А причина одна - очень хотелось не признавать провал ico и гипотетическоий урон репутации киберфонда. И начали торопиться, хвататься за любую соломинку. И ошибка за ошибкой. I think you should do your homework first on what projects im invloved with scam_exposer, yes you are absolutely right @serejandmyself is also involved in it. All of them are familiar from the Golos platform. Be careful there will be many figureheads calling the project legal. But it is a lie with the purpose to catch BTC. Will Golos be matching Steemit technologically moving forward? By that I mean, when the STEEM blockchain implements some change, will the Golos blockchain be matching it?
Also I see there is lots of application development going on with STEEM. For instance a forum, a website publishing platform, and a Disqus clone. Will Golos be implementing such applications for the Russian market as well?
All hardforks we do in line with Steemit. We do have our own decisions. For example the coming 16.1 is going to be in change with some economic differences to Steemit |

 Golos (meaning voice in Russian) is the official, (once) licensed fork (the license was opened to public by Steem) of the steemit network. 10% - was sharedroped to steemit token holders (certain rules were applied. In order to get a sharedrop, users had to have had a certain level of activity on their account (snapshot was taken back in October) (out of which 4.84% went to steemit inc as part of license payment, and 0.35% went to exchanges)
10% - of the coins went to cyberfund, that funded the initial launch of the network and payed for all the development
8.98% - has been saved on the @golos account as a reserve development and registration fund

3% - went to the launching witnesses
