Very often, these sites are quasi-clones to other very similar sites, changing a bit here and there. This site in particular does not follow the usual scam pattern (I’ve spent a while trying to find similar sites), and although the TOS are cloned and adapted from other existing sites, that’s all I managed to get.

Nevertheless, the site is really crap, and they use images where developers usually place text and live counters.

The modus operandi is similar to the one I recently saw mentioned on my local board (see Es confiable esta plataforma? – in Spanish), where by Chinese women approach people to invest through Tinder+Whatsapp, the person makes a purchase of some sort on a site as such, and then is told that he can’t withdraw the amount unless they pay a further amount in concept of taxes or fees (or whatever other lame excuse). That usually escalates to demanding more, until the scammed opens his eyes to what’s really going on. 99% likely to be what’s happening here.

They must have moved over these past years from 100% cold storage, whereby withdrawals were processed manually, to warm wallets (as they state). Having to manually validate each withdrawal is not an acceptable model for many, and they must have shifted to a more dynamic model. Somebody found a loophole in their security though, and we'll need to follow events to see how customers are reimbursed, what amount, and hope the exchange doesn’t go into dire straits, dragging all their customers along.

The forum does not show banned accounts, so we can’t really see the date the ban took place. This information does appear on the forum’s ModLog, but the data shown gets chopped-off after a relatively short time (so it is no longer visible). There are people who scrape data from the forum that can see this status, one being BPIP (see https://bpip.org/Profile?id=967914), where the Meta log states that the account was banned on the "5/12/2021 7:23:45 AM" (mm/dd/yyyy).

An account can, nevertheless, perform a login after being banned, thus the date of Last Active corresponding to "July 31, 2021, 07:04:33 PM". I believe a banned account can browse through PMs, but not send them nor post content (they see a message stating that "you are banned from posting or sending personal messages on this forum").

Sé que éste hilo ya no se está manteniendo al día, pero para incentivar a @VB1001 cuando regrese (esperemos que así sea), doy parte aquí del hackeo al Exchange japonés Liquid.

Según informan, unos hackers se han hecho con un equivalente a 74M$ (cifra estimada preliminar por parte de The Block) en bitcoin, ethereum y demás criptomonedas, procedentes de las hot wallets de Liquid.

Lógicamente, los depósitos y retiros están ahora congelados. A ver cómo evolucionan los acontecimientos. 74M$ en cripto es un buen agujero …

Ayer estuve mirando, para otro hilo, el grado de ofertas relativas a las criptomonedas que había en la red de LinkedIn. Para ello, busqué el término "cryptocurrency" en las ofertas disponibles, y anoté los resultados:

Las ofertas son de toda índole relacionadas con las criptomonedas: desde puestos directivos, pasando por programadores, y acabando en traders.

Si bien no se desarrolla más en el comunicado oficial, el titular del mismo, colgado en la web del PSV, cita que practicarán el hodl sobre los bitcoins recibidos por el patrocinio.

Todo y que el montante no es grande, sí que envía el mensaje de que mantener bitcoin es una buena inversión a contemplar. Probablemente sea parte propagandística del patrocinio, que tiene mucho más recorrido que decir que lo van a convertir a fiat inmediatamente …

Of course the sought term is generic, and you see posts ranking from manager through developer, to trading expert, but it gives a small sample idea of current market demands for crypto-related profiles is some countries. Bear in mind that the above is relative to current demand, not covering existing employees in the industry which are way higher (Consultancy firms, banks, large retails already researching options, fintech, etc.).

Large corporations not dedicating some resources to at least exploring crypto as payment methods, are not placing their eyes on all of the board game.

Somebody managed to register Bitcoin as a trademark, alongside registering its logo, in Spain, just over a year ago.

It only applies to Spain, and as absurd as it may seem, the status is currently still active despite there having been appeals which were rejected. It doesn't seem to drive the owner of the rights anywhere in practical terms, other than giving him and his business some publicity, and it’s still pretty clear that whoever is leading this case from an administrative point of view hasn’t got the faintest idea of what he/she is doing.

It should remain a local affair with no real operative derivate, and the same stunt has been tried out in other jurisdictions as mentiones in the OP.

