5781  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are you bullish or bearish this year? on: July 30, 2021, 11:46:14 PM
With the roller-coaster price movement this year, I like to know if what you think about this year's market condition overall.

Are you still bullish despite the huge dump from ATH, or do you think the market will be bearish throughout?

Share your thoughts and what's your basis, it will help everyone to decide.
I'm still getting bullish this year because I bought $20K Bitcoin last October. At that time the price of bitcoin was still $11K. Until now I still hold, and my target is the end of the year. maybe in December, I will sell some of it, because I feel after 2021 ends, there will be a long bearish. This is just my opinion
Congratulations to you. You made a lot of money if you sell it now but I guess you will make more money when the bitcoin price can increase to $64k or even more. Yes, the long bearish somehow can happen anytime, so we should have decided when we should sell bitcoin and wait for the next dump because the drops will always happen. Hopefully, before the dump coming, we can sell it at the highest price and make a lot of money.
Actually, last April was the right moment to sell, but I didn't sell it because I was hesitant. At that time I thought the price of bitcoin would continue to rise, but my guess was wrong. Bitcoin goes down to $30K. But I stayed calm and didn't panic, I holding what I had until now.

Now that the price of bitcoin has been increasing slowly, I hope December will get a great surprise.
I have had that experience many times. Maybe I can suggest you something if you see that situation. You can sell for some part and leave the other on the wallet and no matter if the price increases a little, you can still hold. At least, you already take profit and get your initial investment money back while you are waiting for the next correction.

And if somehow, the price is down after that, you can wait to buy back for some amount or you can let it just happen because you still have some part to be sold at the next high price.

But it does not matter because the price will increase sooner or later so there is no need to panic. You can still buy more amount if you want in this situation so you can accumulate more bitcoin.

5783  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you a gambler? on: July 30, 2021, 01:04:50 PM
Not at all but I am nowadays searching a good gambling site because I want to spend my ideal times on a gambler but which gambling site would be better for me . This week I already created an Betfury account but don't login again. I want to need another site for gambling.
I hope you can be careful when you want to spend your time playing gambling and please remember to have control of yourself because we never know when we will lose control of gambling. You can search for many gambling sites in the Gambling threads and start to register on every gambling site on that thread. Please always remember to use the money you can afford to lose and stop gambling fast if you think you are enough to play gambling.
5784  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling ombudsman - do you feel protected? on: July 30, 2021, 12:22:06 PM
^

The original idea behind cryptocurrencies was that it was impossible for any regulator to be involved in the process of buying and selling assets. That is why online casinos were happy to include support for cryptocurrencies. Currently, state-regulated casinos cannot provide the user with anonymity and security of their personal data. In addition, regulators cannot completely secure us from fraud. That is why I am against any regulation.
Yes, you are right. The online casinos will be far away from the regulations in one country and besides that, the casino can host their site out of the country's jurisdiction that prohibits or has strict rules for the casino. The casino will not have a problem with that to still protect their members by not requiring KYC for the members. The regulators should understand that and they can not force the online casino to follow or provide the data or whatever they want.
5785  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Poker casino but need KYC, is this really necessary? on: July 30, 2021, 11:46:14 AM
I do not want to do KYC just for gambling because that is not worth doing. I am better to search for the other gambling site which does not require KYC for their members. Besides that, I do not playing gambling very often so I will skip on that site if I see they require KYC. I am not good at searching for referrals through referral links so I do not think I will still use that site.
Maybe you don't gamble very often, but what do you think about doing KYC and getting their $200 withdrawable tokens? I think it's an attractive proposition, do you think you will KYC to receive it?
I still do not want to do KYC, even if that is about $200 that I can withdrawable as you say because my identity will be more than $200 and even more. I still prefer to search for the other gambling site that does not need KYC to protect my identity. Maybe others are willing to receive that $200 or more because they really want to get a big bonus from the site but I still do not want to do that.

I only think about protecting my identity and I do not want to give it to a site that I do not use seriously.

