5781  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Withdrawal/Deposit Issues on: May 23, 2021, 11:52:06 PM
Yeah, absolutely. This is one problem with using custodial wallets/exchanges with your gambling funds.

I've personally never had issues with Coinbase, but I've heard a ton of horror stories of people who deposited funds there from gambling winnings that led to the ultimate suspension of their account. They seem to be getting better at tracing transactions back to known dice sites and sportsbook wallets.

I don't think that it's too much of an issue per se if you just do it once, but if you are planning on withdrawing large winnings regularly and you need to maintain access to these withdrawals, then definitely use a wallet that you hold the private keys to (which you should be doing anyhow).

one easy way is send your funds from the gambling website to your electrum wallet, and then, just send it to the exchange. i don't think they will trace back where your funds is coming from your wallet itself. that's a lot of work to do from the exchange's end. also, check the ToS of the exchange, in terms of gambling related restrictions. if they specify clearly that they are not accepting deposits from online gambling sites, then, look for other exchanges that are lose in this aspect, a lot of them don't care anyway where your funds are coming from especially those with no kyc requirements.
5782  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: BETCONIX Cryptocurrency Exchange|► :BNIX Exchange Token ⭐️ on: May 23, 2021, 10:59:15 PM
How to ensure that a specific cryptocurrency exchange provides legal services? First, look up the physical address associated with the switch. If no address is available, the switch should not be used. There are many reasons for this matter. First, transparency is usually a sign of legitimacy. Second, without knowing where the exchange is located, you will be ignorant of the often tricky legal consequences of investing.
Third, if your account is hacked, it is much easier to resolve these issues through exchanges and regulators that own the actual addresses of the exchanges. And they passed all the criteria.

The address of the office of our exchange as well as the address of the body that issued the license is on our website.
I also duplicate the link
https://mtr.mkm.ee/taotluse_tulemus/547859

to be honest, this is my first time to encounter this exchange. and looking at your withdrawal fees, seems a lil bit higher than the usual charges of other exchanges. so how are you going to attract traders on this exchange? usually, if the exchange is relatively new or not popular, they will charge a lil bit lower than the normal rates. just give you couple of examples - your withdrawal fee for btc is 60k and trx  is 10. most exchanges are charging 50k sats and for trx, 1-5 TRX. yours is a lil bit high. so now, what do you think will be your edge from other known crypto exchanges that will make these traders use your platform?
5783  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bet365 just achieved a big milestone. on: May 23, 2021, 10:15:06 PM
Well congratulations! What are your thoughts on this ?
I think in the future the people who are heavily involved in online gambling will be more depressed and lose their savings and run out of money.

Physical casinos and online casinos are very much different in terms of betting, here it is clear to the founders of online casinos that they have multiple incomes and profits.

Before the pandemic people preferred to play on the table, nowadays almost 90% of people are betting online gambling, of course if someone loses control of all the bets that are swallowed online, No wonder if in 2021 online gambling sites have mushroomed, entrepreneurs and investors prefer to create online gambling sites, big income.

I am definately getting what you are saying but at the end of the day the gambling companies are investing in responsible gambling and such. We have various options to tackle probelms related to addiction. You can not only limit your account but you can also halt it temporarily. I do believe either way people are going to have probelms it all depends on you as a whole. Being responsible is something primary, you should not engage in gambling if you are weak with the money.

Other than that online casinos are like games and people tends to loose a lot fast ⏩ which needs immediate attention. People should always refer to websites aimed at helping such individuals.

unfortunately, very few are looking for ways on how to address their gambling addiction. they will only stop if something life-changing happens to them, otherwise, they will continue what they are doing. and that's on them. if you are a responsible gambler, you know your limits and know when to stop.
definitely, these gambling casinos want their players to play as much as possible. because that's their business. but they are not responsible on what you will become in gambling.
online gambling industry is one of the lucky industries that gained positive income during this pandemic. and i believe, it will continue in the next years to come as pandemic will not go away anytime soon.

the site has disappeared  Grin

from their discord channel, it is due to server issues. let us see how long they will fix that 523 error. it seems it is not yet their end. or maybe start of having issues on their site. better secure your funds once they are up, and think if you want to continue to play on this site. just a precaution here.

