581  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: beginner trader: Are trading signals and bots worth it? on: May 12, 2021, 07:42:36 PM
I have been using market cipher and can tell you that it works fine. You just need to be able to follow the charts all the time. As far as bots concerned I don't use them I kinda don't trust them for some reason.
582  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I Wouldn't Invest $1 In Dogecoin And Here Are 10 Reasons Why on: May 10, 2021, 07:58:43 PM
I don't believe in Doge but that didn't stop me from taking some profits from it. I catched it going up and now going down to short trade it. And I think every smart trader should do that in this kind of situations.
583  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: HOW IMPORTANT IS STOP LOSS on: May 10, 2021, 07:54:03 PM
I think a day or short term trader who trades without stop loss must be there to watch his trades or else that person is really taking a risk which might cut him badly.
Yes, stop loss is must only for short-term based traders; I don't think it will be helpful even these type of traders will be continuously watching their trades and spending long hours in front of market screens because you cannot go for placing stoploss when market is against you and trading near the stoploss levels. You should always put well in advance so that it will get executed when it needs.

If you're waiting to exit your trades around the stoploss levels, then most probably you will never cut your loss but you will you leave your trades open which will result in big losses in the end because human emotions will never accept losses but always look for recovery of market.
I am short term trader but never use stop loss and keep waiting for tomorrow or next tomorrow will be my coin break to higher price again, better hold few days or weeks than have use stop loss feature, I think with stop loss we have ready loss our fund but can get chance later with other coin, but I most patience waiting price back to higher price.
Well I think it mostly depends on which margin you trade. If you go at x3 to x5 then it's okey not to use stop loss. But at x10 or bigger stop loss is needed in my opinion.
584  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Remember: Dogecoin [DOGE] is not capped! on: May 09, 2021, 06:55:36 PM
Doge will be good for going short in trades pretty soon. Just wait the hype to fall down and catch it short trading. I already did that last day and it did pretty good.
585  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How much can you predict this sh*t?! Or is it pure gamble? on: May 09, 2021, 06:52:31 PM
Trend is your friend. Just follow this instruction and you will never be lost.

At the moment, cryptocurrency is the trend of the world so that making money with it is simple. Just put your money in a good project as well as well manage your fund well and you will definitely make a great income here. This "trend pattern" has a high correct percentage so don't doubt it
I can tell you that you are true. I tried to do some trading (usually I do holding) and my friend did much better with his feel and hyped coins. I was doing analysis and he did much better over the last month.
586  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Cardano hit $3? on: May 08, 2021, 06:31:45 PM
It's possible. There is enough time for it to hit above that price as long as bear dosent hit the market. So many coins hasn't reached their potentials at all. Cardanao is fast developing, it will reach that price.
It will it 3$ for sure and much higher but when is the question. For me Cardano is the best project from top 10 and with everything that they have in pipeline they are going for that second place in market cap.
587  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Binance earn on: May 08, 2021, 06:22:53 PM
"For standard redemptions, the full amount will be returned on the second day after redeeming at 00:00 AM (UTC). This also includes your earned interest. Any delay in funds credited may be due to the interest calculation process, as the day of redemption is included in the interest calculation period.
For fast redemptions, you will receive the full amount of your digital assets back on the day of redemption without interest."
https://www.binance.com/ph/support/faq/360034998492

I use it and my funds never get stuck. When I'm not trading I always put my funds to lauchpools (or savings if there are no lauchpools) to earn additional money.  Its instant in and out.

I did not understand what you mean, but binance earning is really disgusting. They are trying to accumulate liquidity and give a very low return as they manipulate the market and achieve huge returns from that liquidity.
locked staking give you little bit more earning but most of them less than 10% per year
It is good if you do not want to trade and trust Binance to hold your coin but it is very risky and has little return.

1- exchange does not need your funds to manipulate market. At least your "permission". They can use your funds to buy/sell anything they want without you locking your funds in savings by using fractional reserve system - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5094088.msg49096584#msg49096584
2- 10% per year is a fair amount if your revenue does not comes from inflating your asset. You have 0-2% in bank. Current crypto market spoiled investors. Especially stacking where you have 50% APY while supply grows 45% to pay for stacking (people seams to forget that their true APY is reward - inflation.
3- what is very risky?

The only thing that can be risky is that Binance would be hacked and you could lose everything. But Binance being such a big exchange it is hard to imagine that that can happen.
588  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All 3000 packages of hatano_yui’s NFT sold out within 5 minutes on: May 07, 2021, 01:56:29 PM
Those things happen every friday with Veve app and OMI. They sell out in max 2hours with mind blowing numbers. Like milions of dollars invested in NFT's. And I think that it will grow even more since this space is getting bigger and bigger.
589  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Seeking trading bot or similar. on: May 07, 2021, 01:47:20 PM
Problem: whiplash and stop losses.

I expect everyone has experienced this; you set your stop-loss only for the market to wick you in/out of your position and then promptly rebound in the opposite direction. As a case in point, I recently set a trading view alert for btc crossing a certain value which it did 5 times in one trading day. Very common at inflexion/pivot points on the market. And good luck manually managing that.

So what I'm looking for is a bot (or indeed anything relevant) that would allow me to set a stop-loss as a risk on/risk off point and buy or sell accordingly, not once but as many times as necessary.

