5741  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So I have two questions... on: January 12, 2017, 10:10:46 PM
2. Why has nobody designed an app that lets you pay for groceries or a coffee, or any good in any store, with bitcoin, right there and then?

What I'm getting at is: What use is it as a method of payment if people can't use it on a daily basis and the transactions are so slow to get confirmed?

I'll answer your second question. There are already that type apps but in reality you can't pay simply with any bitcoin wallet you want. For example there is option for foldapp users to pay for starbucks with bitcoins but for this you need to have foldapp bitcoin wallet and transactions are instantly as I know.
5742  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BitCoin 20 Years From Now on: January 12, 2017, 09:00:45 PM
Will Buying bitcoins now be a good option for investment??

Look at what just happened to the price. Now it will probably rise back up sooner or later, but that's the kind of volatility you must be prepared for.
Right now Bitcoin is worth $822 which got down from 1100$. That is a lot in just a matter of days. The price fall shows that Bitcoin even if it is 2017 it is still volatile. Bitcoin until now is still not stable I can imagine that 20 years from now maybe it will find its footing by then. 20 years is a lot for it to be stable now.

To my mind years means nothing for bitcoin to make it's price stable because it is very variable coin and sometimes price is changing from low to very high. To my mind if people will be interested about bitcoins and if mining rigs creator companies won't develope quickly, price will be very high in 20 year and there is halving coming which will continue and continue.
5743  Other / Archival / Re: Which one is more risky? Skill-based gambling or trading? on: January 12, 2017, 07:02:20 PM
There aren't skill based games playable on money as I know, skill based gamea are chess and etc similar. In situation of chess, there are already some softwares with recorded of billion combinations and such softwares can to win against every man.
From your post it means that skill based game for you is poker but yes, smally it depends on skill, especially in live but if your opponent has better combination of cards, your skills are out of game. So now what's about trading, I can say that it still need some luck but skills are mostly usable here if we compare it to poker.
5744  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: Selling a steam account. GTA 5, CSGO, 800$ worth on: January 12, 2017, 04:54:18 PM
There was already given a good suggestion. As you removed your account, it will be better if you'll write here list of games which you have in your account because only gta and csgo doesn't make big sense, I hope you don't mean that only 2 game worths so pricey, I amn't experienced in steam games tasks.
5745  Economy / Securities / Re: Have 1 Btc Looking for a stable investment on: January 12, 2017, 10:54:16 AM
I know keeping the bitcoins is the best option but i still wanted to know that do you guys know a place where i can invest and the return isn't too high and less risk. I already bet of sportsbet so i am not interested in gambling or betting.
I have no hopes with the so called shitty cloud mining as most of them are ponzi scam etc.
If you guys any site please let me know.

There are some types of HYIP websites where are telling you to invest money and offer small percents but in reality there isn't any difference between HYIPs. If you want, try some money loan system which is safe of course and invest your BTC converted in US. As I remember there are some legit websites but don't know what is minimum invest.
Also remember that there is nothing safe to invest.
5746  Economy / Lending / Re: looking for 10-20 BTC loan have collateral on: January 11, 2017, 09:56:16 PM
Do you understand yourself what are you saying or do you believe in your words? 😃 No one will come and lend you especially online where people can hide their identify and you are asking for bitcoin loan while at the same time no one can lament when payment is made in bitcoins as it isn't possible to determine reseiver. If you can to repay that, better to put your house in bank, they won't tell you no and maybe their agreement will be better, who knows?
5747  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: Sent a large amount of bitcoin with low transaction fee. on: January 11, 2017, 09:08:50 PM
When you are making transaction of so huge amount of money, to my mind it will be better if you'll sacriface 0.005 bitcoin as a transaction fee to feel yourself more secure without many nervous. Maybe that transaction will be confirmed in some hours or in worst situation in some days but If the network has forgotten about the transaction and your wallet is not re-broadcasting it, it may never confirm.
5748  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: What is your best mining strategy? on: January 11, 2017, 07:49:48 PM
Your question is like dilemma because mostly we are depending on mining and not mining on us. To my mind it wouldn't be a bad idea to start mining in cold places or in garrage when it's winter and cold outside, not very cold, I mean temperature near 0 celsius degree.
There was given one really best advice from SFR and that's his 6th advice.
5749  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Market Panic can drive BTC prices Lower on: January 11, 2017, 06:31:38 PM
Of course it can take some influence on bitcoin but panic selling or buying can't make any radical changes. But when price is becoming lower and lower, in that time panic buying can speed up this process but it can't make beggar more than 40%, if that happened, than there are many other important factors also with panic buying and selling.
5750  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Money laundering via BTC on: January 11, 2017, 03:45:07 PM
If you have 50k stolen euro's and you put that 50k stolen euro's in bitcoin (cash to btc) and cash out on your bank account it is still illegal money?

Yes, it is still illegal money, allmoney which you get by laundering is illegal. While they are illegal, you can mask them as legal by some transactions. For example you can deposit that money on casino websites and than withdraw them, use bitcoin mixers yo mix your coins and after that steps you get money which you know is illegal but there is no doubts from anyone about that money.
5751  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Features of a dice game on: January 11, 2017, 08:41:42 AM
I'm building an exciting dice game and I'd like to know what are the features that users would prefer to have to choose a particular dice game over another.

