There has always been a huge difference in the pay scale between the white collar jobs and blue collar or skilled labor wherein the later one put in more effort physically and do more hardwork than the earlier one.

Some will say that an white collar employee is more mentally drained out hence they deserve better pay but people who do menial job stop working the world will just rot as everything cannot be done but robots and AI.

It's sometimes sad to see how they are treated disrespectfully, be it a waiter, delivery workers, cab drivers, carpenter, or construction workers as they are the pillars and without them things will start falling apart. I know some of these can be automated but not everything.

I have a question for those working for an entity or government, if you are being sacked today, what will be your faith? Will you still be financially strong, can your other sources of income keeps you going or you will be devastated by the loss of your job.

In this current economy, it's suicidal to have only one source of income.
If you must live well you must be ready to grab the bull by his horn am make life changing decisions by having more than one source of income.
Don't put your financial destiny in the hands of your bosses, you might not know the importance of having your own business till you have been sacked. think about it.

I will disagree with that statement that They d not have stars, I think they do have stars but it is not a star studded team like the Bayern Munich team. The likes of  Xhaka are stars, Florian Writz is also a star already since his breakthrough last season and that’s why his Markets value is growing higher everyday. Also in the Bundesliga, Jonas Hoffman is a star too. This guy joined with the others have been the back bone of the team. The continuity for the Manchester United squad continues and it seems that there are several parties who regret De Gea's departure. He is an experienced goalkeeper and Manchester United should not let him leave, even though his heart is still at Old Trafford. But unfortunately the new Dutch coach destroyed him and preferred Onana even at a high cost. Don't know what Manchester United's fate will be next and maybe they will be worse off this season if they continue to rely on Onana.

In terms of quality and performance, Sassuolo in the last few matches is not very impressive, but Sassuolo has a good record when facing AC Milan at the San Siro, in the last 3 matches when Sassuolo visited the San Siro they managed to win, so this should be a reference and motivation for Sassuolo to be able to do the same thing.

I agree that West Ham is in great shape as they don't lose patience. Seriously, in this game it was all about resisting and giving Arsenal a hard time to get closer to the box in a good position. Arsenal had so many chances, but hardly any of those chances were huge. That's what West Ham made sure to protect themselves from conceding quick and easy goals. Of course at the end of the day there was also some luck involved. Otherwise you can't win a game that is essentially a game with only one direction. But really if that penalty was scored, what a tough total would that have been? 0-3? Wow, but doesn't matter. West Ham is on a good run!
