I quite agreed with most of the latest ICOs are a replica of the existing ones without any new idea, ICOs have now reach it peak the only alternative for investors is to research for an altcoin with a good project and invest rather than seeking to invest in a scrappy ICO which are rampant in bounty thread.

 Going by the market conditions of ethereum its very disappointing to see once a great Cryptos diminishing on daily basis as well as making bounty hunting less rewarding I hope those behind ethereum project are working hard to reposition it to its normal state in Cryptos world.

I never been carried away by any prediction of the price of bitcoin by the so called experts, bitcoin will always defies any prediction or speculations I have reasons not to believe in them (experts ) early this year there was a widely  spread speculations that the price of bitcoin will hit $50K this year however this happen to be false.

Personally it took me several days of learning and tutoring using Google and YouTube for me to be able to fully understand and grasps how to use cryptocurrencies initially it was not easy as a layman or newbie it requires full will and determination to fully understand various terminology associated with Cryptos.

I have discussed deployment of blockchain technology for voting system with a colleague I emphasized the importance of using this technology for electoral purposes it will completely eliminate rigging and ensures transparency where every eligible voters will be able to track and monitor the votes as it being casted.

How will you know that the price will no longer fall further down? There are instances where the price kept dropping while buying dip and still goes down creating a draw down to the account I think this is the area where a full knowledge in technical analysis is required and I am not  buying the idea of just buying blindly when the price fall dip.

Personally I always  features stop loss in my trading plan to avoid heavy losses bearing in mind that Cryptos are very volatile that is why I traded with the exchange that has such a feature hence I always  deployed a very wide stop loss according to percentage of my total investment eg 2%

I always have the feelings that with due diligence and patience every Crypto enthusiast will surely make a fortune when the opportunity arises I don't envy others members because I believe more opportunities will come my way in the future.

There are other areas in Cryptos that needed man power and skills not necessarily bounties, blockchain technology and smart contract experts are highly in demand, Cryptos websites designers, programmers are also needed online as freelancers all these can reduce joblessness and unemployment but requires the will to it.

I don't believe its advisable to use phone for mining of bitcoin considering the value of the RAM and draining of the battery due to a smaller hash rate per seconds and its obvious the phone is going to get heated up after series of mining I think the decision taken by google to ban those mining app is the right decision.

At times FUD do moves the market if positive, recall last year we had many forks FUDs which really affected the price positively and fundamentally however this year was full of negative FUDs of course I wouldn't bother to read them to avoid causing fear and panic which may influence me to dump my coins.

I don't have a specific amount of salary  earned so far it varies at times I participates in signature campaign spaning one month while in bounty usually it last 2 months whose mode of payment takes  months because of listing in an exchange.
I don't like the work of a bounty manager because the job is very risky and challenging  if the project turns scam the manager will receive a negative trust.

Bounty hunters shouldn't take up all the blames I guessed the percentage of tokens allocated to bounties is very small compared to the overall bounty allocations the major culprits in the sudden drop in the price of token when listed are the investors that brought it cheaply during pre-ICOs, private sales etc by dumping it immediately when listed they tends to be profitable.

There are many tokens out there which makes it even difficult to trade them It would have been a good idea to have a regulatory agency that could help to streamline the new ICOs and check the viability of their products that back up their tokens and how relevant is it to solving societal problems this measure will help potential investors.

The general mindsets of hodlers is when new investors ie buyers comes into the market, there is the tendency of the price rising from its initial values to higher high more profit is accrued, of course we should remember that there was a time 1 btc was equal to $1 and eventually the price rose to $20K in 2017 to the benefits of the hodlers definitely it was new investors that changed the price and everyday we will have new investors.

My friends are showing enthusiasm towards cryptocurrencies lately after they had seen convincing evidence of how well I was doing in terms of profit making and other jobs like bounty hunting of course I had exchanged some of my Cryptos to fiat so as to encourage and motivates them.

This is the best word to describe the market now after many months of uncertainties and speculations here and there, the market had stabilized and gradually increasing in value and volatility rate had dropped drastically from the way it used to be for now. When I perused through the bounties thread I was baffled with the outrageous numbers of bounty there, its obvious that there is likelihood of having some scam ICOs right there and most of the them perfect their websites, rating, reviews, white papers etc such that an unsuspecting investors will easily be tricked into investing with them and also look catchy to bounty hunters in a long run turns out to be scam.

Of course this is expected some people are even saying cryptocurrencies are the new gold mines and bubbles while others opinions is that Cryptos is used to scam people, well others who are sceptical about it had to resort to internet using google and other search engines to get more information about Cryptos.