I have the same thought as you, our personal data is far more important than the $200 bonus that a gambling site will give. But everyone's
financial needs are different, I wouldn't blame people who are willing to KYC procedures for $200. Maybe for some people $ 200 is very important
to be able to buy daily necessities, but I will not exchange my personal data for $200. Moreover, there are still many choices of gambling sites that
we can use without the need for KYC procedures, so for now I avoid gambling sites that apply KYC.
Maybe they can borrow the other people or their friends to verify themselves by sending their documents to that casino. I think that will be okay for them as the casino will not check the real identity of that person. But it will not recommend doing that as we do not know what will happen to the person who has that documents. We are playing gambling, so we only want to spend our free time, so we do not have to think too seriously, especially sending private documents to the casino.
5786  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sexy casinos on: July 30, 2021, 11:12:11 AM
Gambling mixed with nudity is a very dangerous combination. And it's definitely not for those who have very low threshold to delay gratification. I say this not because I'm trying to be judgemental but because  of the high addictive potential of gambling and then nudity on the brain of humans. Now think of the combination. Well, humans come with different strengths and proclivities. Some folks might find these combinations quite motivational in maybe winning a game or in comforting themselves after a loss. Well you may never know if you'd like it until you try 😁. Anyways, gamble responsibly.

End it up with your type of appetite  Grin the after effect of having this both depends from how you see gambling, if you are
playing to be entertained then, boobs surely adds enjoyment and pleasure.

While for those who are aiming for money, they won't  bother and just focus with their intentions.
Still, that can make them not focus for a while, especially if they win some money. They can get temp by looking at the nudity and if that is happening in the offline casino, well, man will become horny, especially if that girl touch the sensitive part of his body Grin

Maybe they will stop gambling fast and not thinking about gambling because they need to satisfy their lust with someone. But I agree with gamble responsibly because that is the only thing that a gambler should do.
5787  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your betting budget on: July 30, 2021, 10:33:43 AM
Betting budgets depends on how would one spending time on betting and gambling. I frequently passing time with my gambling platform but not full time. So my gambling budgets obviously not enough .
As long as it's enough for you to call it a day that's already good enough for you even if your budget isn't that much. That's better to have insufficient budget and having a tight pocket so that you won't spend that much.
It's the problem of others that they're addressing and having hard time to limit themselves in budgeting themselves through gambling.
A gambler should know about enough and never break that because that will impact our funds. When he frequently passes the time in gambling games without setting the limit of funds, I am afraid that he can add more money to his account to continue playing gambling. If that happens many times, that will attract him to become addicted because he will feel hunger for playing gambling. But gambling will always seduce us to add more and more money without realizing it so it needs control.
5788  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Combination of gambling and trading on: July 30, 2021, 10:05:52 AM
lately i have been stressed off and depressed because of lack of sleep, i just got my hand on so many thing and among those is trading and gambling this two activities requires lots of research and hard work which is time consuming, and am beginning to feel that am over doing it.
is any one in this category that can help me with advise on how to go about combining trading and gambling at the same time.
This is really time-consuming, for me personally.. I will just do one of both, or maybe besides gambling.. I will look for other businesses besides trading, such as just investing. In my opinion, if these two things are done.. of course over time your gambling activities will be more and more excessive, it will double the risk, but it depends on each person as well, how to master these two things and time discipline also can manage the income.
Doing just one thing will reduce the stress or not focus because we are humans who can not do multi-task. But well, some people can do that, but mostly, it will be difficult to do more than one or two tasks at the same time. Maybe he can play gambling in his free time and do not trade while he gambles so he does not feel stress and if he is still getting stress, maybe he needs to stop gambling. But the risk in gambling will be bigger than trading, so I think we will not recommend him to play gambling for a long time because that can reduce his ability to control himself.
5789  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Biggest winning so far on: July 30, 2021, 09:38:58 AM
I've only ever won $1000 from slots. in May 2019, with a capital of $50 and in the 30th round if I remember correctly, I made $1000
I was not a gambler for a long time, since then I can't leave gambling anymore

Gambling creates a great curiosity to be able to win back with a greater value
I still believe one day I will win the jackpot again
Winning $1,000 from slots with using $50 is the winning of big money. Yes, gambling can attract us playing more and never stop if we do not have control. I do not have a big winning as you, but winning big money can really tempt us to get the next winning.

Maybe if we can withdraw the win money and buy a product that we like will be better instead of winning money to continue playing gambling because we will have a chance to lose that win money.
5790  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling ombudsman - do you feel protected? on: July 30, 2021, 09:08:26 AM
A lot of butt hurt gamblers that lost money, will lodge complaints with this so-called ombudsman and the complaints will pile up and it will take months to resolve some of these issues. Who will fund a gambling ombudsman to handle these complaints and will their jurisdiction cross country borders?
I am of the same opinion on this matter. It is much better to play at sites you have known and tested and that should usually be enough and from my personal experience, leaving apart a few selective scams most of them are quite good. I haven't been scammed by a casino yet so maybe I don't know the full story though.
I agree with @RealMalatesta say to play on the known gambling site that already proves it's a good gambling site than to play on an unknown gambling site that we do not have experience or others review. We will not have a bad experience and that will depend on good luck when we play on that site and if somehow, we lose, that will mean our luck is not coming to us.