See dice websites promotion threads here and you knowledge will be wide in this task. One example of becoming dice game more funnier is to give some prises users when they are chating, I mean similar of dropbox when one user will win something suddenly. Another is similar system of rakeback when user gets some percent back from his lost bet. I like that ideas, you can simply think more and gave us good promotion.
5752  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Steam accepting btc - will it affect the forum market? on: January 11, 2017, 08:08:52 AM
Steam is indeed accepting the bitcoin already but the fact is that it not really changed anything here on the forums..

Nothing changed and the forum market is still doing great things with steam games, the fact is that the prices are here just so much cheaper.

Games on steam are very expensive and many people can't buy them until they don't have good sales. It didn't affected forum market but it did better job for bitcoin because steam is very popular platform and when people will checkout, they will see bitcoin payment that will cause their interest, it happens like that in more cases. But of course accepting bitcoin gave their economics some profit.
5753  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin exceed its all-time-high of almost $1300 in the near future? on: January 11, 2017, 06:39:05 AM
Last previous weeks showed us that it's nothing for bitcoin to exceed prices that we can't imagine. It changed from 750 usd to 1000$ in days so now many factors like not profitable mining and people's interest in bitcoin, to my mind will cause that in result we will see new record of bitcoin's price. Of course it will happen suddenly as it happened in another situations.
5754  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin overcome Paypal? on: January 10, 2017, 10:50:22 PM
To my mind it's unlogical question because bitcoin is currency and paypal is a company which is in online money transfers. And I have queation, what will happen if paypal will officially add bitcoin in their system? Will this question be changed? Bitcoin has a potential to be a number one simple and fast payment way but with paypal we can use it for money return service while shopping.
5755  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Reason Bitcoin will always be #1 on: January 10, 2017, 09:09:44 PM
Man your argument is very bad, no one cares about names. I agree it's good name but in reality the reason of bitcoon being N1 is that bitcoin was first cryptocurrency and at that time it was innovation. It's most trusted and if you look threads here, icos are invested by bitcoins, not by any other altcoins, in most cases it's like that and also there aren't any hard forks which is very important.
5756  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How does freebitco.in sites work. on: January 10, 2017, 03:16:25 PM
As they claim, they are profably fair using a combination of math and cryptography. If you want to verify game result than you can to use 3rd scripts which can verify the game hashes and and calculate the result. As I know that website has this verifying option. But despite provably fair system, chanses are on their side and at last they win.
For more information, read this: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Provably_fair
5757  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin is a good investment now, because... on: January 10, 2017, 02:29:47 PM
can not be fooled that bitcoin promise of huge profit. bitcoin users are also more and more so that people are optimistic that prices will continue to rise. Reason I bought bitcoin is for investment, in addition bitcoin I also investing in altcoin.

Bitcoin isn't promising huge profit, simply people believe it because of it's nature. If you see it's price is rising up and down very quickly, sometimes in hours. Look statistics and see how it become 1000$ this winter very quickly. The reason why people believes huge profit from bitcoin is halving and not so good profitable mining. More and more people is using bitcoin, mining is becoming difficult so this causes price rise up and profit.
5758  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: any bot for trading? on: January 10, 2017, 01:23:19 PM
Don't use bots. They are ultimately inferior to humans and can't predict market trends. It's risky.

Remeber what this man said, don't use bots if you want to be trader. Read many books, start trading by virtual money like wallstreethas and once you think that after many tries you get profit, than start trading with real money. Bots are acting by what they see with statistics and in trading, statistics doean't mean everything, you need human knowledge here which bot don't has.
5759  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Is a $0,032/kWh electricity good for mining ? on: January 10, 2017, 12:09:38 PM
With that electricity I would go for the S9 miner. In China with the right knowledge (i.e aliexpress, verify everything thoroughly there) you can get the S9 Antminer less than 2000 USD and with that price for electricity you can make at this moment :

http://www.coinwarz.com/calculators/bitcoin-mining-calculator/?h=14000&p=2350&pc=0.032&pf=0.00&d=317688400354.03400000&r=12.50000000&er=913.53000000&hc=0.00

250 USD net profit monthly so you need about 6-8 months to break even. Then you will have profit. And with that electricity you can be profitable for a long time. In this case I would be a risk taker but can't as in my country energy is f*cking expensive 0.16 USD/kWh.

Is aliexpress safe place to buy antminers? They are china company but is bitmain officially selling their products here? I haven't checked it but I have seen that prices are more lower and also shipping costs.

So what's about threads subject, that electricity price is really good to start mining and in my town, Bitfury is paying that price on electiricity and while there was created their biggest datacenter and millions were invested, it means it is profitableand to my mind even with low budget it worths but it will be better to buy latest antminer.
5760  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: BITCOIN STOLEN on: January 10, 2017, 11:09:36 AM
It would be better if you scan that downloaded file by antivirus while installing it but it seems now you are infected by pc malware/trojan and your bitcoins are went from your wallet. While bitcoins are stollen you can't regain them because rules of transactions is like that. Learn on mistakes and use offline wallet in future if you have high number of btc and they will be safe from stole.
Also if transaction isn't confirmed, search some threads and in that situation you can regain bitcoin after some days when networks will forget your transaction.