Si el caso que vimos hace pocos posts en este hilo hablaba de una desconexión de mineros legales de bitcoin por un espacio no demasiado prolongado, hoy he leído que en el estado de Carabobo, tanto el número de afectados como el tiempo de afección fueron más notables, durando la desconexión de la red de los mineros unos 10 días cuanto menos.

En teoría, la motivación era por problemas en el suministro en la región, aunque no está taxativamente corroborado ni mucho menos.

Por curiosidad, y por documentarlo, entiendo que estos cajeros, a fecha de hoy, no piden identificación ni teléfono ni nada por el estilo para importes de menos de 1K (a diferencia de los de Bitbase, que entiendo que te pide un número de móvil cuanto menos -> ver https://bitbase.es/cajeros-bitcoin).

Es decir, si se puede realizar la retirada en, pongamos menos de un minuto.

No acabo de entender por qué la web en Español no muestra el saldo de cada cajero como sí lo hace en otros países, siendo una funcionalidad interesante para asegurarse el (re)tiro...

El PSV Eindhoven (Liga holandesa) ha alcanzado un acuerdo con un Exchange local para que éste último patrocine al club durante los próximos dos años. La gracia es que el importe del acuerdo se abonará totalmente en bitcoin, por un montante relativamente bajo en número de Bitcoins (algo más de 10 BTCs/año a contravalor actual).

Visualmente, el equipo llevará el logotipo del Exchange en la parte dorsal de la camiseta, siendo el objetivo del Exchange tener visibilidad en Europa.

Previamente, otro equipo holandés emprendió un camino similar, AZ Alkmaar, aceptando parte del monto del patrocinio en Bitcoin.


No sé que diría la CNMV a fecha de hoy de estos patrocios, de darse en España. A ver si iban a tener que poner la letra pequeña tambien en la camiseta ...

Trend Micro’s report mentions that Cinobi seems to currently target the credentials for 11 financial entities, being at least three of them crypto Exchanges. It doesn’t list nominally the list of targeted sites (which could obviously change at any time, but an initial list could have been released), although all targets seem to currently be Japanese.


Propagation methods are recurrent, and they all lead you to installing malware through whatever means they use as a pretext. In this case, advertisements are used. As we know, people should not blindly put their faith in advertisement just because they are advertisement, since these can lead to malware or fake sites just the same.

Este es un caso donde el "supuesto" actúa a modo de prefijo de lo indicado, que se ha dado a conocer ahora. Al parecer, Britney Spears obtuvo y utilizó bitcoin en 2014, ya con el fin de ocultar compras de su padre y custodio, incluso de pequeña índole como el pago de Apps.


No he visto más detalles al respecto, y nada relativo a si aún puede conservar bitcoins de la época, pero si vio (le dijeron supongo) que eran un medio para poder tener un resquicio de libertad financiera, no contralada por su padre.

Ciao @babo. Me temo que por ahora no tendría uso sobre los cajeros españoles y sus saldos, dado que aparentemente no se dispone de esta información aquí (habrá que indagar con Shitcoins Club el motivo).

Veo que los Ids son variopintos (Álava 52, Alicante 319516). Tiene pinta de un cambio en el sistema de numeración que no se aplicó de manera retrospectiva.

Una duda que tengo: en tu listado de cajeros, ¿qué representa la última columna?  -> Es es el saldo disponible según veo.

-> Pensaba que el saldo efectivo se almacenaba en td_money (el cual no está para España, o no lo veo).
-> Hay valores como 30.000 en un cajero de Valencia que me parecería alto para ser el saldo disponible.

He visto estadísticas de personas que superan el primer registro en mucho menos tiempo, y el segundo multiplicado por 10 o 20. A tanto no llego.

El tema es que creo que la columna no figura en la visión en español de los cajeros disponibles. Por lo menos, actualmente no figura, y no recuerdo haberlo visto antes (aunque tampoco me he fijado demasiado con anterioridad). De hecho, he comparado los códigos de las páginas web para los cajeros en España vs los de Bélgica, y el código para España carece de la estructura td_money donde se guarda esta información.

Parece que en Bélgica van 3 de los aproximadamente 22 cajeros actualmente. Veo que en la web, con una IP de Bélgica, añade una columna interesante al listado de cajeros, donde se indica el importe disponible en el cajero (no lo he visto con una IP española).
