5781  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance is a threat to the crypto space on: June 11, 2019, 03:26:35 AM
I disagree. Cz is blessing to crypto community, his trust and integrity has made what Binance today is!

Regarding centralization, I don't mind it as long as the power is used against bs (here bsv).
5782  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Chinese mining motherboards suck! on: June 11, 2019, 03:18:22 AM
I using 2 motherboard from Chinese, ASRock and Asus (Taiwan) . I have no problem when use this motherboard for over 1 years. If you have problem with this motherboard, just return (if you still have guarantee)

Yes, but brands you are talking about are reputed (albeit Chinese)  and well known for quality.

Hello guys. project is dead?

Yes it's dead.
5784  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It is time for Bounty hunters to hold/hodl on: June 10, 2019, 03:06:56 AM
Doesn't always work (especially ICO ones), the $10 you are talking about might be worth zero if you keep hodling lol

But, still you should hold and hope for the best because selling $10 doesn't make sense.
5785  Other / Meta / Re: Giving out merit to people you know, acceptable or not? on: June 10, 2019, 02:47:40 AM
Should be okay as long as it's within limits. 'Meriting friends' system seems to be very famous in some regional sub-sections.
5786  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Indulging with cryptocurrencies could send you to jail in India on: June 09, 2019, 03:11:12 AM
~snip~
Now if you have some Bitcoins and you are holding them , or selling them or even buying them , you could be jailed for almost 10 years.
This gone too far. There were no need for that.
These governments will always try to stop their citizens to have their freedom or how are they going to roll?

I hope they do reconsider this new law.

This is not a 'law' yet, just a draft and even in draft paper some things are not properly shown. Please take this news as pinch of salt.
5787  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Proposed new law to jail Bitcoin holders, miners and sellers in India??? on: June 09, 2019, 03:08:38 AM
It's a draft bill and should not be given much importance until it has been passed.
5788  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is anonymous betting a desired feature? on: June 08, 2019, 03:20:58 AM
Voted critical. I prefer privacy. I used to bet using direct bet years ago, what I liked about it most was anonymous betting.
5789  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The key reason for gambling on: June 08, 2019, 03:18:22 AM
When I am bored, I think about gambling, then if you win you want to win more and if you lose you want to recoup your previous losses and thus addiction.
5790  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Factors to consider to pick the best altcoin on: June 07, 2019, 03:34:30 AM
Pick coins with active development (check projects github), what problems they are trying to solve, do they have an active community, etc.
5791  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does Ripple Labs have two forms of XRP? on: June 07, 2019, 03:30:22 AM
There is only one XRP, ripple is blockchain network while xrp is native token of ripple blockchain.
5792  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A Casino On Steem Blockchain on: June 06, 2019, 02:22:17 AM
This may not achieve what it seeks to achieve if the incentive it too small and the gambling platform is not as easy to use as the Centralized ones.
May not be able to attract the important gamblers

Read some recent posts, MD exit scammed.

I ignored it thinking it was a fud.
Well, it's maybe fud, but I don't see any possible explanation besides this. And dang why would @zombee the owner of MD decide to exit scam with only 20 BTC in his bankroll.
Anyway, all the fund look like send to Bitrex now, maybe there some authorities can track it? I mean bitrex need KYC to do big transaction right?

Yes that's right, and afaik funds were sent to the binance account (deepcrypto8). It should take him a while before he manages to withdraw all with unverified account.
Ah yeah I mean binance not bitrex, and I see some hot article at steemit about epicdice now, you know since magicdice do that exitscam yesterday people talking about alternatives platform now. there also steem-bet. never play at both of them but hoping its better than magicdice.
https://steemit.com/epicdice/@blocksensei/7-facts-about-epicdice-vs-the-vanished-magicdice
Fear and doubts cant really be avoided due to recent exitscam but trying out isnt really that bad at all.MD did really waste up that opportunity to go for long term
and deciding to scam in the end of the day.

Agree, I myself earned some profit from it, those magic tokens were just an extra.

However, there were many players who tried real hard to rank up on leaderboard to take part of daily 20M magic, thinking that it will bring passive income in future and lost a quite a bit of funds. I feel sorry for them.

Guess, lesson learned.
5793  Economy / Services / Re: HELP ME GET MY 3000 USD FROM BITBLENDER ACCOUNT!!! on: June 04, 2019, 07:40:24 AM
only 3000 bro no need to stress about it, I've lost more than that on a single hand of blackjack

lol, that's very good sum of money even by first world standards, just because you lost in single hand doesn't mean it's any less worth.

Although magicdice exit scammed, it was most 'stable' gambling dapp on steem. MD dev just killed the golden goose no other current gambling dapp comes near it.

Magicdice just pulled an exit scam, and ran away with about 550k steem.

ps: I'm sorry, I'd never thought they could pull an exit scam Sad
Well, the scam is seen since 4 months ago.
Quote
@magicdice is a scam that used an insider who farmed the vast majority of their MAGIC Tokens via an insider deal and reaps over 25% of the daily dividends due to this deal. They are not to be trusted.

I ignored it thinking it was a fud.
5797  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How Vitalik Buterin is killing Ethereum on: June 04, 2019, 03:32:29 AM
BTC is even more expensive than ether, still it drives the whole cryotocurrency world.
5798  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you know xCrypt IEO on IDAX? on: June 04, 2019, 03:30:47 AM
I found out the price of XCT on forkdelta was cheaper than the IEO price -10000%. Really too cheap, why is it so low? Is there anything hidden behind the project?
long before xCrypt held an IEO at IDAX they first held a bounty campaign, and maybe the ones sold at forkdelta are now bounty tokens Undecided
Not from bounty. When you check carefully, you will see that the seller holds 2M tokens (a high possibility of buying a private sell). He sold out and kept 100k tokens. Bounty has not yet received a token, so selling is not possible.

This is one of the stupidiest thing a project can do, token sale is running and you unlock your tokens. A massive fail, it's hard to recover from a massive fall.
5799  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Join MIB Mining, Lower Cost / More Power Saving! on: June 04, 2019, 03:27:15 AM
MIB gives almost nil returns, what's use of your lower cost/more power saving? In case you didn't know, users mine for profitability.
5800  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Say it again? Bitcoin transaction fees expensive? on: June 03, 2019, 03:25:41 AM
Certainly it's cheap and there are cryptos which could do the same job for few cents or completely free.
