I heard about ICO (Initial Coin Offering) a lot. But STO (Security Token Offering) is new for me. I need to know following:
- What is STO ?
- Difference between ICO & STO ?
- Advantages of STO over ICO ?
- In what case we can make STO ?
- Steps for proceeding for STO
I know I asked lots of question.

AFAIk there was no any differences between ICO and STO. The only thing that looks different from them because STO has used the different name to avoid the legal problem. So many projects are using the different name just like TGE or token generation even to avoid the legal problem. But basically they are all security. |

That means there was a little percentage of ico that still hold their ether, this looks good for me and if there will be another hype to the ico again in the future and then that could make the price of crypto goes to the moon again. But we can try to monitor how many ether still hold by these icos. |

It is easily possible and is only less than a double from current prices. XRP already spiked to $0.80 about two weeks ago so $1 is not too far.
It's too far consider ripple is a major coin and that needs a lot of funds to pump it again. remember when it worth around a few dollars and it caused all of volume in the korean exchange sites were going to the ripple and it has created a huge FOMO dude. It will be so difficult to pump it again with this market. |

Most of the altcoin are in the purchase zone. but I will invest in a specific one.
Did not feel worry about them? i meant they are having small daily trade volume. I just wanna chose telcoin and TOMO as the best choices from your list. Remember these coins still traded on the ico price or more. That means if both of coins have a lot of demand. I get to know about cryptocurrency in 2015 and I purchased my first Bitcoin then which I later sold back in few months. I don't know more about the concept of holding then, I just bought it for the fun of it.
It's okay now. I am very sorry that I did not hear my friends and did not buy Bitcoin in 2015 with all the money in my home budget. in 2017, I would become noticeably richer, but it did not come true. It doesn't become a true thing caused by you have been missed it dude, So many people are hoping they can back to the last year or even a few years ago to take the chance to buy bitcoin when it worth only a few bucks. even if you have bought it when the price was around $100 and then you have become the next millionaire. |

Does any one thinks that Ethereum can survive with the rising of Waves? I've heard that "Waves will be the next Ethereum"
I don't heard some word from waves now. I don't even know what are the new from waves because there are some coin that overtake waves so how it can get the crown of the ethereum if it is not good to use or not popular from now. There are some possible next ethereum that I can see but waves has wallet so it can reduce the possibility of getting died. Lack of development, terrible platform, so many scam assets and more bad things about waves platform and that's enough to make a lot of people are feeling disbelief about this platform. Waves can't compete with ethereum. you can try to compare it from the demand and i thought that you have known who will be the winner. |

I have taken part of some ICOs and everytime their token price goes down after the ICO.. why is that so?
Because the pre-sale investors are dumping their tokens to the market and they are trying to get fast buck. Remember you should aware about how much bonus that has offered by the ico team to the early investors before they are doing their ICO. when the price has been touching the ico price and they will dump it because they have acquired a huge bonus. |

I think that each of us expect just such a change in the crypto-currency market. In any case, the market is good to stabilize, But it's very difficult to predict the time. But nobody could answer it. For me, I believe litecoin is a very good coin to invest in ans even hold because it has very good potentials, good tech ans a good team members. It might be low now but in future, it will be among the most valuable coins in cryptocurrency.
Yes, I fully agree with your opinion,this is a very promising coin and in the far litecoin will be a reliable investment. The catch is the 'scam coin' IMHO, Bitcoin Cash is shooting for the same slot as Litecoin: ie 'silver to bitcoin's gold' slot. That to me is why LTC has been more than 'subdued in price' lately. Not a big BCH fan, just saying, that seems to be what is being jokey'd over and I think it reflects the low price of LTC IMHO. (sucks) brad I think that the LTC should have the same price with the BCH. I also thought, that the LTC is the "silver" of crypto but the BCH is faster and the transactions are cheaper. LTC is too undervalued nowadays. Litecoin is a coin that has the development continued to rise this time around. development in the large number of enthusiasts in attendance were able to take him a lot of progress. so being able to make the future of Litecoin. Yes, you need to pay the gas fees. You can try to take an example when there was an ico has tried to distribute their tokens to the all of investors. They must pay the gas fees for any transaction that happened in ethereum network. Any transaction must have paid the gas to be confirmed by miners. |

In my opinion, if XRP gets the bounce in next month, the position will be for long term.
With large circulation coin in market, Ripple can be massive market cap value. Maybe in next few years ripple can replace bitcoin as biggest market cap value in market. Ripple will never replace the bitcoin, it has no advantage compared to the bitcoin. there will be only a little gap between the marketcap of ethereum and ripple in this day. ripple is being used by the bankers and that's only point so many people have been buying more and more ripple to bet on the bankers support. |

I'm looking for some user friendly and secure wallets for ETH on mobile. I do know that.. yes the safest is to get a cold storage / hardware wallet, but just looking into available options. Any recommendations? I see that there's a Trust Wallet; however, not much else.

Imtoken, Exodus, EIDOO, They are all good wallets, as far as i know you can try to take the private key from some wallets just like exodus and EIDOO has been providing a very good security and hybrid exchange site on their apps, you must try to use all of them to get your experience |

In some extent You're right. But, A single owner only can handle his or her own cryptos not the whole market. Whole market is the result of how all the holders are handling the cryptos.
The market movement is the result of each and every hodler collectively. In fact its not the crypto market will survive or not. its investor and hodler can survive in the market or not. l Crypto market is the forest, the trees and vegetation. we are the living organism within the forest. The market is just a game the game filled with manipulators, traders, dumpers and wailers . which are you? the panic seller? or the greedy buyer ? Every individual needs to ascertain where they belong in this crypto space, that way we know how to survive. Market has been filled with thousands of speculators and some of them are whales with a lot of money. Everyone need to survive through their own way. remember the speculators nmarket is a big risk market. I think everyone must understand about this one. |