IIRC Betfury's house edge is 2%, and it's approximately 172 sats(~$0.062) at the current mining price of the BFG token. However, I also think that the BFG token might trade much higher after the upcoming listing on an exchange.
I just think it's too early to guess which BFG rate will be established after listing on the stock exchange.
OP wrote above that it is worth waiting for the announcement, which will be next week.
Then we will immediately find out how much the token costs.
And of course I hope that he will enter the top 500 CMC Smiley
I doubt that top 500 will be available that is a good amount these days, it is really not that easy to be listed there.

However one thing is for sure, they have a power of passive income with them and even though some people may end up selling and getting out at first, there will be a good amount of people who buy to have a passive income. What is required is two things ; A) Find a way to get much more people gambling here because that is how you increase dividends, B) Give people a reason to lock their tokens so they can't sell.

When you have that kind of power and people are both locking their tokens and also earning great dividends that could potentially be a great way to make money and I believe it will increase the price a lot. But the gambling part needs to go up super high, that is a very important thing and I honestly believe that should be the focus of betfury as well.

maybe, after first couple of weeks of trading, would be good to buy as the price may be lower at that time. top 500 is not difficult to achieve as they have active gambling platform already. but i do agree that they need to attract more gamblers.
and this indeed is a good source of passive income. betfury should maintain the interest from the gamblers. but as i can see it, they have their promotions and bonuses in place already. maybe, from time to time, introduce an interesting contest that will catch the interest of the gamblers.

is it the official thread? because not very crowdy.

Seems like Dune has died...   the merge with FreeTon didn't appear to go anywhere -- time to just go back and focus on Tezos!

their site is still up but looking at the trading volume, this will soon be a dead coin.

https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/dune#markets

i don't know if their listed partners are still on board. because if they are, this will still be at least thriving in the market. maybe they can't keep up with the fast evolution of crypto projects here. they are being left behind now.
5787  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Manny Pacquiao vs Errol Spence Jr on Aug 21 in Vegas on: May 22, 2021, 10:57:36 PM
Spence had a better record than Crawford, so I will take this fight as a better one compared to the previously reported that didn't push through. Manny is not afraid to take on any champion, that's what I admire about him and though I have a feeling that he will be an underdog in this fight, I still trust him to win the fight, so I will bet on him.

Spence is a humble opponent too, whatever the outcome of this fight if Spence wins, I would still give that respect to him.

Big fight deserves to gain more revenue, I'm hoping for this one so both will be happy.

Manny wants big fights in the twilight of his career, he wants big money and big names because he still believes he still has what it takes to win in a big fight and Spence is the only one who can give it to him, he is bigger than Crawford and Mickey Garcia but it's also a dangerous fight for Manny Pacquiao if he losses here it could well be the end of his career.

i have the feeling that the underdog here will be pacquiao. and upon checking some opening odds, just read this article , and it seems that pacquiao is indeed the underdog in this match.
now, waiting for crypto bookies to list this match. and let's see how far is the gap of the odds for these 2. if pacquaio will have rigid training like before, he has high chance to win on this match despite of his age. this i believe, is worth to watch in ppv.

are you using fake photos on your team members? if you want this to be anonymous project, just don't use fake profiles. unless, you want to give them also the profile links of your team members to attest that they are real.
otherwise, just remove the photos of those people. if users here will dig that you are using fake photos, i don't think users from the forum will support this project.
5789  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: TOP 100 SPORTSBOOKS on: May 22, 2021, 08:52:49 PM
So surprised to see 1xbit on top 10 of crypto sportsbook while they are well known scammers. Any good reasons why you put them in a better position than bitcoinrush or jetwin?
Bitcoinrush and jetwin have better reputation in this crypto community, no serious issues, no scam accusations but they get lower grade than 1xbit on your site?
In start I also want to gamble on 1xbit platform but being a responsible gambler I try to make a proper research about it and read all the reviews about it and 80-90% were claiming it to be fake and there were paid positive reviews which were clear. The players were having deposit and withdrawal related issues like they deposited the amount and when they try to cash out the profits they were not able to do so and deposited amount was refunded. The support team states they have right to suspend any account without providing any valid reason which is not a sign of legit casinos. So I avoid playing there because funds need to managed properly on legit sites instead of waiting time and money on scammy platforms.

it is good that you did your own search before sending any penny to 1xbit. their account here has a lot of negative feedback, and unresolved issues. maybe, they have good traffic, but here in the forum, their reputation is very tainted.

