581  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin illegal in Nepal on: October 09, 2017, 08:55:00 AM
It's heartbreaking when some countries ban bitcoins. Even if these countries influences a big part or small part of the industry only. Maybe every banning of bitcoin may not affect the price. It still make some people worry about its process in being adopted or banned by every single country which is not possible.
But in the sense that maybe these countries are planning something good about bitcoin. Then it will benefit everyone in the near future.
582  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin ATM increasing at rapid rate.... update on: October 09, 2017, 08:48:32 AM
I haven't heard one in my country, I think someone said that ther e is one in makati Philippines. But I don't live there, maybe I'll have a chance if I travel sometime. On my province there is no such thing yet. I'm in a small province with 6 towns only. And As far as I know, we who uses bitcoins here only convert it to fiat via remittances and banks .
583  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcons are just empty numbers on the internet without any value or legal power on: October 09, 2017, 02:56:21 AM
You prefer legality, liable and valuable as something that is tangible and seeable by many. I can't tell if you are a real citizen of any country not knowing how a currency is valued. If you can't understand the essence of bitcoins ( which has more advantages than fiat ) . I suggest that you try to see its value by comparing to other currencies, learning its differences and mostly how it acts and valued as a currency itself with its characteristics as an asset. Functions matter. You need to read and experience more.
584  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin business idea on: October 09, 2017, 02:08:05 AM
As a student, it is hard to open a business even bitcoins is very flexible. But with the use of a wallet made in our country. The coins.ph includes many direct services including paying bills with 5% rebates. Also, retailing load in smart and globe users are also available with % rebates to that is being transfered to the wallet itself. It is a dual wallet.  Btc and currency in our wallet that is why it's easy to use.
I do this as a small business and it is profitable.
585  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can you tell if you are suffering from gambling addiction? on: October 08, 2017, 03:03:10 AM
Well, addiction is a psychological problems. Unlike drug addictions, some signs can be observed physically. While in gambling addiction, it may be observe through someone's behaviour and attitude towards it.
I think that some signs can be :
Lying about it, maybe not admitting that he or she Gamble.
Chasing losses and borrowing money vise versa and in repeat to bet more.
Which may be too obsessed in gambling that leads to not stopping. It becomes their need and may cause someone to steal because for someone who is a gambling addict, gambling would mean the world to them.
586  Other / Meta / Re: How to keep forum clean from similar and crap threads. on: October 07, 2017, 04:22:34 PM
Spamming the forum is very hard to avoid. Maybe those who don't read rules are those who are punishable or even those who just post for signature campaigns.
Yes I am one of them, but I wish and hoped that every post I made makes sense and can give a bit of advise that are not even said before.
In my opinion, it is hard to make sure that no one makes a post with the same thought. It's hard to backread, bumping threads should be avoided if not necessary,  and I think that there are millions users and few threads that are good enough or have quality.
I'm glad about the clean up, everyday is a challenge.
I hope that in the near future there will be solutions for everything.
I'm not that good with my grammar but I can try until I can deliver it more effectively.
587  Other / Meta / Re: For how long I can keep my account without using it? on: October 07, 2017, 04:06:35 PM
Not using your account will not make it disappear. It will just remain as it is when you left it. Not unless it was hacked. You will no longer hold your account. Just saying because it is very common having an account being hacked.
588  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I did it! Traveling with Bitcoin and $100 only on: October 07, 2017, 05:17:08 AM
I think that the use of bitcoins in traveling will bring great experience. We all know that bitcoin is decentralised and canvassing cost may be made easier when services can be paid directly in bitcoins.
It's great and inspiring reading experiences like these because it makes us feel more secured in the use of bitcoins. And that the use of bitcoin in traveling is real.
589  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Lots of Scammers Here on: October 07, 2017, 05:08:31 AM
There will always be scammers as long as money is involved. Others would want to earn their keep the easier way so they resort to scamming. One cannot really be scammer proof as some of these scammers talk slick and fast then run away with your money just like how you got robbed in broad daylight. The best thing to do is to do research first before investing in anything and see if their background checks out. Always keep your money close to you.