If the ombudsman is running, I can not imagine how many cases they will solve and investigate and I think most cases can happen because of the gambler's mistake. But well, maybe in some countries, the ombudsman can be applied to reduce the number of people who get scam.
5791  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Speculators have a lot of "enemies", many of which come from themselves on: July 30, 2021, 08:38:13 AM
As long as you can manage yourself and always control your emotion, you will not have difficulty preventing greed, fear and you always believe that hope will always be there. You can learn how to calm yourself down and make that emotion your friend. We can not eliminate that but we can make it peace for ourselves but we need time before you can do that. You need to have the patience to control yourself and learn how to communicate with yourself to help you improve yourself.
I would also add that one should not judge their trading skills too quickly.

Most of us are making two common mistakes when judging too quickly:
1- Considering ourselves pro: If you made some profit initially in trading doesn't mean you have mastered the art of trading because it might be pure luck as well.

2- Getting too dejected by losses: Look, even the biggest and best traders face loss and there's no reason to judge yourself harshly for a mistake that could have been a tremendous stepping stone.
Yes, it is right. We consider that we are a newbie, same as the other newbie, to make us learn more to improve ourselves. If we do not call ourselves a pro, we will not feel satisfied with what we already achieve and that will help us learn or research what we need to improve.

Getting sad or disappointed is normal, but how we can rise from our sadness will not be easy and needs effort. Every trader has the same experience of losing their money, although the amount is different, but not many traders have a will to rise and learn harder than the other to recover the losses and make a profit.
5792  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: What will you build with 10,000$ on: July 30, 2021, 08:11:44 AM
I have 10,000$ I can risk on mining farm or rigs what is the fastest way to get ROI back with this money?is there any expert in this forum that can give me their own strategy if they have such money to risk on mining? I'm in for long term so I'm not in rush
I would not suggest you mining at this time because with $10,000, you can buy ethereum and you can get for at least 4 eth and then hold it. Or you can buy bitcoin or bnb and hold it for a while.

You will need time before you can get ROI from the mining process and I am not sure how long you can get that profit. Unless you have a low electricity fee, mining will not give you profit in the short term, so I hope you can consider investing in bitcoin, ethereum or bnb or other coins. But I suggest you not use all of that money to invest in a new project because that will be too risky than invest in bitcoin, ethereum or bnb.

The mining calculation on the equipment you should and how much you will earn daily will look interested, but you can not expect too high. But you can try to buy one piece of equipment with 5-6 graphic cards such as RX 580 8 gb to see if mining can works well for you. Besides that, you need to calculate your electricity fee in your city to know how much you should pay monthly.
You need time to make profits from holding as well, once this bull market is over holders and miners will both be in loss, stop talking as if only miners will be affected, if you look at things on a long term side mining pays, you will end up getting your ROI and you will keep getting more coins

Miners in 2018, 2019 bear market makes more, they kept mining and holding, they have more ETH everyday, you hold 2 ETH for four years you still have 2 ETH, you mine ETH you get more ETH even in bear market because difficulty will be down, another bull market begins you will keep making ROI from your graphic cards over and over

Talking from experience, I used to talk like you to some friends in 2017 this way and they made more money than me (holder)
Correct. But at least you can calculate and make a simple plan from both mining and holding and compare it. First, you can try to buy one mining rig or hardware and run it in your home for at least 6 months. I think the cost will not be more than $5,000 so you still have the other $5,000.

You use the other $5,000 to buy bitcoin, ethereum or other coins which you think will increase in the next 3-6 months and just hold it. I assume you do not just buy all of the $5,000 at once and will spread for many order buy so you can get lower price every time you bought.

