5781  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Snowden should 'man-up' and face trial: says SOS John Kerry on: May 31, 2014, 10:31:45 PM
Unfortunately for a guy like Snowden, he's got to chill in a major powerhouse like Russia otherwise the US/CIA would likely send in a squad after him. But for many of us, those that have interest in new money and avoiding the coming relentless restraints place by the US govt inc, it's more beneficial to go to St. Kitts, Puerto Rico or some such place to escape the coming economic decline. These new capital controls coming in July will signify the new urgency that the US financial sector/FED is realizing is imminent and the S could hit the fan sooner rather than later. I just hope that the likes of Rand Paul can get elected and do something to right the ship and offer a better path for the vast majority of people. Those of us that have accumulated a decent portfolio of BTC and related items are better placed to deal w/ the decline and find an exit.

Since you guys are relatively new and hosting via cryptostocks, I hope you have a contingency plan lined up if they fall through the cracks. I also hope all these securities listed on CS are leaning on them hard to get their shit in order ASAP.

How would it not make sense?

They likely pool all resources together (it would be stupid not to), so when dividends are paid a user is credited "x" amount of coin, and they don't have to pay transaction fees. Wallets are either down or they are going scam, but dividends should be being credited as usual

What do you mean they aren't going scam? operators have already scammed large amount on multiple occasions, zebras don't change their stripes.

I didn't say they aren't going to scam. I said it would make sense if the wallets are down but dividends are still credited.
Anyone have any insight as to when these guys are gonna be back to normal? This is getting really annoying and considering they're like a mini-Havelock they need to keep glitches like this from happening into the future.
5786  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Snowden’s comments on 9/11 that NBC didn’t broadcast on: May 31, 2014, 08:35:46 PM
Not too hard to figure out that if you make that haystack as big as possible, you'll continue to have less success at stopping things from happening. But, in the name of self preservation and expansion, it only makes sense for the police staters to want to keep it this way. Of course, when they have all this data it's possible to be able to pull off their covert stuff that they do.
5787  Other / Politics & Society / Christians’ Love Of The Warfare State Is Killing Other Christians on: May 31, 2014, 05:53:49 PM
Quote
Let’s set the record straight: perpetual war is a tool of elitists and globalists to enslave the U.S. citizenry. While we are killing thousands of people abroad (most of whom are innocents)--all in the name of “liberating” them--we are tightening the tyrannical noose around the necks of the American people. In the name of the “War on Terror,” the most sophisticated surveillance society in the history of mankind has been created right here in the continental United States. With the advent of the Patriot Act and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) under G.W. Bush, Washington, D.C., has constructed (and is continuing to construct) a burgeoning police state the likes of which Joseph Stalin, Mao Tse-tung, and Adolf Hitler could have only dreamed about. And for the most part, evangelicals are fine with it.

But what is really happening in those countries that these endless wars are supposedly “liberating?” And specifically, what is happening to the thousands and millions of Christians within those countries after having been “liberated” by Uncle Sam? After all, America’s evangelical churches of every denomination spend millions of dollars every year sending missionaries around the globe to evangelize folks. How many missionary slides have we seen? How many passionate, tearful sermons have we heard imploring us to get a burden for missions? One of the most sacred elements of any Christian church is its missions program.

So, on the one hand, evangelicals are weeping, praying, and giving millions of dollars to make Christians out of the peoples of the world and on the other hand, they are leading the charge for America’s efforts to rain death and destruction down upon those same people.

Aside from the utter inconsistency of the above, what are all of these endless wars accomplishing for the Christians who live inside the countries that we are “liberating?” What is all of these Christian-endorsed wars doing to the people of God around the world? The answer will shock most believers.

According to an Infowars.com report, “In areas where we spent hundreds of billions of dollars and where thousands of precious American lives were sacrificed, churches are regularly being bombed, Christians are being brutally beheaded, and laws have been passed to make it illegal for a Muslim to convert to Christianity. If we were not even able to provide the most basic of liberties and freedoms to the people living in those nations, what in the world did we actually accomplish by ‘liberating’ them?

Those carrying out this persecution of Christians in Syria are being directly funded and aided by the governments of the United States and Saudi Arabia.”

First off, this Baldwin guy is a pastor and a very good writer and oral speaker, so keep an eye on his site if ya want. This article puts into words how the neoconservatives in the GOP have played the Evangelical Christians (for the most part) into going along w/ perpetual war as long as lip service was used ever few years against abortion. These Christians are some of most easily duped and gullible people in American right next to the drones on the left that bought the Obama line. These are America's boobeoisie camps and are the major blamable parties for the current condition of America's trajectory as a once great super power.
5788  Economy / Securities / Re: [RETURN] Announcing CoinReturn Financial IPO! on: May 31, 2014, 04:47:05 AM
Yeah, word on the street is that these so-called CS wallets are offline right now and not available for withdrawals. There's random concerns among quite a few people around here about this and whether or not they're going rogue on us or might not be able to recover from whatever attack they went through. Hope the team keeps up w/ the ongoing issues here and soon might be time to go to plan B in terms of shelling out dividends.

Since when have they been offline? Is there really any reason to believe this isn't just a simple technical problem?
They were experiencing a "heavy traffic load" yesterday for a few hours which could've been a DDOS. I got RETURN's dividend but didn't get anything from my sig sponsor payout, which could be him or them idk. Multiple people have reported in another thread that they weren't able to withdraw from there account and at least one had issues putting in a deposit. Idk what's up since I just reinvested my div back into more shares. But, the one we get later on today I'll try and withdraw and see what's up. I advise people to be very aware of this and I hope I turn out to cry wolf. developing...
5789  Economy / Securities / Re: WARNING: Crypto::stocks currently not allowing withdrawals on: May 31, 2014, 03:03:44 AM
Anybody considering purchasing any digital assets off of crypto::stocks needs to be made aware:

DVC, LTC, and BTC wallets are supposedly offline (preventing one from withdrawing) even though it seems to be accepting dividend payments from asset owners for shares held any attempt to withdraw your coins will currently fail.