@OP, are you in any way connected to the development of this site? maybe it is high time to review the ratings especially on crypto sportsbooks. i do agree with panjul, why some popular and reputable sportsbooks have the same rating as 1xbit, like for example stake & bitsler? i don't think the gambling community here in the forum will agree such rating. this thread was created last 2018, so how often is the site re-evaluating the rating? it may mislead some new gamblers about this rating.
5790  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Cardano overthrow Ethereum? on: May 21, 2021, 11:56:11 PM
I have seen on youtube where they have listed tons of ERC20 projects who plans to migrate to ADA network this coming alonzo update. I have no idea if its true but there is no reason for them to lie as well since its coming from officials and developers of the project. Even when there is a big dump to the crypto market, ADA still maintains its top position.

we need to see that first happening. will it push thru once eth deployed their eip 1559 this coming july? what if the gas efficiency will indeed improve after launching this protocol? are they going to stay under eth network? i believe most projects are migrating to another network, let's say bsc or ada, because of the fees involved under eth. however, once this is resolved, i believe they will change their stance as eth is still the popular network when it comes to smart contracts.
right now, i don't see ADA overthrowing ETH. that's too early to tell. we need lots of successful projects under ADA before they can even claim that they can compete with ETH.
5791  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: DogeCoin will Flip Bitcoin on: May 21, 2021, 11:10:38 PM
It doesn't make sense whether Elon Musk supports it or not. Moreover doge coin is just a joke/meme coin and that's all it would ever be. Anything Elon Musk talks about Dogecoin is just hearsay and it doesn't count, really. He might pump it all he wants but it doesn't change the fact that Dogecoin would remain as it is. It might flip other altcoins but doing the same to Bitcoin is far-fetched. Even ethereum has been trying to flip Bitcoinfor years now and yet, it still trails behind Bitcoin every single time. In my opinion, just buy doge whenever he tweets about it and profit off those tweets but having these silly expectations won't cut it.

eth is a very good example why doge can't flip btc. eth remains to be in the top 2 position throughout all these years considering that eth has a very good technology as compared to doge. there are so many projects that are using eth and as we can see, it is one of the valuable platforms that ever launched in crypto history. whereas doge, it only pumped big time owed to elon musk. yes, it is an old alt, we used it mainly for transfer purposes before it becomes popular, but what else is this coin for? how will the doge flip btc? doge has a lot to fill-up before it can even reach top 2 position. and right now, am not seeing that in the horizon.
5792  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it still okay to fake kyc in 2021? on: May 21, 2021, 10:12:14 PM
Fake KYC? I don't think it's a good idea, I know you want to hide your identity and want to get the reward. But, provide fake information can be a problem for you in the future if you can't prove with the real document, if you gave fake document I think it's a illegal thing and abuse the reward/event.

Better to looking the non-KYC IDO's rather than risking yourself.

this is very true. you may not have the problem at the moment as some of these projects will accept money from investors. but in case you have something to fix in your account, or encounter any trouble in the future, the project may ask your details to validate if you are the real holder of that account. and in that manner, it would be very hard for you, especially if they ask for live selfie along with your ID. better not risk your money if you know there will be potential prob in the future.
just like others have said, there are still good projects that are not asking for KYC details.
won't advise anyone to fake their KYC by any means. you are just putting your funds at risk in this situation.
5793  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io|⚡️Free BTC+BNB|⚡️$3.5mln Staking pool|⚡️New coins every week on: May 21, 2021, 09:29:41 PM
Did you notice the price set by Betfury in their twitter giveaway? It was at ~$350 for 5000 BFG so that gives us approximately $0.07 per token. Will that be the listing price on the exchange? That's too cheap don't you think? The mining price per token is at $1.13 for slots and $3.14 for in-house games as of now so the 5000 BFG should at least be worth $5650.

It's not when you count in the possibility of winnings and play dice with highest odds, real mining cost comes closer to $0.07.

