You can if you're pool-mining and if Binance is using a fixed deposit address. Here's an old explanation to that: Bitcoins mined by the pool are generated by the pool. Shares of the block reward are sent by the pool to miners just like any other transaction.
Most exchanges will change your deposit address once you changed your IP or Browser, so it still not a good practice. Do not do that if you're solo mining which will generate the reward coin directly to the address that wont be counted as a transaction by the exchanges.

Silver and Gold Merit doesn't sound right for a must-be-simple system like Merit.
Enabling decimals they said is a headache, yes. In addition, imagine the Merit History of every members that made it through Hero by receiving 0.1 merit each, it will reach the Moon!

What's the connection between the future exponential number of lightning nodes and Bitcoin's price? Less transaction cost through a haywire network is only going to help BTC to reach the mainstream, that wont guarantee a higher trading price.
Check out the site, there's a lot of channels (I remember, earlier this year there are only 3-huge hubs in the center and some smaller ones around them, now the site can't be rendered without lagging an ancient rig), I wonder what will happen to the whole network once LN become the standard of micro-payment of almost all internet things and online stores.

The problem with the author is he disregarded Bitcoin's decentralization and the " competitiveness or lottery" of the mining system which can't be measured based on a single miner or the average. Bitcoin doesn't have an " operational cost", you'll need it if you want to " mine" for profit ( not to help the blockchain but the blockchain benefits from you). And that expenses wasn't directly used for generating bitcoins in the network, literally, the Bitcoin blockchain can generate the same number of coins everyday using a single Pentium I computer. The Price is pure speculation, it's 0 if no one uses it, $1+ if used and $20,000 when hyped. A miner can have a 1TH of mining power, but the competition is too tough that by computing his chance, it will be decimals percentage. A miner with a 1TH of mining power can join a pool which could secure his " wagered" Bitcoins at a standard rate. Now you need a different formula for pool miners. The expected number of bitcoins expected to be produced per day can be calculated as follows: BTC/day = [(β · ρ)/(δ · 2^32)] · sec(hr) · hr(day) (1)
The expected number of Bitcoins produced per day in total ( which must be considered to the formula) is: 12.5 is the current block reward, 24 hours per day and 6 ( six "10 minutes" per hour). 1,800BTC. The difficulty always changes depending on the total Hashrate of the previous block. That is to maintain an average of 10 minutes per block.

Depends on how you coded your game's in-app purchase, you can partner with a 3rd-party wallet providers for an instant and zero fee transactions that users prefer or direct peer-to-peer that can receive funds even if the user is offline. Examples: - 1. The game has a permanent receiving address for each account that automatically converts the received balance into coins/points.
It's for a game so a unique address must be issued in every registered username (not like invoice) - 2. Integrate a 3rd party service like coins which process the transaction for you (off-chain), coins users won't be charged for tx fees in every top-up, the charge is between you and them depending on your contract.
- 3. Or both of the two, add the second option like the "usual" payment options in every F2P games. You can add more 3rd-party wallet/service if you like.

I'm not going to click that, sorry. And as stated, it's definitely a scam. Next time, do not trust online news/articles and research any future services you want to use before sending your Bitcoins to it. Speaking of Mixing Service, there are couple of legit services here in Bitcointalk like Chipmixer.

Can you tell us what is this " Helix Light" Because you might have sent your bitcoins to a scammer or fake site: Grams ceased operations on December 16, 2017 ( PGP signed verification by gramsadmin). Any site claiming to be operating the Helix Light mixing or tumbling service is a fake and you will be scammed out of any money you put into it. Source: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Helix_light

That " warming up" takes a while, I thought that it's already available because of that loading screen, but not. It this some sort of a " gambling" site? Build your team and dominate the competition! Earn money by winning contests, hosting tournaments and selling players for profit. According to this, all those virtual contests and tournaments will happen within the server or site, please explain the " fairness" of this system.

