It's easy to enter with good entry point but the challanging thing is taking profit before a retracement and most of the times this retracement could be a beginning of a new trend changing a winning trade to loss. And in situations where the trader fails to apply stop loss there could be chances of blowing off ones account. A profit taken is better than a loss made no matter how small accumulation of smalls makes a mighty bulk.
Have you considered taking profits of $1-3$ repeatedly throughout a trading session it might sound small for professional traders but it would go along way in growing an account most especially for beginners. If a trader cultivate the habbit of taking profit during trading he would have an upper hand over the market and also get clearer pictures of better entry points and also be on alert on when to exit especially during retracement.
People loss a huge amount of profit or even capital in crypto because of greed, I experience it last bull season on year 2017 i was holding so many altcoins and i don't take any small profit because I want big profit, we all wanted a big profit no one can deny it, because most of the people is greedy. Eth today is 2,290$ and it is very big advantage of we buy eth last 2018. But who knows it will reach a new ATH this year no one know about it.There is a lot of people that is now really regretted for not buying eth during the price is so cheap, for now we really need a big capital to buy it so we need to wait for the dip to buy and the big problem is we don't know when the dip will come. It doesn't reach 300$ in year 2018 but is reach 2000$ in year 2021 it is really amazing and it really make people regret for not buying that time including me I also regret for not buying it. For now there is nothing we can do because the price is already so big and I think it was not safe to invest this time I prefer to choose some cheap altcoin this time and I hold only few amount of eth in case it will continue to rise. |

Since we are not sure, investment in altcoin is only the safest option.

the big problem for investors is trying to finding the bottom everytime prices drop traders think the crash will not stop then he will lost the chance for buying cheap my advice is never try to find an exact bottom ,this the reality of investement , in the best case investors will buy between 30 and 50 percent of bottom , for sure there some investors but little of them that have chance of buying in under 10 percent of loss because the final charts for all prices with bottom will come in the longterm the risk of bottom is lossing the chance always for buying and investing in the cheap prices
Many investors wait when the price of btc drops below $30k but in fact the price support remains in the range of an average of $31k since the last 2 months, there is no right analysis pattern to buy it at the lowest price except realtime trading for long-term investment purposes. At least 20% of the lowest price is the ideal price to wait for the market recovery next year. Well I am also the one who was waiting for the bitcoin to drop down below 30k$ I want to buy some more for holding in a long term because I know that bitcoin will reach 100k$ in the right time.