Win/lose is not related to the costs incurred to mine BFG because there are 2 different sides they can say it's cheap if they win and they can say it's high if they lose
For me personally, the current listing price is cheap, but it's not final yet. We can see what investors are interested in when listing

we will see how it will perform once they are listed, if the community will indeed be interested in buying bfg tokens. it can easily surpass the $0.07 price level if people believe the potential of this token in their portfolio. right now, everyone is just speculating but when the real action begins, that's when we will see if this token will indeed be a gem or not. signs say that it is a very promising token to watch out for, but we need to see it in action.
5794  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Justin sun is now the Hero in crypto world on: May 21, 2021, 01:05:09 PM
Try harder you are not trying harder obviously you are a bag holder of Tron I am also a bag holder and accumulating Tron but I am not creating FUDS just to gain support to Tron, I am more realistic in admitting that Bitcoin is and should be the number coin in the market and altcoins like Tron are here to support Bitcoin's cause, don't praise Sun to much it should be Satoshi because he is the one who started everything.

i dont understand as well where the OP is coming from. but as mentioned also in the earlier post, justin sun bought about $152M worth of bitcoin  at the recent dip. so if he doesn't believe in BTC himself, he won't publicly announced about such purchase of BTC. and from the looks of it, he is also a believer of BTC.
more then likely, the OP is a bag holder of tron, but there's no need to spread something that is not according to facts. without satoshi or btc, tron may not even be born.

the team should create a different thread for their bounty programs and not here.

you can create one here - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=238.0

this section is more on discussion about the project, clarifications and such. inform their participants to stop posting their bounty posts here.
NFT market is just starting, but the foundation should be solid so these artists will not waste their time, resources and skills for nothing. i also believe they need an effective platform to showcase their talents.

Krosscoin is now also live on https://WavesPlay.com.

visited the site and i noticed a lot of currencies are saying bankroll too low like BTC, ETH, XMR, BCH, USDT, and others. what will happen if someone wins, and the winning is more than what your bankroll has, are you going to compensate it with other available coins?
but good to see that the site active again. maybe hold some promotional activities that will attract players.
5799  Economy / Speculation / Re: Abolute bottom of Bitcoin? on: May 19, 2021, 11:47:50 PM
What do you think, what is the absolute bottom of Bitcoin?
How deep could Bitcoin ever go, again in the next 5 years?

My bet ist 30.000 $. If we would fall way
lower then Bitcoin has probably failed for ever.
you made it mate! Bitcoin price fell to $ 30k, and now it has increased again and is trading at $ 38k,
indeed there are indications that it will decline again because the $ 40k resistance has not been exceeded in the 1 day Time Frame,
I myself am still monitoring, should I cut losses and buy back or hold again

The price of Bitcoin has fallen quite deeply now, so we shouldn't be in a rush to make a decision. But I do agree that the Bitcoin price may still
fall again, after several failed attempts to cross the resistance price of $ 40k. We'd better monitor in advance until the end of this week,
if Bitcoin continues to fall my advice is to cut loose and buy back at a low price. But the decision is yours alone, just follow the results of
the analysis that you have done. Because following other people's opinions in a situation like this is very risky.

as no one can tell you exactly what will happen in the market, one week or a month from now. what you can do, is do your own analysis of the market situation and your situation. how far can you hold or how much can you afford to lose in this market if the price continues to go down? no one can assess your situation but yourself.
it is indeed hard to decide based from others' opinions because we have different situations in our lives. so if you think it is the best route in your situation, take it. but take note, don't regret it later.
5800  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Cryptocurrencies are not linked to the policies or the economy of any country. on: May 19, 2021, 10:45:50 PM
They cannot link their governments and power to cryptocurrencies, they cannot even crack it down. But for the people in such countries, it helps a lot.

The example of it is in Nigeria. Despite the government's attitude towards cryptocurrency, it's helping its people to have a good source of income and that all sums up to contribute into their economy.

it is more of like crypto is an independent entity, whether you are in the remote part of the world or not, you are free to join this market, however you want it to be. and nigeria, is a very good example. based on statista , nigeria was the top 3 in terms of bitcoin trading volume in online exchanges last year. which really is saying something about their bitcoin adoption in that country, even if we say, their government is not too friendly towards bitcoin. i really do hope it is helping some of their people in uplifting their living standards.
