Those changes only play as supportive hindrance and prevent spammers to rank up to higher ranks. Unfortunately, merit system and new rank requirements have no power to prevent spammers keep spamming. In some cases, spammers don't need to rank up, they just need to show their shitposts for their bumping services. This time, it is a turn of report button, and forum community to report spammers whom run bumping services.

Additionally, I don't see issues with exclusion for inactive DT members. In most cases, I observe that when one DT members leave negative feedback, there are some other DT members leave on those red tagged accounts too. So, excludes inactive DT members don't cause serious issues, because scammers will still get neg tags from some of other DT members.

Some people however, are forced to deal with expensive bank transactions. I personally care a lot about fees, and to send money overseas, I was forced to pay around a $120 fee for a $2,000 transaction, and even though I found cheaper options, they were around $40 still.

Having expensive fees in cryptos is never good, I'd personally recommend Kucoin instead, much cheaper fees and more coins and popularity. Never had issues with them regarding KYC, etc as well.

Only used DEX twice when I sold my token and never tried to do it again. I still trust centralized exchange who don’t require any KYC because they are on top and they do an amazing platform for us to trade safely just like Binance. Centralized exchange is not that risky, just choose the best among the rest.

There are two type of content will we normally hear about the lottery.