Any thoughts appreciated. Sorry if this isn't the right forum.
I guess you are looking for some bot with can follow signals on graphs like crypto cipher but bot that has implemented that I'm not sure. I know there are a lot of bots people are making them every day... I guess you will need to try them until you find something that fits your needs.
590  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Hedera Hashgraph (HBAR) promising? on: May 06, 2021, 06:21:16 PM
I research HBAR for 2 weeks and it looks promising but I am not sure about investing or not so I also want to take your opinions about it. Do you think that it has a promising future?
Depends how long you plan to hold it. It had been hyped before but still project is in the start. I'm sure if you wait for it couple of years it's sure it will do good in future.
591  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Cryptos VS Apple on: May 06, 2021, 06:18:54 PM
Today i realize the current market capitalization of the cryptos passes the Apple market capitalization... This is crazy because Apple is the company with the biggest market capitalization, and to see the cryptos market bigger than apple just means that bitcoins and cryptos are a bigger company even if it's decentralized.

I know the current market capitalization can have a hard drop in the future, but right now is impressive to see it over $2T.
Maybe it will crash soon but if you look at longer run it will be much higher then $2T since there are so much good projects in crypto that will have mass implementation and all of that will lead it much higher in next decade.
592  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency, now a fast rising trend! on: May 06, 2021, 06:06:38 PM
This is Hundred percent true that this Crypto currency changed many peoples life, now they are Millioner. Also many people still continue Earning very good amount from crypto.
I see that my friend make $33k usd in just one month from his Investment. It is too much money,  now his life has totally changed.
Crypto is rising trend cause all have option to earn money and change their life. Just a bit of research and being smart about investment can make you a good amount of money. There is also the other side since someone is losing too and those are usually people who follow hype and others.
593  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Chia Cryptocurrency on: May 05, 2021, 08:19:41 PM
easy to mine you do not need powerful computers
yes, if you are able to wait 10 years for your coin... it took about a month to plot 10 terabytes on the hardware that is cheap and readily available

the reward with 10 TB plots is expected in about a month, but the difficulty is currently ramping up faster than you can plot and if you are not lucky and win the reward soon, in two weeks it can be expected in next three months, then a year and at that point you are out of the game without significant investment in specialized hardware
That's my biggest fear. With that in mind I would look investing in Chia or some similar project in bear market. In that time people are less willing to invest in something that is going down.
594  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NFT's And Investment Questions on: May 05, 2021, 08:17:04 PM
Even you can make money suing NFT when you are not a creator, just like any other investments. Buy low and sell high is the easiest way to make money and there are lot of NFT available for very cheap price.

Its literally not possible to make something valuable from no value unless it has really some use case so don't just blindly invest on anything which is called NFT, pick the right one.
People are collecting all sort of things. With younger generation growing NFT space will get bigger and bigger since they would prefer NFT instead of something phisical.
595  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is May 8 the Dogecoin bubble burst date? on: May 05, 2021, 08:04:56 PM
The bubble with Dogecoin is very inflated, and many do not even guess what they are getting themselves into when buying it. It is possible that the coin will be in trends for a long time and at the top of the entire market. But in a global perspective, this bubble will definitely deflate the fastest)
If it gets near 1$ its perfect time to go short. I'm waiting for that. If it happens it happens not really interested in hype project like that.
596  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: your worst mistake on: May 05, 2021, 07:59:53 PM
I am a newbie on this forum. My main focus is trading ( crypto) I have been trading for a couple years. Just curious to ask a question : what was your worst mistake ( in the very beginning, 1st year).
Would be happy to read about your experience !
My worst mistake earlier this month was selling assets at a low price. even though I already got a profit but what I got was not maximal because I was panicking, but within 1 week the pump price reached 50%, I was shocked to see that price. there I felt that I failed to become a reliable trader
My worst mistake was buying a lot of coins and keeping them on small exchanges. It was small number of money investment but it would be worth a lot of money today. For example I bought 20k Doge for 20$ and we can see the price now.
597  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Dogecoin overpriced? on: May 04, 2021, 07:14:30 PM
LOL.... now Dogecoin is the 4th largest cryptocurrency in terms of market capitalization. Only Bitcoin, Binance Coin and Ethereum are ahead of it. If the trend continues, then it may be able to overtake BNB in the next few months (if not weeks). Can you imagine this? A shitcoin, which was created to mock the idea of cryptocurrency is now more valuable than Tether, Cardano and Polkadot. And ever since the start of this year, Doge has gone up by around 120 times. Let's digest this. 12,000% increase in 4 months.
Dude it's all based around the hype for Doge. It will go down eventually. Maybe it can hit 1$ before it goes but it will go sooner or later. Cardano and Polkadot have use behind them and are planing to do big stuff for world in future.
598  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HODL Strategy - Exchange Coins on: May 04, 2021, 07:04:55 PM
as long you know when to cash out, i totally aggree, i just sell my free 400 UNI last year, damn it , and also i did the same mistake on Cake, sell to early, also XVS when it reach $60 , now i just buy back a similiar token , i mean JulD , which probably get listed to binance like burger recently.
Well you won't be able to sell at max point almost never. If you had plan and sold UNI when you planed there is nothing to feel bad. It will be always like that in crypto world. Move one find something else and being in profit is only thing it counts.
599  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: your worst mistake on: May 04, 2021, 07:00:04 PM
My biggest mistake 3years ago is investing in projects without any research and many of then died with time. With a bit of research I could have done so good since I was in good time to invest in crypto.
600  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: holding is not an easy thing on: May 04, 2021, 06:46:24 PM
Holding good coins is not easy especially if you plan to hold in the next 3 years at first but life forces you to make a big decision on selling that holdings to support for your needs.

I do experience a lot of this and right now I regret some of those big decision before but i have no choice that time so I have to move on now and start buying again. I’ve learned from this experience that good coins will always come and you can always buy then any time so keep working and never give up just because you sold early, that’s still a good profit.
I feel you since I had similar experience and with Covid around needed some money to take from crypto. Life comes first at the end so no bad feeling from me even I would have been in a big profit now.