I can not agree more Sir, there is no other reasons to scam people than just MONEY.
The need of people for income triggers them to enter and consider anything as job just to earn. They trust everything that promotes job.
Some ends up making up things just to play others mind and earn from it. Maybe caused by needs or just greed.
Research alone is not enough in my opinion Sir, scammers are not just good in advertising but also good in creating own background articles of their projects.
I think that the best thing to do here is assuring that the main promoter himself can provide all the information you needed to know. This way you will have background and know if the promoters are really updating things about the project.
590  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN CASH is probably DYING on: October 07, 2017, 01:36:15 AM
In my own observation, BCC is just like other altcoins. And why would probably other users invest in this kind of altcoins. Trust is very hard to gain and instead of gaining trust of users, they gained negative feedbacks beacuase of the price deflation. So before it was released its already dead or nearly dead. Few invested in the sense that they thought it will replace bitcoin which is impossible to happen because bitcoin is used in general.  Bitcoin as the main commodity and basis of other altcoins.
591  Other / Meta / Re: Why my posts are decreasing? on: October 07, 2017, 12:38:43 AM
Yes it happened this week. I think more than ten threads are trashed that includes my posts. Mods are cleaning. I can't remember which posts of mine are included because none of my new posts are removed. Since that I am only depending on campaigns I got worried that post will not reach the required number. The best thing to do here is to posts in threads that are not repeatedly made by other members or threads that are of the same topic. Cleaning the thread is a good idea and I have nothing against it. Pretty sure that they wanted to make the forum more functional and purposeful.
592  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Don't you think the BTC forks are making the Bitcoin ecosystem more chaotic? on: October 05, 2017, 01:13:54 PM
I agree to everyone. Why would they name it before bitcoin if these coins will be considered as altcoins too. Bitcoin will always be the dominant one here. If they would want something that will be more popular than bitcoin then create a new one that is totally not from bitcoin. This is just confusing more and more users. Too many altcoins may be profitable but will also depend on bitcoin itself.
593  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Will Kill The Income Tax on: October 05, 2017, 01:00:45 PM
Bitcoins are accepted in our country, but with taxes or fees already for transaction purposes. Even if the government is not yet acknowledging bitcoin we are already paying fees. How much more if they would. Will bitcoin still be profitable.
594  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If no one spends bitcoin what might happen? on: October 05, 2017, 12:10:59 AM
I think bitcoin will not grow. Without exchanges and transactions bitcoins price and the whole industry will Be stable and stagnant. If this would happen. Only the mining and investors will be influencing the bitcoin industry.
595  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The reason that keeps me from investing in bitcoin on: October 04, 2017, 11:52:45 PM
Simply because it's decentralised. Transactions are fast, no need to go from one place or another. In our country there is a Smart padala which is sending money locally, and remittances for local and international transactions. But with bitcoins no need in specific remittances and retailer in sending money. There is also smaller fees with it.
It would be great if this will be implemented in other things because as I have read some countries are already planning to put bitcoin as payment in taxi, hotels, restaurants which is very advanced nowadays.
596  Economy / Economics / Re: Government & Bitcoin on: October 04, 2017, 10:25:28 PM
government can't handle bitcoin and for sure there will be more problems if the government handle bitcoins and for sure the government will just manipulate it's price because they are handling it.

I'm sure this will never happen because if the government takes over the bitcoin then our decentralised bitcoin won't be decentralised anymore. That's the thing, currently it's not regulated and it's price is increasing because we can manipulate the way we want it. We can bring up the flood of investment with big investors and can just pump it the way we want. :-)

If government is there then everything will be messed up and for sure they will manipulate the price for themselves and not for the public interest. Might do that for the millilitre use who knows. To buy weapons. Lols. So hopefully that should not happen.

I do agree that the sense of decentralisation will be gone if the government will regulate bitcoin transactions.
The fact that bitcoin is popular for its unlimited transactions, speed and no fees will be just a characteristic that existed yet changed. Like for fees, there are already fees for transaction yet one of the bitcoins purposes is mainly that.
What will we be holding in the future of bitcoin ? Even if you earned millions, if there will be a percentage in fees, then it's worthless.
597  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to detect a scam ICO? on: October 04, 2017, 10:15:03 PM
I think if the ICOs has a profound and precise cause, intention and description of the project with strong foundations and sources. This kind of ICOs will provide enough information and data for transparency.

If none is given then I think it's a scam.
598  Other / Off-topic / Re: Job Vs Bitcoin on: October 04, 2017, 09:54:01 PM
Even if bitcoin gives income, or enough income we still should not depend on bitcoin alone.
Now a days it's hard to complete required posts in signature campaigns when you have school days and work days in a week. Especially now that some threads are trashcaned. I can't remember when I used to post nonsense, but my post count decreases but none of my post for the campaign disappeared.
Well if you have a permanent income here in bitcoin then it is very easy to do both. Or you really know how to trade and having more experience in earning.
For such people like us, it is very difficult. Hoping for a stable source of income.
599  Local / Pamilihan / Re: May ATM for bitcoin ang pilipinas? on: October 04, 2017, 09:34:45 PM
Sa province namin wala, Banks at remittance centers kami nagcoconvert ng bitcoins to fiat. Wala kasing stores na tumatanggap, if sa city wala pa, I doubt na meron na sa province.
Siguro kapag nakilala na talaga ang bitcoin sa bansa natin, di malayong magkaATM na ng bitcoin. Legal naman kasi sa atin.
600  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Will Bitcoin price reach $5000 before year end? on: October 04, 2017, 12:39:36 PM
Oo. Prices gets higher every week.
Kaya for sure kaya yan until the end of the year.
