I can't remember a project that did this but I can remember that there were projects that actually did this. How about the Telegram ICO (TON). They've made an ICO last year or so and they have it this year again.
As for the rounds of ICO, it's their strategy to attract investors to get in while their tokens are cheap. And as the round ends, the tokens they are selling starts to increase in price and bonuses will become lesser.

This conspiracy is very popular and everyone has created their different stories about aliens and other beings inside the place. If you will search videos on youtube about this topic, there will be a lot of results that will show.
Rebranded story, recreated story and added some twist. And the event that has became viral last time, it's made for entertainment but looks like many are serious about it. Area 51 is like a sacred place where activities can't be revealed for military troop like IIV has explained.
Those videos on YT has been bought by millions of people and influenced their viewers.

What do you think will happen if ETH implement POS in it upcoming upgrade? I personally think there will be more adoption rate for ethereum because many would want the POS reward, what do you guys think?
People are starting to be bored and tired waiting for the implementation of PoS of Ethereum. But having an example and that it's already implemented, everyone will rush to get their own ETH stash and stake it. It's going to be a passive income and knowing that it's ethereum, there will be definitely a lot of people that will pump this coin. I don't know on how long we're going to wait but I'm starting to get tired too but I hope that I still have my ETH stash by that time.

However, I can't seem to figure out how to get my BSV. I tried importing my original BTC private keys into the ElectrumSV, but it's showing a zero balance.
You've got it wrong, Bitcoin SV isn't a fork of bitcoin but it's a fork of Bitcoin Cash ABC also known as BCH. I've tried the Atomic Wallet, but it apparently doesn't support importing private keys. I'm assuming I should be importing the original BTC wallet keys.
Nope, you should import the bitcoin cash wallet key not the original bitcoin. Check this guide: How to Claim free BCH-SV forked coin and How to Exchange into Bitcoin?

Whale is a word used to describe something big. Something big everywhere. Biggest fish in a sea. When look at leader board I wonder if lukmaverickroll is Rookie of the year. /s
He can be but I wouldn't be surprised if he will be replaced by someone on that position. ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif) Homepage is outdated and the sportsbook is not officially released yet due to issues with our provider. We're working on a new version of the site which will change what you mentioned.
Also, it's a whitelabel sportsbook but it's still "our" sportsbook.
Can't wait for the new version, I've seen that there's Dota 2 before. One of the biggest Valve event will be held on Shanghai for this game so I think BitDice is ready for that event to list those matches. I'm sure many gamers and bettors at the same time will look into bookies for it.

Altcoins have higher profits than bitcoin but its more risky than bitcoin so you should pick one that will suit you or invest in bitcoin and altcoins
Don't tell OP that alts have higher profits because it might change his point of view about bitcoin vs. alts. @OP investing to bitcoin is like a sure ball, you just have to wait for few more months and do nothing until the value of your bitcoin holding increases together with the price. There are incidents that alts doesn't go along the way of bitcoin. The logic is: Bitcoin rises, alts fall but after that it goes together to the rise of bitcoin however knowing the timing is difficult. And this pattern usually happens so think before investing into alts. OP doesn't have that much to invest so it's safer to advice that he should go for bitcoin first before anything else.

That's it, let him sell if he really has it. So maybe he has it? ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) I'm confused now. We know is a scammer and is not satoshi, so how can he have that many bitcoin? Don't be confused, it isn't really a big deal if he has it or not. He can sell at his own will because if he really has it, then who are we to stop him. I'm not knowledgeable about his bitcoin career but maybe he's one of the miners and/or bought during the early days. Believe in the fundamentals of bitcoin. He can FUD all he wants, but the price will be strong. If he sells, then there is more opportunity for us to have bitcoin at a lower price. The price will recover from it.
Right, there are investors who are waiting to buy at the dip so if it's real that he's about to dump massive bitcoin then expect that it will rise afterwards.

Halving seems to be already priced in heavily. The pump last month was on the halving hype. I think LTC will slip further...
It has dipped again and I thought that the last price would be above $90 but now it's starting go decrease. You are right that it will slip further and it's likely that it will just stop after bitcoin stops slipping. If the halving was going to have any positive effect on the price of Litecoin, you would have known by now, the halving is just three weeks to go and the value of Litecoin has still not made any significant move, which means people are not paying much attention again to Litecoin unlike before.
Not that really, I think everyone is following the Litecoin halving but it's just the market that has been slipping down due to the king's movement. And Litecoin is not exempted with this move.

Let him sell if he wants to sell. He's been doing that if I can remember, so why worry if he's about to sell a bunch of bitcoin? But he is lying. How can he have that many bitcoin? I'm just worried people believe it and the price stays down. I have bought bitcoin because it is digital gold so I don't want the price going down. That's it, let him sell if he really has it. All of us doesn't want to see bitcoin's price go down but considering on how normal it is if we see it go down, it will happen eventually. Don't think that much about him, he's just telling a fairytale and he wants people to check out his BSV. Do you really believe that it's possible to him to cash out that big money at instant?

