offer is genuine?  There are lots of new  crypto gambling sites popping up these days.  It is important to choose the right one to avoid problems.