And to add to this warning, I tried to deposit 0.1 BTC to my CryptoStocks account today and it has not shown up in my account despite 10 confirmations. I submitted a support request but they administrators have not historically been very communicative.

I think with all of the exchange competition, someone needs to create a more reliable Cryptostocks exchange!
When they were down and out yesterday, I was able to get a div from one of the ventures on there but not a likely payment from one of the sig sponsors here. They better run an audit soon.

5791  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Husband of Pakistani Stoning Victim: I Killed My First Wife to Marry Her (Video) on: May 31, 2014, 02:36:34 AM
Wow, to actually have her kin involved in beating her to death w/ bricks is just downright unbelievable to me. I mean, a dying dog gets a death shot or a bullet in the head but her they just crush bones in such a dated and uncivilized manner. If there's such a thing as mortal sin, they all committed it and shall forever be damned to hell.
5792  Economy / Securities / Re: [CRYPTOSTOCKS] Project Reviews on: May 31, 2014, 01:25:38 AM
Is anyone still having problems exiting their coin from CS cause during their shutdown yesterday I was able to get a dividend deposit through RETURN but I'm pretty sure a separate payment came in during that shutdown that wasn't credited but I could be wrong or the payment could be on a jog once the audit comes in. Anyways, extra input would be helpful on this. thx

Snowden Acts Like a Man – John Kerry Acts Like a Thug
Quote
By Shane Kastler

Edward Snowden appeared calm, articulate, and mature. John Kerry on the other hand acted like a spoiled, rich kid – a schoolyard bully questioning the “manhood” of Snowden who he insulted by calling him a coward since he won't immediately come home to face charges. In another sophomoric, juvenile bit of mud slinging Kerry called him stupid. What the jack jawed pompous millionaire government hack doesn't seem to realize is that
Snowden isn't near stupid enough to “come home for his fair trial” because no such “fair trial” would ever take place. Kerry can bluster all he wants; he has access to bombs, tanks, and assassins who will kill whomever he wishes. What does Snowden have? Two things: first he has far more common sense than Kerry, and second he has the truth.

This is a great article piece and should be shared far and wide. Just another clip
Quote
“Sometimes the “right” thing is not the “legal” thing” was a statement he made near the end of the interview; and I knew exactly what he meant. If a kid is drowning in a lake and you're standing next to a sign that says “No Swimming!” What do you do? Answer: you break the law and save the kid. When painted into a corner you have to consider the matter of the greater good and act accordingly. Letting the chips fall where they may, which is what Snowden has done. There's a mighty dear price you pay for standing up to “Uncle Sam” and his bully goons like John Kerry. But the Federal government’s gang of rouge outlaws need to be stopped. Here's to hoping other Edward Snowdens are out there now, determining whether or not they'll act like men and yet be called a coward by the biggest coward of them all John Kerry. Name-calling is the petty task of the 8th grade bully. Taking on a corrupt government is the job of a man. Maybe someday Snowden can get back to work in his office; and Kerry can get back to the playground where he belongs.
5794  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2014-05-29] Financial Times – Kenneth Rogoff: “Time to Phase Out Paper Money” on: May 30, 2014, 09:22:47 PM
And my rebuttal to this guy is that we need to phase out these banksters who've been manipulating anything they can get their hands on for the longest time. Then, they collude w/ their bribe taking politicians that put the taxpayer on the hook for all their wrongs. It's like the taxpayer is at the casino bailing out all the losers and condoning idiocy or downright deviance. Heads they win, tails we lose. Enter Bitcoin motherf*ckers.

Leave it up to crypto to finally give parts of Africa a fighting chance at becoming more modern and up to speed. I'm definitely happy to be part of a movement to help the less civilized to be raised up while also freeing myself from the fiat machine. Personal secession ftw!

ok this is just plain wrong the op shows and doesn't check if everyone is ok, is not how you run a campaign I didnt get paid twice now with no resolution to my problems.  I want answers why I didnt receive my payment.
I think its all happening due to sudden some problem in site and op is busy with this hope in near future he give all details about this you need some patience because its not a easy job to managing this all
I know and I hate to pester but I flat out didn't get paid for ~50 posts I made last week, nothing. Only a dividend from another venture hit my exchange wallet. Perhaps, there's too many people in this thread so I'll bow out.
And, just to be clear I'm not saying anything negative against OP. The wallet I listed was on CS and it was down yesterday in perhaps a DDOS yet I did receive a div from another venture on CS, so not saying, just saying. I did receive payment the week before for a small amount of posts as I had just recently joined. However, I was hoping for a full weeks payment and it didn't happen one way or the other. So, I'm voluntarily stepping down.

I'd dump your Chase account anyways just because they're slime balls. If you have a TCF bank or a credit union, they're pretty good options. A credit union works good w/ https://cashintocoins.com/index.php?code=ftl&utm_source=Free%20Talk%20Live&utm_medium=banner&utm_campaign=cashintocoins&utm_content=version-default-desktop&ceq-sid=b8341d105f2e2110f2fc5ec7d8d0f838 aka Cash Into Coins in the US. TCF works well w/ Coinbase and I use them frequently.

Check out some of the other IPOs in the Securities subforum and you'll get an idea for what business models people are willing to invest in. Then when you see what's up, write up something similar and fill in the blanks for your upstart and then undoubtedly people will give you some constructive criticism and you can work with that.