Let him sell if he wants to sell. He's been doing that if I can remember, so why worry if he's about to sell a bunch of bitcoin? Don't worry, there is so many buyers waiting to by the dip, it will be bought up!
Correct, there are people who would love to buy those btc that will be sold by CW. He's BSV doesn't get the attention anymore so he's creating a buzz to get the attention of the crowd. Don't be scared by his words.

I'm still not convinced that this is the end of the bull run. Normally, pull backs happen after some good bounce so what you have said about flow back is now on.
Like the same predictions that we've heard, prepare for the best on this year but be ye ready for the worst.
if your not convinced you better check the price of btc and by that you will see that btc drops a major percent . i could say to you that the bull run is already ended but not permanently . as soon as the price falls more , there are people that will love to take that oppurtunity to accumulate more which will again result for the recovery of the value . to the question that will btc be stabilize at 10k usd ? my answer is yes its possible to stabilize and it did already happened on the past but as usual it wont remain forever . I'm aware about the price and it's dropping really fast. But I don't want to cut my own fun with this amazing run just because of these slips. I'm also aware that before to get to another level, we have to drop that much. And it came from you that it's temporary, this correction is temporal and may end as soon as possible. I can't tell if Bakkt has something to do with this current experience that we have now.

I hope so but we can't be sure for the moment because it's still on that level. You don't have to overthink about stabilizing at $10,000 because soon we will see it stabilize more than that price.
No one can assure you that bitcoin will stabilize on $10,000. If you have plan to dump soon, think on how willing you are to wait until the market stabilize at better levels.
Ever since bitcoin price was not stabilized in a single time , this will moving up and down , that's why we call it volatile and good for us if this will staying in upward direction but it's very rare to happen because there's always a flow back after the bull run . I'm still not convinced that this is the end of the bull run. Normally, pull backs happen after some good bounce so what you have said about flow back is now on. Like the same predictions that we've heard, prepare for the best on this year but be ye ready for the worst.

I think he'll push this crypto lunch with Warren Buffett as long as the legend agrees. It's new to my ear that Justin Sun got a disease, I thought that he's healthy because he is still young.
Diseases doesn't really choose an age to attack. Whether this lunch will continue, the attention of the crypto community has been on Justin Sun at least for few weeks or at least a month and that's alread a win for him.

Crypto crime involvement? this is the reality about media, they are making stereotypes about things that they don't understand. How about those crimes where no crypto involvement? they should also look into that point.
Money in the banks through frauds, skimming and other scams are even larger than that. It's bias to say that it's just all about crypto. Well what we can expect from the industry that's against crypto? they can pay articles to damage the rep of their competitor.

Yobit, their support is very very slow (your response even not to get solved for a long time if you have some problems on there). Beside of that, their volume also looks like faked by pump and dump. Better to stay away from them
I've seen few people that actually received reply from yobit and that's a very rare case. Someone received a reply after three months IIRC. And that's really inconvenient for someone who's looking for a good exchange. These reviews will help other traders to look for the best exchange that they can stay. As mentioned, avoid also those exchanges that has fake volume. There's a tendency that they will scam your money in the future and that can happen through locking your funds/account. Yes this is the purpose of creating this post, to avoid those bad exchanges. Anyone know any information about bad exchanges please share it here with us. Since this is the purpose of this thread, you should start editing your first post and include all of those reviews and experiences that has been said for the specific exchanges. So that everyone who visit this thread will have a nice welcoming thread to start with by reading those reviews. It's like a compilation and you can just summarize according to what you have read to make the work easier.

Why the first one didnt become successful?
I don't know the whole story about its failure but it's likely that most of the people from that time were not open with the idea of digicash. and bitcoin did, Im just curious about the past currencies before bitcoin what is their difference?
Today, we're living mostly with internet and it's already a necessity that's part of our daily living. Technology is moving faster and just like what we've learned from our school days, it's making our work easier. You can read more about the link given:

Looking for partnership on the web is hard if you want to establish this exchange of yours. But if you can give more details about your company and things are seem to be interesting on your part. Angel investors will come to you. About legality, you should seek this personally to a lawyer and let them handle things related to it. I've seen those offers that they can do it all for you but it's better if you're going to be hands on building up your company. Post this on Project Development, you may get more attention there.

and when copying and pasting any wallet address i will type first or last letter myself so if i have any malware it cannot change it
You know what, what I do now is I'm remembering the first 2-3 characters (numbers and letters) and also the last part. It's okay to do this but don't manually input the whole address. During those days that I'm totally noob knowing if I'm affected with copy-paste malware, I'm typing the whole address manually and it takes a long time for me to end because I'm checking it many times just to be sure. Well, I'm scared of malware during that time.

Yes that's right it is determined by demand and supply so the law of it applies. And that's why it is so volatile and there's no way to be sure on what's going to be the next price of bitcoin if ever you want to find it out.
What's going to be your next question?