You will see which will give you more profit. Maybe the advantage of mining is that we can change the coin that we want to mine, but that will depend on how high the hardware specification we use to determine how much reward we will earn from mining.
5793  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How can prediction results affect the actual market? on: July 30, 2021, 07:28:31 AM
Firstly, No one is perfect and the reality is "crypto industry is always unable to predict".  For example, a few are able to understood the biggest bull run of the beginning of this year. Secondly, don't go for anyone predict if you don't know that person/institutions welly. Rather focus one or two currency at a time, collect news for fundamental analysis and take position according to your asset if you think that is best for you but Don't rely on any tools blindly
Maybe focusing on two currencies will be a good idea so he does not have too long to analyze. Maybe bitcoin or ethereum can give them a chance to make a profit than the other coins. It is better to analyze by ourselves to find the time to trade or make investments and not depend on other people we do not know. We should depend on ourselves in crypto because that will improve our skills in trading and investment, which can impact making a profit in the future.
that way may only be done for people who are already professional in trading and investing.
most for new people is to follow the signals given by friends or other people. and some are just trying their luck with the origin of choosing assets.
there is no definite reason or way we can do proper analysis and planning. I'm sure all plans have a 50% chance of success.
They should learn more about trading and investment because they can not always depend on the signals to improve themselves in trading and investment. If they do not learn more about that, they will see that someday, the signals will not work because the market can change at any time. I am sure that we want to make more profit from trading and investment so there is no other way for us not to learn more details to have good skills.

What do you think about this issue? Do you want to do KYC just for gambling on any platform?
Also added that they are giving new users registered through their referral link some money, and they also require KYC to receive it. I heard that this amount is up to 200$, if you are, would you like to sell your identity to get this money?
I do not want to do KYC just for gambling because that is not worth doing. I am better to search for the other gambling site which does not require KYC for their members. Besides that, I do not playing gambling very often so I will skip on that site if I see they require KYC. But I think some people will not have a problem doing KYC on that gambling site because they know how to make money from that site. That will depend on what we want and it could be different for each people.
5796  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cryptocurrencies price and their effect on gambling industry on: July 29, 2021, 01:36:46 PM
Maybe you can add more Neutral for the effect of bitcoin price on the gambling business because not all gamblers will avoid using bitcoin when bitcoin price increases and start the move to altcoin. Some of them will still use bitcoin and continue playing gambling but they can reduce the amount of satoshi they use to gamble.

Those data will be different on all gambling sites because that site will not have the same number of members. In this matter, maybe you can ask the casino owner because they will have that answer to fill your curiosity.

We can only know that a gambler who visits the gambling site will be more than 17 years old, but we do not know how exactly they are. Maybe the young generation is playing gambling secretly.

5798  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The market situation is deteriorating day by day.. on: July 29, 2021, 12:38:54 PM
Price fluctuations are a common thing and now it looks like crypto prices have started to show an upward trend. When it's bearish, indeed investors with small capital will suffer because sometimes that's the only funds they have, but if we are patient and hold coins that have good fundamentals, I think profit awaits us.
Hopefully, the upward trend will continue to impact the price to get another bull run. Even if that is not a bull run, if the price can start increasing slowly, that still benefits us, which means we can back to make a profit again. But if the price is up and down only, maybe we can also use that to make scalping trade because I think it will be good to buy low and sell high.

Maybe the small investors can buy and hold strategy, especially if they do not have much experience in trading so they do not have to watch the market too often. That will prevent them from panic if the price makes a correction because they will not see that it happen unless they set the alarm to wake them up and check the market situation.
5799  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why shiba inu not come 1$ on: July 29, 2021, 12:08:01 PM
If Shiba Inu can really hit $1 in the next bull run, I am sure many people will make a big profit because they already buy those token in a large amount and hold it until the price increase later. But I am not sure how long Shiba Inu can reach $1 as the supply of that token is too big although Dogecoin has the same but Dogecoin has a history while Shiba Inu is a newcomer in the crypto world. But anything can happen in the crypto world so if you believe Shiba Inu can reach $1, you should buy from now on and do not sell if the price does not reach your target price.

You can search of Google what is stop-loss but I helped you to get some examples:

https://coinsutra.com/stop-loss-stop-limit/
https://www.mynewsdesk.com/se/coinpanel/blog_posts/why-are-stop-losses-important-when-trading-crypto-99745
https://tradesanta.com/blog/stop-loss

I am sure you will find tons of articles, including examples of how to use stop-loss on the internet.

Basically, stop-loss is how you can limit your losses, especially if the market is unpredictable and do not know when the price will go down. You use this feature to save your funds from a big loss. As per my experience, using stop-loss is help me a lot to quit from the market immediately when the price gets dump too deep. But we will have our own way of using the stop-loss feature.