Yeah lets see after this holiday week if we get back at 8k-7k weekly.
So you have a suspicion that there are sMerit hoarders who are patiently waiting for higher bitcoin price? Likely yes, but Theymos can easily " decay" all sMerit when Merit-trading get uncontrollably obvious. ~ There are 80 merit sources with a total merit generation of up to 17800 sMerit per 30 days
-snip- Of course, sMerits are scarce, but they are enough to give away to deserved users. 17,800 sMerit in every month from the sMerit sources are just the basement ( or initial) source. Remember that members who got merited twice will gain 1 spendable merit. With that, that number is almost too much for every deserving members ( especially Jr.s) of this forum, given that sMerit sources are reviewing the poster's Sent Merit list for a possible hoarding activity. BTW, the number of users are closing to 2,000,000! And we don't want the 80% of it which are bots, alts and scammers to rank up, yes?

You can't blatantly tell which age bracket had more Bitcoins based on the address's first transaction date. There are too many things to consider. Here, I've found a thread that best describes every bitcoin users in the world: The Demographic of Bit Coin UsersIt's simple but pretty accurate, IMO. But the Author forgot to add Scammers in the OP. I got a reply in there too, take a look.

People get tagged from starting this kind of threads. This for example, is just a " one-questionnaire" which can be answered through the search function or by reading stickies. So, better lock this topic now or else. -That was a joke, but locking your answered threads is a good practice-

It's already April 2, Let's sum it up! Threads like this can easily sort out people with broken sarcasm-meter. Theymos' thread New new Rank Requirements' title is obviously a joke too! No one says " new new" with a straight face! Even without the April Fools culture, members that " got it" the first time they saw those stats deserve a round of applause for having a healthy working brain, otherwise, you need to see a psychiatrist.

Hi, thanks. can you please requote and verify using brainwallet, please?
Quoted and Verified using Brainwallet. For the record, you are the second person that I quoted a message without an address in it. Brainwallet however, can verify ( find) its address just from the signature, there shouldn't be a problem in the verification.

Roughly it's just 10 years since the introduction of Blockchain technology, we got Bitcoin and Ethereum which utilizes it. With these two, new different innovations are carefully added layer by layer and it surely takes time. For me BTC and ETH aren't designed for mainstream usage, they need a next layer of services to expand.Give it 20 more years for mainstream version of blockchain-based technology to surface, or non-cryptocurrency applications are maybe on the way because of today's fame. Technology isn't always fast-paced in development, except if there's competition over a scarce market. In Blockchain related technologies like Bitcoin, people are making money without even helping the development, developers aren't gaining any profits from improving the code ( only a sense security) and there's too much money involved that any revisions and additions must be meticulously tested that takes a lot of time. This isn't smartphone's GPU/Processor Technology that are " sold" to customers then " forget them" aside from warranties. -snip-
Or utilize the now-available technology " Smart Contracts" for voting. Different Tokens are distributed to voters ( through airdrop) which they will use to send to their pick using a specialized client ( which theoretically cheaper and more secure than those available today).

I have spare risers and MOBO. I took the AMD's off line and it hasnt shut down yet. Its not blowing fuses because I've checked and the power outlet is still on. Is the " newly added card" AMD or Nvidia? If it is one of the NVidia Cards, It strongly suggest that it's either the Riser, the GPUs wasn't properly distributed between the two PSUs or the PSU can't power an additional card. If it is one of the two AMDs that you took off, you just basically reset your rig to the " no problem" state.

Coming from a person with 1 Karma point, I wouldn't believe this shit. If a person with 0 karma, 100 pts of politeness can confirm this, it would be great. By the way, I've done my research on how the new fMerit works! Every 100 fMerit you got is equivalent to 1% chance that Merit sources will +merit your posts ( even one-liners can be merited). You can get more fmerit by removing your current signature and replacing it with " I am a good member of Bitcointalk" using the formula: (time(minutes)+coins/80)[merit+(politesness+virtue-karma)+Rank(newbie=1/Legendary=7)] Happy Merit~ing! This line is not a part of this thread's discussion, just for reference of a " might-be-deleted" merited post. ( the OP's author is a newbie) Start: If you're looking for the deleted merited post above this, I archived a copy of the thread here: https://archive.is/KRMqI#selection-3585.0-3585.2

I got 22 points of imagination. It doesn't seem right. 57 pts politeness is quite underrated, I sometimes troll in "non-formal/professional" boards like speculation, but I'm totally honest with my responses.
This new system needs to be be polished asap! April Fools, Bitcointalk!
